This is a nice control so convenient I little tricky to set it up but once you get it done you’re good to go

The coolest remote pairs up to 10 devices as long as you have the make and model of your devices you can sync it up ... It controls my rv and my surround sound system for my house

It does what it says, however the remote go through batteries like wild. I have to replace batteries every other week. It doesn't matter what type of premium or generic off brand batteries I use. Other than the battery issue it's a fairly decent remote. It's really easy to program as well, there's no codes to look up either.

Works for the TV and the Bose system, but sometimes want you to go through the button menus again before you can use it.

This remote does all I had hoped for. Easiest remote ever to program. Once setup a single push of a button and my whole home theater comes up ready to watch. It functions great. Very easy and it replaced 4 remotes and has plenty of room to spare.

I have purchased Harmony remotes before and this is the first one that is inconsistent and problematic. I programmed it to manage 3 devices and it works 80% of the time. The other 20% is easily resolved but its annoying when it does not work as designed. I will buy future Harmony products based on the other ones I own but I will not be purchasing this model again.

First one had a problem. After getting it replaced, haven’t had any problems. Nice to just have only one remote to look for

The software makes it easy to program the remote, but wish they had support for Fire TV products.

It controls everything, but not everything you have. mainly just controls power and inputs in my setup.

This was an amazing way to bring my old surround sound system back to life. My old remote quick working and amazingly enough this new remote had the ability to load the program for my old system and save the day.

I bought this to eliminate my numerous remotes, but this is so complicated to use, that I am not sure it was worth the purchase and the subsequent expense to have it set up. The Geek Squad tech did the best he could as there seemed to be issues with some of our components, but instead of pushing 1 button to turn on TV and cable, I have to push 3 buttons and reset the sound bar every time to make it work. It is NOT user friendly, not simple to use, and frankly, not worth the money (to me anyway). Trying to get to Netflix and/or other streaming apps is almost impossible to figure out. BUT - the sound bar does seem to work a little better, once I can get it turned on and at the correct setting (which is why the 2 stars, and not 1). Not sure I am happy with this purchase, maybe over time it will become habit and won't be as frustrating. I was supposed to get email instructions from Best Buy as to how to use this device...haven't gotten them yet.

This remote does it all. Very easy to use, works well with most televisions. The only universal remote you will ever need.

Takes some effort to get it going and programmed but much easier than older models I have had in the past. Still working out the kinks but my wife likes it and that's what counts.....hiding the original remotes is a bonus to her.

Pretty much the same as the prior remote, but likk the additional devices and that it still works with the software

It works great however isn’t compatible with all I need. A little pricey but helps with the remote overload.

So nice to plop down on the couch wil only one remote. It has a screen to puck and what you want to do with what devices. It handles everything. Dvr blue ray internet apple tv direct tv speakers. Took a while to program but worth the time and effort up front

This remote is easy to use once you figure out how to download the app. Once its setup and ready to go, you just select your devices and it coordinates with them to start what you want to do, (watch tv, movies, xbox etc.)

Great remote!! I can operate all my equipment with one remote, put the others up. I purchased this as an upgrade, I was happy with the older model, and love this one even better.

Gave to my daughter for her birthday present. Her husband connected it to a TV in their workout room. They watch it daily and all are happy. I am looking forward to buy again.
