I got it on sale during Black Friday. I now wish I had bought one for my other tv. I had an earlier model before that was not great, but this one being rechargeable, and having many more devices that are controllable make this great. Especially at Black Friday prices.

It doesn't quite seem to have the range/reach some of the original remotes have. Also, I encountered some problems with my specific configuration that it doesn't handle well. Working through them. Love the 1-button automation options!

Worked well for my older TV and VCR/DVD combo. Rechargeable batteries with a USB charger. Nice back-lighting turns on when the remote is touched, Many devices are selectable via the program to set-up the remote. Easy to use, Improvements - back light for the main buttons on top the remote (TV/Movies/Music/...). Does not controlblue tooth device including the Wii.

This was my first universal remote control purchase. It was easy to configure. It does a great job of controlling my Vizio TV, Samsung sound bar, Apple TV, ChannelMaster DVR and Bose Wave Radio. I liked it so much I bought two more and gave them as Christmas gifts.

Really like how this remote is set up according to viewing or listening activity. I had a problem directly downloading the software from Logitech and in the end had to download a zip file and install the software from that.

I love this harmony remote is rechargeable and more updated than my last remote. Harmony remotes take the issues out of everything, but there are so many details that you have to pay attention to all your customization options.

No issues with the setup. Plug the cable into your computer and follow the simple step by step instructions. Probably took me about thirty minutes total to program the remote. I have 6 different components and not an issue with any of them. Super easy!

Delivery time was quick, installation takes time, it's better to have all your devices details before hand and after it just takes 4-6 mins for setup. have been using for past 1 month no issues. Ali had used other harmony remotes in past and I like it.

I was intimidated about programming this remote but it proved easy to do. When I did have a question the help service was awesome! I highly recommend using a this remote to do the jobs of all those cluttering your coffee table or couch. You won't be sorry!

It was easy to set up and works very well. The only problem is that after two charges the batterys would not recharge. Simply replaaced them with regular batterys.

Easy to program/setup. Some say batteries don't last long. I make sure the remote is placed on the end table after I use it because my previous model of the same band would "turn on" to a standby mode and reduce battery life with minimal movement.

I bought this during Thanksgiving for just $50 and it was a good buy. I ended up returning the product because I bought a Bose sundbar and that came with a remote which can work as a universal remote for up to 4 devices. Not sure on this though.

This has always been my favorite programmable remote. It is easy to program and use. The rechargeable feature is great and I have never had an issue with any of the 3 I've purchased. This one is a back-up since they are no longer manufactured.

Needed to replace our remote and went with this universal remote. Does about everything, and the screen makes special features and buttons easy to use. Fairly easy to program, but it is a little bit of a process, because it connects to your computer.

Great remote no issues was expecting it to be difficult to configure and it was quite easy to configure. Rechargeable batteries whats not to like it eliminates lots of remotes glad I bought it

The remote is great. We went from the 650 to this one and there is not much difference. It will control nearly everything, except the family. It is a little glitchy though. Sometimes it does not turn things on or off when you hit the button.

Controlling 4 devices is wonderful and has simplified my viewing/listening experience. Having some old devices did present some initial setup problems, but Logitech support was outstanding. I would buy another Logitech remote without hesitation.

The Logitech Harmony 700 is a really good remote for what it can do (control your TV, cable box, game console, etc...) and if you can get it for the right price, it's even better.

A little back story. Some years ago purchased a Harmony One. I have had it forever and it still continues to work. However I knew the day would come went it would stop working. I purchased a new Harmony on sale, one of there top line models. Well it was not a Harmony One. It disappointed in performance and ease of use. I returned that one the next day. I purchased the 700 when they where having a sale. This one I am pleased with. It is similar in shape to the Harmony One and best of all works the same. No learning new buttons. It was a breeze to transfer the settings from the One. Two negative (mildly) comments. The screen is not a touch screen as the One (nor are all the windows in color) and it does not come with a charging cradle. But for the price, this was the one to replace my Harmony One.

The initial setup is a little time consuming, but once it's set up (and tweaked out for additional customization) it's great. The customization gives you a wide array of options. I'm satisfied so far.
