It took 4 attempts to program this device because it was difficult to find the compatible Roku device, but when found, the Harmony remote was unbelievable in that it got rid of 7 other remotes, gives me access to AM, FM, SiriusXM on my receiver, and even access to my jukebox. You need the Geek Squad to hook this up due to programming done through a laptop. Really worth it.

I've owed numerous Harmony remotes all the way back to before when Logitech took over. Although I've enjoyed all of them up to this point, but this remote is almost perfect.
There are still a few things I'd change but overall it feels good in your hand and now that the transport buttons are lower it makes it even better.

Logitech - My Best Friend

I upgraded my older Logitech remote. I had purchased a new TV, and DVD. I got tired of the remote controls included with these items, but my older Logitech couldn't handle all the devices. This is a bit expensive, but well worth it to me. Even the feel of the device is so much better than 3 remotes! If you can, simplify your life too! I still have to familiarize myself with some of the features.

Coming from a Harmony 880, which was starting to wear out, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade to this, got a great deal at Best Buy, I'm glad I did, , transfer my old settings and a little help with Harmony customer service, got it all set up. Wow I'm am still learning all its capabilities , this remote can really expand your home theater, little sensitive with the touch screen, we got used to it. Great Remote

Great build quality and upgrading the settings from my Harmony Ultimate One was a breeze. (Except the re-sync with the hub, but even that wasn't hard once I figured out where to do it.) I like having all the physical buttons below the screen, too. I had some issues accidentally brushing the touchscreen as I stretched up to hit the buttons at the top of the Ultimate One.

Tapping the numbers on the touch screen is tricky. Sometimes, if you don't tap you finger on a button for just the right length of time, it may not register the tap. I would prefer a physical numeric keypad.

Great multifunction remote. It's not the most expensive in the line but it does a great job. It is fairly intuitive and offers great ease of use however there are several notifications that have recently appeared that I have not figured out how to acknowledge. I have not yet read the instructions and I'm sure that will help but as far as controlling everything with the push of a button it does a great job

Better tham my previous Harmony Touch. The only issue I have is the charging cradle. The Touch was much better and did not require fiddling to make sure it was charging. Overall excellent remote.

The functionality of this remote is much better than the past three Harmony remotes I have owner. The programmability of a couple things I can’t figure out.

I had an Ultimate One remote which was decent, but this remote is PERFECT for me. I love all the buttons being below the touch screen. I love the sequencing on all of the Harmonies. I don't have or need or want a hub, I think there are some differences to note about it if you want or need or have a hub on interoperability. Remote is worth the $ and truly wonderful.

This is a Harmony Elite minus the puck. There are a lot of new companies trying to compete with the harmony remotes. I have used them all, and Harmony is still the best. Ease of use. Reliability. Nothing compares.

These add a nice simple interface for users with a lot of equipment that don't want a lot of remotes. Setup is guided so as long as you take some time and follow the instructions it is pretty easy. Logitech even includes the ability to upgrade from the previous generation like the Harmony one if you happen to have one of those that someone shattered the screen of.

We have had this remote a few weeks now. The Best Buy from the geek squad was really helpful. He left his card if I ever needed help. It took a while to get used to all the buttons but gets easier the more we use it. I really like that it has a rechargeable battery and all you have to do is put it back into the base station. And it works great with the channel master ever.

I got this remote to upgrade from the Logitech Harmony One remote that I have had for almost ten years now, and it is taking some getting used to. I can't really say that this is a bad or difficult remote, but after using my Harmony One for so many years it is really taking some getting used to in order to fully use and enjoy this Harmony 950 remote.
I rated this remote as "good" at the moment because it does function fine, it's just the getting used to the new layout and menu that is a bit perplexing at times. I am sure that I will eventually get used to it, but one thing for certain is that it is not as easy to use and user friendly as the Harmony One.

My dog ate ALL 4 of my remotes --- this remote allowed me to re-gain control of my electronics in 1! So - I love that. Just need to get used to the new way on controlling things.

I have a Sony 285es 4k projector, B&W CM9 towers, 685 bookshelfs, htm62 center, etc in a 5.2.2 dolby atmos speaker setup, Yamaha rx 3080 receiver, elite 135" diag screen, light and acoustics control, xbox 1x, etc. but the only reason my wife goes in that room is because she has one touch control thanks to this remote!!!.

This replaced a Harmony 950. Setup was relatively easy, though there were extra steps necessary to get the Apple TV working properly. Works well with my equipment inside of a cabinet. The added ability to use my iPhone and iPad to control everything is cool. I have not tried to connect to household items.

I wanted a universal remote for the many electronic devices I connected to my LG OLED TV including DVD player, Bose hard drive unit, Sony DVD player, PS4, XBox, and WII. The Logitech Harmony 950 made it work easily. Setup took some time, but it works like a charm.

Recommended for snyone trying to simplify operation of home theater components. Controls my TV, Blu Ray, and Surround Sound Audio System... Powers on all devices with a single button, and controls each device independently based on what part they serve in the total system. A++++

Overall, this is a good remote that runs everything in my home theater system. I do find that I still use my Apple TV remote instead, as it is more intuitive to use. The remote could utilize the physical buttons on the pad better. There are many buttons that don’t get used, but instead it creates buttons you have to scroll through on the touch screen. It does all the basic functions well, but when it comes to having to use more advanced features, I find myself going back to the original remotes. It’s not as fun and easy to use as I was hoping, but still a decent remote.
