We will see if this one is any better at lasting a significant amount of time.. over 2 yrs then the last one I purchased that was the identical model

Great product. The older model buttons were wearing out so i purchased the same Logitech Harmony 665. Easy to program! Put the batteries in and it worked correctly right off the bat.

It's nice but sometimes doesn't read the first #'r you push when changing channels! Other than that the appearance is nice and it setup easily!

We have several inputs to our TV. The TV remote greatly simplified the problem of changing from one system to another. Having two systems to record TV programs and being able to switch from these different systems and the TV set has made a world of difference.

It isn't as good as the one we had before and hopefully isn't as good as the next one. Setting up took a bit of time and we had issues figuring out if it was stalled or was trying to work. Initially it took us HOURS, finally it worked. (Please note, we already had a harmony account so I have no idea what the issue was). It works fine except the back where the batteries go won't stay on anymore and we had to use tape.

I received this remote as part of a promo. Overall it works well, and when something goes wrong the help feature tends to mend the problem quickly.

Purchased to replace the Harmony One I have had for several years now. It took about half a day to get use to the differences but the Logitech Harmony team assisted in setting up the remote and the transfer was easy.

So, this remote does it all! (Except control gaming systems) Once you get the hang of it, the remote is awesome. If you’re not a tech type of person, don’t get this! But if you have multiple products plugged into your tv, it’s great!

I had a more expensive model before this one. Over the years some buttons had just wore out. Since I already had an online account, it was super easy to merge the setting from one remote to the other. No problems, no hassles. Works great.

Works well and much better than using a bunch of remotes. It can do so many things that it is often challenging to figure out how to get it to do what you want.

This is the best budget universal remote on the market, featuring everything one could ever need to control multiple devices and functions without ever switching modes on the remote. Awesome purchase!

I really like having 1 remote to control all my devices (DirecTv, Bluray, receiver, AppleTV, Chromecast, etc. I previously owned the 650 model but this one is exactly like the other, just an updated model. It's easy to set up and add or delete new devices.

This is a great universal remote! This remote replaced four. The remote is fully functional like the original. I love this remote. I programed the remote to turn on 3 devices at once! I highly recommend this product.

Good remote but a little difficult to get into the app and set up, but once set up it works very well and it's nice to only have one remote

The dedicated media buttons are sweet. One button that turns on all associated devices and sets them to the right source works great. I also love that the power off fu action turns all devices off instead of having to select them all individually.

Works as expected, though the first one was not working, needed to replace. I think the interface is outdated.

I use the Ultimate Home remote for my home theater and this one falls in line that they both work well but pack your patience while programming.

Great remote control although I have heard logitech harmony is out of business. I hope that is not true because I love their universal remotes.

The Harmony 665 Universal remote is a replacement for my current 665 that I have had for many years. It appears to work and function exactly the same. These are great remotes and can take a lot of abuse and drops.
