This is my third Harmony purchase. It’s great until it’s not. Life expectancy is about 3 years. Once it stops working you can get a little more life by rebooting it on your computer, but you may as well replace because it’s on it’s last leg.

Own three. They seem to only last about 3-5 years, before some buttons fail. Easy to program, with a medium learning curve.

Thought I was having issues with my remote and this came as a promotion with a blue ray player but sadly I returned it

This remote came as a free gift with my new LG 4K Ultra HD Bluray player. Once I got through the initial setup, operation is quite user-friendly! It's a welcome addition to my entertainment needs. It beats constantly fumbling around with other remotes to control this and that!

Wasn’t easy to learn. Replaced 4 other devices and controls Bose, appletv , 4K dvd and Sony tv. Big learning curve but does make it easier with one device

I had a prior model of this remote. One day it just decided to no longer serve its purpose. Lucky for me, they came out with an updated version. Purchased without hesitation because of the number of years of use and abuse the other had taken. It does what it is meant to do.

Easy to set up and use. Great upgrade from my older model. Even works with my Roku, which the old one did not. I was very happy with my older model, and I'm even more happy with this one.

Needed something to control all my electronics & this fit the bill. Works great but read somewhere the screen goes out to soon. Looks great now, only time will tell.

Bought this to replace a harmony 650. Wanted it to work with raspberry pi and Kodi. After a headache and a little time working with it, it works.

This is a good remote and I recomend it for a friend. However I am going to step up to a higher model.

Good remote. It’s been a slight learning curve but it does the trick with operating several devices.

I actually went from using 3 different remotes to operate my television and soundbar to 1 device. Love this, but as an old Geek I would have never been able to set up this sophisticated device on my own. Thanks to Geek Squad I am very Happy with this purchase.

I can see a long learning curve needed to master all this remote is capable of doing. Adding devices was very easy with the app on my PC.

I like the remote. It has all the necessary buttons. Set up took a bit of time. I do need to use the help button quite often to start the tv and to shut it down.

I have used Harmony's for years. My USB rechargeable one quit working and I had to get a replacement. This was a good product for the price range and uses standard AA batteries. I use it for an outdoor TV connected with DirecTV and it works great.

This is my third Logitech universal remote. The first one I dropped and broke to smithereens. I just gave my 2nd one away with the plasma TV I'd had for 10 years and it's still going strong. This one is the cheapest of the three and it works like a charm. I couldn't be happier.

Great universal remote. Controls all our home theater devices. Awesome to be able to program through PC also. Only thing that would make it better would be PS4/5 connectivity but knew that before purchasing.

Great device but it does have a few drawbacks. The hangups really only occur with multiple device functionality and the special programming to use multiple at the same time. Using it to control my roku, TV and sound bar requires a bit of programming and learning curve to fine tune. I find myself having to turn on the soundbar by navigating to devices and toggling power on. Otherwise it is a resiliant little remote that does what is needed.

Bought to replace an old Harmony Remote that was roughly 4-5 years old (Would probably last longer if it didn’t get dropped off the couch so often). Does everything I need it to and east to setup as new or replacement like I did.

Awesome universal remote. I owned previous Harmony remotes but this one beats them all. Very easy to set up and operate. Plus uses AA batteries instead of requiring to be charged all the time. Love it. For the value you can’t beat it.
