I purchased this as a second Harmony remote to control Samsung TV, cable box (FrontierTV), Bose sound bar, and DVD. All I had to do is copy my settings from current remote and everything worked. The configuration can be tricky but customer support is good. The price was also good

Good universal remote although was a bit difficult to pair to tv. Would be easier to use if most used buttons were a little bigger and buttons identified.

Had a difficult time programing it so I purchased a second one. Everytime I use the second one I always have to hit the help button. Very frustrating

I had the Harmony 700 for 7 years and after dropping it so many times, it finally died. I'll be more careful with this one. I love this remote! Once you program this device "properly" at works beautifully!!! One touch buttons and away you go.

I had 2 of the older version of this all-in-one, so easy for me to set up the remotes. The buttons on the newer version light up for use in a room with reduced lighting [great feature]. Expect this version will serve me as well as the last.

Great remote, solid and can do so many different devices. Note the software is outdated from Logitech's website. You will have to change compatibility mode in windows 10 for it to work properly during the trigger section.

This was actually easier to set up than I thought or would be once I calmed down. Don't be afraid, breathe, read the directions closely, start over a few times if you need to but it's worth it on the end.

I was very pleased to be able to program this universal remote myself. Luckily when I went to the website the information from our previous (really old) Logitech Harmony One was still there making it very easy to just transfer and be done!

So glad that Logitech is still making these remotes. I had the older version of this one and this lasted for I think around 10 years. It still works but it very used. There's dust inside the screen, the buttons are worn, the letters and numbers are faded.

The top buttons are not backlit. Deal breaker for me. I took it back and got the Harmony Elite.

This remote works great at controlling all my electronics. nice to be able to turn the receiver and tv on and off with one button push. makes watching movies easy with just a push of a button. best universal remote for the money.

Very good remote control. Controls all your multimedia devices. What may be short on features it makes up on price.

Easy to set up and easy to use. This one replaces a Harmony that's almost 10 years old. Some of the buttons on the old Harmony started to stick. I probably could have re-assigned the function of those buttons, but this one was available at a good price.

Needed something to control all my electronics & this fit the bill. Works great but read somewhere the screen goes out to soon. Looks great now, only time will tell.

This remote came as a free gift with my new LG 4K Ultra HD Bluray player. Once I got through the initial setup, operation is quite user-friendly! It's a welcome addition to my entertainment needs. It beats constantly fumbling around with other remotes to control this and that!

Wasn’t easy to learn. Replaced 4 other devices and controls Bose, appletv , 4K dvd and Sony tv. Big learning curve but does make it easier with one device

Simple and easy to use. Easy setup. A drawback is it is not rechargeable. Therefore you have to replace batteries often.

I had a prior model of this remote. One day it just decided to no longer serve its purpose. Lucky for me, they came out with an updated version. Purchased without hesitation because of the number of years of use and abuse the other had taken. It does what it is meant to do.

This is the second unit we've purchased. Easy set-up and a breeze to use. Great remote for the price. Highly recommend.

I love this thing. I wish they wouldn't have discontinued this brand, all the Harmony stuff is great, and while programming them can be slightly tricky (I had to do it for my parents), once it's tuned in it's a champ.
