Bought this Black Friday for a deep discount - wasn't my first option as I previously owned Harmony remotes and wasn't very happy with their quality. I pair it with a IR to RF back to IR converter as all my equipment is behind a wall. Remote is extremely easy to set up, has a huge database of equipment it supports. Looks solid with easy controls. Very happy with my purchase. Hope to own if for a few years

I have been using Logitech Harmoby Remoted for many years now. This remote is excellent, especially if you can get it on sale, for controlling a home theatre setup that has more than 5 devices. If you have 5 or less, go with the Harmony 650 (unless you get a killer deal on the 700). My 700co trolls a TV, Bluray player, receiver, DVR, Apple TV and XBox. The remote handles all the devices easily. Great product!

This remote came highly recommended from the company that installed my full home audio system (TV, 2-zone receiver, Apple TV, U-Verse, Blu-ray DVD, etc). They hooked it all up and programmed it for me...and now selecting various sources is as simple as the press of a button. Easy to operate. Easy to understand. Quick learning curve. Works very well.

Easy to use and set up. Great remote for milt able devices.

This is a great unit for the cost. Very easy to program, very easy to use. On some equipment you have to fudge to find the correct "code", but once the code is found, it's great. So I bought 3, it took minutes to program the first 2 and about an hour to work out all the bugs on the third one. Not a problem with the remote, more the code.

The setup was rather easy I was worried reading other reviews that it was going to be tedious. But it actually wasn't took me 20-25 mins and that's because I kept double check ing everything. Would have gave it 5 stars if I could get it to work with my Apple TV but other than that it helped me stop using 5 other remotes now just one!

With the downloaded software, this remote is a great tool for controlling your home media center. Because of the similarity of my setups, I am actually able to use this device on two different TVs and cable boxes. I also like the non-proprietary rechargeable batteries! It makes much more sense and is easy to replace or recharge in place. I wish I had gotten 3 of these in the first place.

First, it comes with rechargeable batteries, a nice touch, and they last surprisingly long. Plenty of devices, except for Bluetooth or wifi ones, can be controlled. Lcd screen is clear and bright. Tames even complicated set ups. Online database is constantly updated. A valuable tool for my system.

Easy to set up and great to combine all electronics into one remote. Only issue is the device button tends to turn off my sound bar if it's not used for a period of time, but leaves everything else on. Then you have to backtrack to turn everything on or everything off.

Refreshing to only one remote versus 4-5! This remote has a Help feature to walk you through the steps if the remote doesn't turn all items on or off with just a few clicks. I first saw the remote at my son's home and feel in love with it!!

This remote if great! Super easy to program. I typed the number wrong for one of my items and it found the correct one and asked me to confirm the number! The directions say it will take about 45min to program, it took me only about 20min! That was installing 4 items. The remote has every feature that the remotes you are replacing have. It can also control my A/C, and my electric fire place! Anyone needing a universal remote and don't want the $400 super fancy one should get this!.

I got this remote on special on Black Friday. In order to make sure it worked everything Best Buy charges $99 to program it. It works perfectly but the programming costs have to be considered. It has a great help button that fixes any button mishaps you create.

I bought two of these Harmony 700s to replace two worn-out different models. Harmony's newer desktop application makes programming them reasonably straightforward, and enables tweaking settings, info, or switching components fairly easy. While there are higher-end Harmony remotes available, these Harmony 700 remotes work really well for our 4-6 device systems.

Buy it! No purchase this small has ever had this much of an effect on my life. The ability to simply press one button in order to simultaneously power on and configure 8 devices to do 6 different things is so freeing. Whenever you have guests, you never have to worry about explaining the entertainment center, but just tell them to press a labeled button. It's amazing.

The price was right and I always wanted one. I liked the fact it had rechargeable batteries. All I had to do was place a USB connector to it and plug it in. It was a bit difficult for me to program it but then again I'm not the sharpest guy around when it comes to electronics so don't let that be a downer for you.

This is my 3rd harmony remote and they are great! You plug it into your computer and enter the model numbers and ports for everything you want to control and the remote does the rest. One button for anything you want to do (cable, blue ray, apple tv, xbox, wii u, etc.) I've never bought the higher end harmony remotes, these seem to get the job done well.

Bought this to replace an old Logitech 720 whose buttons had become hit and miss. Programming was easy, the web software even allowed for copying the setup from the old remote. Wasn't sure about battery life as the old remote had to live on a charging station. I haven't found the recharge point yet, but have gone a few weeks between overnight plug-ins.

Easy to program, great distance, simple to recharge

I've owned numerous logitech universal remotes in the past. My favorite universal remote is the logitech harmony one. I personally wish I could find a new model of the harmony one cause it was my favorite. The logitech 700 is a great universal remote. Logitech has better models but for the price I paid during the holiday sales(50$)I got a great bargain
