I love this remote. I actually purchased it for my parents so they can just have one remote, so it makes it easier for them,plus its very user friendly. I own two my self. Really easy set up and help screen is great. Cant go wrong with it.

Much better than the older model even though they look the same. Faster, quicker to update and more reliable output to the TV. I don't need the big command center your remote so this is perfect

Remote works well. Easy to update and program. This is my second one. Definitely helps reduce the overall number of remotes.

I have an Xbox one, smart TV, and sound bar, with this remote I can control all devices with ease. Setup on the computer is easy and you can customize the activities. A must if you want only 1 remote for all devices.

Considering that these remotes are expensive, this one does the job perfectly for that price. Recommended.

Includes a lot of options I am unlikely to use, but would probably be worthy of someone who doesn't like to use multiple remotes.

Remote is awesome. Went from 6 remotes to one. Extremely easy and user friendly set up. I took me more time to get the serial numbers from my 6 devices than to set this remote up through their software. I definitely would recommend getting this remote.

Does everything I need it to do. Very customizable. "Back" button doesn't work as a "back" button on smart TV apps.

Easy set up. Use is straight forward - no complaints other than the key pad could be more brightly lit.

The set up is easier than prior versions of Harmony Remotes. Requires a fair amount of effort to set up any specific commands

This remote substitute my Samsung Smart tv original remote, everything was program correctly and works. Good option for the price.

This is an excellent remote. It wasn't hard to program and pretty easy to use. I would recommend some patience and allow some time to ensure you enter all the buttons that you want through the software.

Very nice to keep track of one remote. Very easy to program with software that you have to download to your computer. Does all sorts of functions and puts tv, surround sound and cable all on the correct setting or input.

This is my 2nd Harmony remote. I like the ease of setting up the codes to my A/V equipment. I use it for 6 different pieces.

Great controller. This is easy to use and controls all kinds of devices. Logitech has quite making this controller which is a shame as there is no other like it on the market.

These remotes (I've had 5) and the BEST way to replace all your other remotes. Just make sure nothing is blocking line-of-sight to the components.
