The remote works perfectly for controlling my TV, sound bar, DVD player and Roku box. Once you download the Harmony Software on your computer, you connect the remote to your computer and you can program your remote control just the way you want it. I love it.

Logitech has stopped making remotes, which is a shame. I picked this one up as a “Just in case remote.”

Love these remotes. I have been using Logitech remotes for the past 15 years. This is my 5 remote. Continue to upgrade as they get better, easier to use, and supporting more devices. The remotes keep getting cheaper and cheaper too.

High wife acceptance factor with this remote, you may have to program it a few times. No problem with that using a PC and their app. Works well with my DTV, xbox, TV, and soundbar.

Great accessory in theory but does not always work. I programmed it to turn on my TV + FIOS DVR + Dennon system. All 3 turn on 25% of the time. I am forced to go via help button and turn on the ones that did not work. It is programmable and supports a vast variety of devices.

It was pretty easy to setup but just something about it made me not really like it. Still worked as advertised

It works exactly as intended, but isn't simple at all for the people who would need a remote like this. Very complicated setup process.

bought it few month ago. Great product! I have few sony devices and it works with all of them including old Sony STR-DE925.

Works great for the price. I have a Logitech Elite that is awesome but for the price the 655 is a good value.

This an excellent product. It’s an east way to consolidate remotes and have everything in one simple unit. I was able to program tv, sound bar and cable tv unit with easy to use interface. I highly recommend this product.

The only issue is only last for 2 1/2 years , shutdown all of a sudden and I don’t know how to put it back to work.

This is a replacement for the previous version (650) which was damaged by a puppy. It seems to be a bit faster and less glitchy (double clicks w/Google Fiber box) than the previous version. No issues re-syncing my previous activities to it, which was nice.

Its ok but more of a pain in the you know what, came free with my 4K DVD player so I gave it 4 stars, other wise it might not get 3

Works even better than my old harmony remote. The range increased a bit, and the signal beam is wider so i going have to be as precise as before. All user functions are identical as before.

I purchased this remote to replace an old model of Micca-LAN media player. I followed Best Buy reviews and recomendations and it was the perfect replacement. This one is much better than the original because of the quality and versatility.

I got this remote on a package deal. The remote works great and can control all your equipment. Easy to set up. Don’t hesitate to buy

Works great but I wish the buttons on the remote were larger and labeled better plus the fast forward doesn't work as well as my Direct TV remote

This is our second Logitech Harmony remote purchase. We love how easy it is to use and program.

Thus far this remote has been working flawlessly with my LG OLED TV and Nvidia Shield. It had no issues controlling the volume of my Sonos Playbar and Sub. Although not as quick as my other Harmony Remotes, it gets the job done.
