This is my third Harmony purchase. It’s great until it’s not. Life expectancy is about 3 years. Once it stops working you can get a little more life by rebooting it on your computer, but you may as well replace because it’s on it’s last leg.

Works well. Remote was more difficult to program than I thought it would be!

I like the remote. It has all the necessary buttons. Set up took a bit of time. I do need to use the help button quite often to start the tv and to shut it down.

Bought this to replace a harmony 650. Wanted it to work with raspberry pi and Kodi. After a headache and a little time working with it, it works.

Own three. They seem to only last about 3-5 years, before some buttons fail. Easy to program, with a medium learning curve.

Good remote. It’s been a slight learning curve but it does the trick with operating several devices.

This is my third Logitech universal remote. The first one I dropped and broke to smithereens. I just gave my 2nd one away with the plasma TV I'd had for 10 years and it's still going strong. This one is the cheapest of the three and it works like a charm. I couldn't be happier.

I actually went from using 3 different remotes to operate my television and soundbar to 1 device. Love this, but as an old Geek I would have never been able to set up this sophisticated device on my own. Thanks to Geek Squad I am very Happy with this purchase.

Relatively easy to set up. Only challenge is when you want to change controlling one device to the next you have to press back then the device then volume control.

Does what it claims. Can get complicated for certain electronics. Overall pretty good, but a bit too expensive.

I can see a long learning curve needed to master all this remote is capable of doing. Adding devices was very easy with the app on my PC.

I like using this device because it is simple. One flaw from earlier models is when you want to use your BlueRay DVD player is there is no button to eject and open the device to put CDs.

Already had two so I decided to go for another one for the den. Great item. Turns out I don't need four remotes..just this one. Works perfectly with all of my mismatched brands of tv, sound bar, DVD player, Cable box. Didn't have any problem hooking them all up. Great Buy!!

I have used Harmony's for years. My USB rechargeable one quit working and I had to get a replacement. This was a good product for the price range and uses standard AA batteries. I use it for an outdoor TV connected with DirecTV and it works great.

Great device but it does have a few drawbacks. The hangups really only occur with multiple device functionality and the special programming to use multiple at the same time. Using it to control my roku, TV and sound bar requires a bit of programming and learning curve to fine tune. I find myself having to turn on the soundbar by navigating to devices and toggling power on. Otherwise it is a resiliant little remote that does what is needed.

I got a 65 inch TCL SMART TV but the remote is not. This remote even controls my TV box that's a first for any smart TV I've own LG SAMSUNG SONY IT'S GREAT

Far better than the remote that came from the cable company. Turns on all my devices and allows full control. Don't know about the ease up setting up the TV, sound bar, DVR, and DVD since my son did it, but I do know I have a lot of extra remotes hanging around now!

Definitely a learning curve with this remote. Overall I'm happy with the product but it does take a while to learn all the functions and find the best ways to utilize it when connecting several different devices like a Roku, Xbox, blu ray player and sound bar

Awesome universal remote. I owned previous Harmony remotes but this one beats them all. Very easy to set up and operate. Plus uses AA batteries instead of requiring to be charged all the time. Love it. For the value you can’t beat it.
