Pricey but superbly capable remote. Easy to set up for all of my devices via the computer app. Make note, there doesn't seem to be a way to set up most of it without the use of the app.

Prior to buying this Harmony remote, we had 3 remotes in order to use our TV, receiver, and DirecTV. Painful! The Harmony remote was set up by the Geek Squad for me. Wish I’d done it sooner! Intuitive and easy.

We had a little problem to get the TV box working with the remote but a short call to Logitech and all works perfectly.

Decent and capable production. However almost returned it before I realized that I was not understanding set up instructions properly.

Needed a remote to control TV, receiver, and Xbox. This does it all. Programming was easy after downloading an app on my computer. It walked me through all the settings for each device. No more getting off the couch to turn down the volume.

This is a very nice universal remote. It has a lot of options and can connect to up to 10 different TV's. Easily programmed through a app on your computer.

Once the remote was setup it is fairly easy use. There is a lot of buttons to press if you are controlling several devices at the same time.

I have an Insignia Roku TV. I loved the TV but hated the remote that came with it. This tv is only used with the Roku & a Blu-Ray. I tried several Remotes to connect with the TV with no luck. I purchase the Logitech & it was so easy to set up. Works perfectly.

It replaces the one I lost just fine. No problems. If I had to do it over again I would have got the big screen one.

Was really fed up of using multiple remotes for my MAG box, speaker, Netflix/Firestick. Programming this was the best thing. It comes with good instructions to setup. Getting used to it took a bit.. but once you do, it’s really easy.

When I purchased a new 4K DVD Player this remote was free. At first it was difficult to maneuver but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty easy.

The remote was easy and straight forward to set up and performs all the tasks we need. A good value and meets our expectations.

Bought this for my parents to replace there Directv remote. They loved it once set up. Might be difficult to set up if you're not a little tech savvy.

I am technically challenged and this is the remote for dummies it was the best recommendation ever as I told them I really only know the on an off button and trust me this is a super simple remote and I can use it on my smart TV Yey

Bought this for my parents. It's what they want but it's too confusing for them - unfortunately. It was returned.

This is an awesome remote if you didn't want to invest in the Harmony Hub. Easy to program for almost all devices with IR. It even controls the Apple TV 4K almost better than the stock remote the device came with. Highly recommended, especially if you can find it on sale.

This is a replacement for the exact same remote which I had for quite a number of years but the shut off button wasn’t working so I was lucky to buy the same remote. It is a great remote and I recommend it.

I push 1 button and my TV, Sound Bar & Streaming device turn on at the same time. Love the screen. So many program options can be a bit confusing.

Bought this thinking it would control my roku as well as my samsung TV and Yamaha receiver. Works great on everything but the Roku.
