After reading reviews on-line I was a bit hesitant to purchase based on the reported headaches with programming the device. In reality, the remote was extremely easy to program and has worked like a charm from day 1. All of the features and buttons on the individual remotes are replicated on the Harmony remote and are easy to find. The remote is very intuitive to use and learn and is a wonderful replacement to the multitude of remotes I previously had to juggle.

I bought this remote to replace my Harmony 650, which broke after I'd had it for 2 months. This one is much better! I can even operate my XBox One with it.

It was easy to setup the remote. I set it up for my TV, BluRay player, cable remote. The battery last longer than I anticipated.

This has been the best Universal remote i have ever purchased. Once you get used to the buttons it will turn on and off all electronic items. It take a little to set it up on your computer but once done. no need to do it again. I love it and i named it "Lucy" because it's so smart!

Set up took about 40 minutes for 4 devices. All devices are working great with 1 remote. Bough the PS3 adapter and that works flawlessly as well.

I was never able to get the "Universal" remote for my Comcast cable box to control my Olevia TV or Philips DVD player. So, I'd been using three separate remotes to control my TV/DVD system. A few months ago the "Volume Up" control on my TV's remote quit working so I had to do something different. A family member had told me about the Harmony Remotes so I decided to try one. I bought a Harmony 700 at Best Buy. At first I was a little wary about it's claims. But it was very easy setup via the online tool. It's a no-brainer to use and so far, it hasn't needed recharging in a little over a month. I should've bought one of these several years ago!

This remote, like the three other Harmony 650's I have is easy. The setup wizard pretty much takes care of it all. All you need is the model numbers, add your components, setup activities, download to remote, and away you go. It's pretty much that easy. Only took me 10 minutes to get a TV, DVR, DVD, and receiver programed up and running. Only draw back I have is the remote can be a little slow sending commands sometimes but I expected that since the 650 was the same way.

Logitech - Harmony Advanced Universal Remote is the simplest of all the universal remotes to program. Plus, it has a handy help button that can walk you through steps to fix the problem. It has an easy website to set-up your remote and remember your preferences.

I'm able to run my tv, sound system, Apple TV, TiVo Roamio plus and gaming consoles with one device. Very simple to set up.

Only have used the remote a few times but works great, Simple to update and link new equipment to control. Works great with my apple tv and samsung tv, and direct tv mini-genie. Simply DL Harmony Software to your MAC or PC and follow the instructions, designate which devices you like to use to watch movies or play games or play music, and then sync to the remote you will be using the remote in no time. Love the new color screen as well. All the buttons light up in the dark as well.

Great product. Easy to setup and use. The rechargeable battery last for a long time. I would highly recommend this product.

I have had several Harmony remotes before. I like the easier programming on this one and the rechargeable batteries.

My setup is a bit strange as everything runs through an xbox one. But the watch TV function works perfectly and simplifies everything. Only problems arise when you try to switch to a different function such as apple TV or music and things get crossed up resulting in half of the items turning on or off when not wanted. This could most likely be cleared up with the Logitech program but its so minor I don't feel like bothering with it.

Functional and works. Does what it supposed to do. Great price on sale. My only regret is I should have bought more.

After reading about 50 reviews of this item, I decided to take a chance and purchased as a gift for my husband. Although he seemed a bit frustrated at first, it seems to be working well with a few minor glitches. I was pleasantly surprised that it was able to work on some older units, for example and old surround sound. Eventually, I would like to put all the remotes away and just use this. Then I would give it 5 stars.

This was easy setup . Easy to use! And it works with all differ divides we have Like the black color Have one in 3 rooms!

It's a really good remote. It's easy to setup as well and the battery lasts a very long time.

This remote is great charges using usb plug with a standard microusb cable and wall plug. Easily programable using a PC.

Was looking for a remote to control 4-8 devices (between two separate rooms). Also bought during Black Friday, so the price was enticing. I enjoy the remote, but would not recommend using for devices in two separate rooms (unless all the devices are different). I have the same brand TV's, Blu-ray players, and Bose systems in both rooms, so the cross compatibility sometimes gets skewed. otherwise, great product and easily customizable with the computer software.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the learning curve was much longer than I expected. Set up was relatively seamless, but how to go from one function to another takes trial and error. We vowed to keep the other 4 remotes in a drawer and stick with learning this one. Once learned, it's a dream! Other downside is that their web page is your only other resource. I couldn't find a phone number for them at all.
