Already being a Harmony remote customer, after adding a new TV I knew I woulud get another Harmony remote. This was simple to set up and works perfectly

Very nice to keep track of one remote. Very easy to program with software that you have to download to your computer. Does all sorts of functions and puts tv, surround sound and cable all on the correct setting or input.

Great remote once you get them setup. Not the easiest thing to setup.

Christmas gift from my wife. I had a Harmony device many years ago but after 15 years or more it needed to be upgraded. Key pad is very much like the old one but much more intutive. Great device.

Is a great value. I am having a bit of trouble using it as it has a lot of options but no basic operating manual

finally wore out the old one. good unit for the price. easy plug and play. if replacing an old unit, easy migration of settings, useful when individual devices serial #s are not available.

Includes a lot of options I am unlikely to use, but would probably be worthy of someone who doesn't like to use multiple remotes.

Not as friendly as the version it replaced. Without notice you havevto reprogram about every week or two especially if you drop it on the floor.

The set up is easier than prior versions of Harmony Remotes. Requires a fair amount of effort to set up any specific commands

Works great, until you drop it that is! Don't understand what the problem is, but if you drop it it has to be re-set.

This remote substitute my Samsung Smart tv original remote, everything was program correctly and works. Good option for the price.

This is my 2nd Harmony remote. I like the ease of setting up the codes to my A/V equipment. I use it for 6 different pieces.

wanted to control volume when watching Apple TV and not have to switch back and forth to TV device to change volume its cheap so cant expect everything Oh and the stupid remote assistant kept coming on and locking up the remote until i followed the instruction commands Never had much luck with Logitech It has been a few years since i purchased last of their products

Remote is awesome. Went from 6 remotes to one. Extremely easy and user friendly set up. I took me more time to get the serial numbers from my 6 devices than to set this remote up through their software. I definitely would recommend getting this remote.

I love these Harmony remotes. I own a few of them, and they are simple to program, and make life much easier. I suggest getting one for your parents or in-laws. They will think you are a genius!

Setup for controller is easy. Ability to control multiple devices with this remote comes in very handy.

It works well enough, however, would be better if rechargeable and IR.

My husband wants to stock up on these remotes in case they are not produced in the future. It is an all-in-one device that is user friendly and easy to program.

We really like this Universal Remote. It is easy to use for all our devices (TV, Receiver, Blu-Ray, Apple TV). It is also easy to add and delete devices from this Remote.

Works EXACTLY as advertised...easy to set up and replaces all of our remotes, including Roku
