I've tried several different universal remotes and I keep coming back to Logitech Harmony Remotes. This is the only one that turns everything on and off with one button. More expensive then others but worth it.

I like being able to control everything in one spot. Having a problem with one of my activities but I just need to get online and fix it.

Very happy with the ease in setup, and use of the Logitech Harmony 665. Glad to have this product in my home, eliminating the use of iffy remotes consolidating them into one. Glad to recommend this product highly.

Replaced my prior Logi. This was an improvement. Helpful in managing my TV Firestick and VCR in 1 device.

I bought this to replace my old Harmony universal remote, that finally bit the dust after 15 years. This remote is a good value for the money, easy to set up, and easy to use. I would highly recommed.

Went from 4 remotes to one. After a small learning curve it's very simple to program and get everything up and running the way you want. Everything functions great.

only disappointment is the numerical key pad is at the bottom of the remote making it difficult to press numbers with one hand.

Very easy to setup. It takes a bit to get used to the menu and how to move around but once you become familiar, it is so easy to use.

Logi remote has its quirks. Our last one was very temperamental in functioning. This one is so far so good.. let’s hope it continues.

Much better than the older model even though they look the same. Faster, quicker to update and more reliable output to the TV. I don't need the big command center your remote so this is perfect

It takes time and patience to use this. When working well, its great. Battery runs out faster than other remotes.

I love that I can program my dvr and tv. The Fios button comes up on the remote screen I am about add my Xbox and Bose. I am happy . It is a easy plug and play setup with iOS I full access and control with my cable box with Logitech remote

Feels cheap (plastic) but works better than my 700 series remote.

Great controller. This is easy to use and controls all kinds of devices. Logitech has quite making this controller which is a shame as there is no other like it on the market.

It’s a good remote that connect to everything to want. The screen is something you have to used to it.

Nice remote for multiple devices ,that wont break the bank. Using it to control my Xbox,Sony Tv,and Yamaha receiver,so far so good. The set up was straight forward,although will not work with ChromeOS,so heads up.

Definitely helped to consolidate remotes down to one and solve a Sony / Sonos compatibility issue.

To be fair my expectations were probably too high. I have used the non-touchscreen models for several years and never had any issues. I expected the same results out of the touchscreen and it was not as fast to respond and a little slow to respond to touches. All of the buttons work great, I just expected the touchscreen to be more responsive. The unit programs like all of the other Logitech devices.

Previously owned a Logi Harmony and was very happy, so opted to buy this model even though it was an ad-don vs essential. Modest price also encouraging repeat buy decision.

Great to be able to control tv, sat box, Sonos sound system and dvd from one remote. Can’t beat it for the price. Purchased to replace older Harmony we have for several years.
