Once I was able to pair the device, it worked well. Just took a while to get it to work with my TV.

I sell and install high end custom remotes. For systems that are not super complex, this unit can do the job. IR output so you need to aim it at equipment, or add an IR repeater. The range of controlled equipment is huge - even handles projectors, unlike some others.

The Logitech Harmony Remote will allow you to control your entire Home Theater/Music Setup rather than having 2 or more separate Remotes performing similar action.

This is a replacement for the exact same remote which I had for quite a number of years but the shut off button wasn’t working so I was lucky to buy the same remote. It is a great remote and I recommend it.

Purchased this remote to replace the 5 on the coffe table. It does and excellent job and easy to peogram through your computer. It was even able to control the firestick through the TV. If you are looking to simplify you remote life this is the one to go with.

It replaces the one I lost just fine. No problems. If I had to do it over again I would have got the big screen one.

Overall seems to be a good product and easy to use. Best Buy tech set it us for us and did a good job.

Bought this for my parents. It's what they want but it's too confusing for them - unfortunately. It was returned.

Great universal remote and sometimes will need to reconnect and issues with going back to Television and Satellite mode. Otherwise great one device remote.

Was really fed up of using multiple remotes for my MAG box, speaker, Netflix/Firestick. Programming this was the best thing. It comes with good instructions to setup. Getting used to it took a bit.. but once you do, it’s really easy.

Needed a remote to control TV, receiver, and Xbox. This does it all. Programming was easy after downloading an app on my computer. It walked me through all the settings for each device. No more getting off the couch to turn down the volume.

I love this remote. It's such a great tool to control almost every item in your home. Super easy to program and if you get more than one you can easily transfer settings. Everyone should have one of these in their home.

Once the remote was setup it is fairly easy use. There is a lot of buttons to press if you are controlling several devices at the same time.

I love the Harmony remote - it took me about 15 minutes to program everything in the computer- now one touch and everything comes on to watch tv

works well but a little expensive.My son had to have it so I guess that's why it was high.

I have an Insignia Roku TV. I loved the TV but hated the remote that came with it. This tv is only used with the Roku & a Blu-Ray. I tried several Remotes to connect with the TV with no luck. I purchase the Logitech & it was so easy to set up. Works perfectly.
