Easy to program, easy to use, responsive and has a good range. Just plug into your PC, update software and answer a few questions to program. The device has macro functions as well which works great with more complex set ups.-

Works as advertised. No issues so far. Been more than 3 months of use and has not malfunctioned once. Heard bad reviews about this remote and even the best buy rep said that it is not a very good remote. But yet to encounter an issue with it. Fingers crossed.

This was replacing a older mdl350 . It was easy to program by transferring the old information to the new one. . It has a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it It's great. Will be buying another one to replace another older mdl 350.

The Harmony 665 Universal remote is a replacement for my current 665 that I have had for many years. It appears to work and function exactly the same. These are great remotes and can take a lot of abuse and drops.

This is the best budget universal remote on the market, featuring everything one could ever need to control multiple devices and functions without ever switching modes on the remote. Awesome purchase!

This remote does a good job. It does require a computer to program. I would recommend buying a higher priced Logitech remote if you can afford it.

I've used Logitech Harmony remotes for years and find them very useful. Not only have they worked well doing ordinary usage, they are great when it comes to solving a problem that sometimes occurs with TV reception.

This replaced six remotes. I love the preset modes that allows one touch to watch television, watch a movie, and listen to music. Have some patience and time setting it up and getting to know how to use it. You'll love it!

Great product. The older model buttons were wearing out so i purchased the same Logitech Harmony 665. Easy to program! Put the batteries in and it worked correctly right off the bat.

I bought this as a trial.... I realy wanted the next model up. Thanks for not having it in stock. Even if you program to have certain functions working with a different device....ie watching a movie on you dvd and adjusting the volume. You would have to change the device use each time. Can't use it with Samsung Alexa Cube or Verizon voice control. Seems that they dont have the right to use the voice control.

The only con to this remote is that there are codes that Logitech has not updated (as of this writing) One of which is a generic coding for Roku devices to add features. Had to manually add using remote to remote config. Other than that, love the Harmony family of remotes

The Harmony remotes are excellent for paring down to a single remote. This remote is great to replace the Apple TV remote which is a complete joke. You can program and have much easier controls with the Harmony.

Like the way it works with all my devices. It intergraded with all my devices very well. Once programed we modified the setting for our custom needs. Suggest to anyone trying to use just one remote for everything.
