    This remote substitute my Samsung Smart tv original remote, everything was program correctly and works. Good option for the price.

    I have an Xbox one, smart TV, and sound bar, with this remote I can control all devices with ease. Setup on the computer is easy and you can customize the activities. A must if you want only 1 remote for all devices.

    Received it “free” when I bought an LG 4K blu ray player. THIS REMOTE IS IR ONLY! Will NOT control RF devices.

    Does everything I need it to do. Very customizable. "Back" button doesn't work as a "back" button on smart TV apps.

    The Logitech 665 remote was easy to set up and very straightforward to use. I have had two other Logitech remotes, one more sophisticated and one less. Now that I refigured my devices this one fits my needs and I am completely satisfied with it.

    Much better than the older model even though they look the same. Faster, quicker to update and more reliable output to the TV. I don't need the big command center your remote so this is perfect

    Very nice to keep track of one remote. Very easy to program with software that you have to download to your computer. Does all sorts of functions and puts tv, surround sound and cable all on the correct setting or input.

    I really like how easy it is to program and use the remote. I can only hope that when this one eventually dies Logitech will have changed its mind about discontinuing them.
