My last Harmony remote, almost identical to this one, lasted more than 10 years - just recently it started having issues with a couple of buttons but it is still usable. Replacing with the same was a no brainer.

Bought this as a gift for my parents and they love it. Highly recommended it if you want something simple to control your devices.

If you have a home theater system with multiple remotes, this one will end your grief. Programming it is seamless, and it's help monitor on the remote solves all your issues. This is my third Harmony remote, all good!

Good remote gets the job done. I have had to reprogram it twice in the past 3 months so that’s annoying otherwise I like the remote.

Bought this remote to replace all the other remotes we had connected to our smart Samsung TV. It took a bit for this 57yo mom to figure it all out, but once I did, it works great. Highly recommend this product.

Awesome universal remote. Upgraded from the 650 (8-device remote). Easy to transfer setting to new remote. I've got some odd equipment and Logitech has the functionalities for these items in their massive database.

This was a backup for my 700 series, and works almost as well. I had a few small issues getting it set up, but you can’t beat it for the price!!

Easy to program through the downloaded app on my Mac. Easily replaces my TV, soundbar and Blu-ray player remotes. Will not replace a Roku or Apple TV remote. Great product overall.

This remote has made my life easy, i was using 4 different remotes prior to purchasing this one. Set up was easy just hook up to computer and select ur devices and ur done. U can’t beat the price next option was going to be addition 50 bucks.

Easy to use, learning features are good. It's a big remote, but nicely contoured so it is not cumbersome. I'm having some challenges with commands for an RCA TV, but otherwise are devices are working flawlessly.

I bought this remote as a backup. I have recently moved and was unable to find my original remotes for a period of time. I couldn't turn my TV on without it. This remote was easy to program and use. I have since found my original remote, but will keep this as a backup.

It probably works better than this review will give, but I just use this remote as a "fail safe" to turn my my TV on/off and my soundbar on/off. My Xfinity remote is RF, where this one is infrared only. So this remote is a flamethrower to swat a file, lol. Seems a little complicated to use for more expansive functions, but if you are "tech savy" this remote will suit you fine.

A good basic harmony remote just not as capable as the harmony elite. Great for a simple basic home theater.

I set up 2 TVs,Apple tv, 2 DVD and a receiver ... it’s been working with 4 devices just fine but it’s not great when I navigate between devices.

Works great and can program a series of actions like with any Harmony Remote. For the price cannot be beat and can control anything.

The 665 Harmony is a great way to control multiple entertainment devices with one remote. You tell the Harmony remote what equipment you have by brand and model. The info is downloaded to the remote, and you’re in business!

I bought this remote because my original got lost during our move, at first I had to connect it to my laptop just to get started, there are alot of pointless buttons on it and every time it falls off the couch or gets bumped hard it resets to the initial start you have to press a series of buttons to be able to use it again after the fall or bump it's pretty annoying. It was an expensive remote that I wouldn't purchase again.
