I am a huge fan of Logitech products however they lack in this department. I've owned tis remote for almost a week and it just doesn't work as I intended it would. I use it for an onkyo reciever, samsung q60 and Xbox one s. Out of the box this remote requires you to plug into the computer to configure the buttons and evertime you need to reconfigure them you must again plug it into the computer. I utilize the play a game button feature which turns on the Xbox reciever and TV and opens the game i want to play. Sometimes te remote takes up to 2.5 mins to accomplish this task and other times it will turn on the TV and receiver but not the xbox. If the remote is moved even slightly the display screen will turn on and stay on for 2-3 mins draining the battery. This remote is far from useful as I can only find use for 3 buttons. It does not have an input select for the TV and the top half of the remote does not have a Backlight. I am unable to figure out how to configure the rest of the remote for use of my smart TV features. I feel a much cheaper universal remote will work better than this $60 harmony.

I love the fact that one remote controls my Roku TCL TV, cable box and sound bar. Downside is programming the remote is, instructions can be complex, confusing and lacking. My 35 year old stepson had to program it for me.

Great remote control!!! I bought this remote because I owned Harmony 650 in the past and I loved it!! I like the fact fact that you can group 8 different remotes easily into just one. Programming was very easy.

I have used this product before and you won’t find anything else that is better ! I have six different things on this remote and it works great !! I also have another one in my bedroom ! Great product !!

Wanted something that was small, versatile, reasonably priced and simple to use. This remote is it! Easy to setup and even easier to use. Build quality is good and looks sharp. If you need a remote, this is a great one.

Nice remote but because of new technology I find myself using my smart phone as most items have an app for controlling audio video equip.

Works as expected but definitely not as polished as the previous generation unit it replaced.

Its gets the job done but it feels old school. I guess i feel it should be a little more user friendly.

I’m not loving it. It’s a bit of a pain to navigate. You have to constantly toggle between your tv button and cable button for volume and then back to tv and input to get to the Roku amd Amazon etc. love that it lights up but there has to be better ones out there. It’s not totally terrible but i do keep the other remotes handy so I can use them if i get frustrated.

My 3rd harmony remote and works perfectly, like the previous 2. Does everything I need it to do and was able to do complete setup and pairing with my equipment (4k tv, receiver, directv box and 4k player) in less than a half hour. Love these remotes.

This is a great remote. The nice thing about the Harmony remotes is the settings are synced on your account if you use it. Bought this as a replacement one and one step to put the setting in. Works great!

It works, but not as responsive as I would like. I have to hit help every few times as well...

This remote is amazing. I have my tv hooked up to it and my playstation and I cant start them all with this remote. I thought this was going to be hard to setup but the setup was super simple.

Nice easy to use. My only complaint is it seems to lag a bit. Bit too slow response.

Like having one remote to handle the different devices example tv/cable box, blue ray player and the HDMI selector for the fire stick

This is the third Harmony all in one remote I have bought at Best Buy. Once it's set up, one button turns on and off everything. Very handy. Each time the model changes and improves. Will continue to purchase.

Great remote to use for multiple devices. Love the favorite channel feature to jump to certain channels. This model have a lot of features to use on a smart tv and Roku. I hope that Logitech will come up with the way to use this remote on the Amazon Fire TV soon.

I loathe the Apple TV Remote. This is a fine replacement. Sometimes has a tendency to reboot itself. Fairly easy setup.

This Harmony remote coupled with a ROKU device permits access to Xfinity package without monthly cost.

got this Harmony remote to replace an older model that stopped working. It's ok not as good as the one it replaced. Won't turn off my projector unless I hit the help button each time since the projector has to clicks to turn off. I've tried my best to get it to program but just won't. Old remote did it but this one won't. Well I guess for $49. what can I expect. I do like that it take regular 2AA batteries!
