Great remote for our equipment hidden in a cabinet. Very easy to program and use.

Purchased for a friend for their birthday and they truly love it. Bought it for them because we love our Logitech harmony remote so much. Amazing product and will continue purchasing in the future.

The only reason why I gave this product a 4-star rating is because they setup could be made easier. other than that this product is great. Has buttons on remote to control lights and dim them. This is convenient when you're watching a movie were the volume is loud and Alexa can't hear you.

My original Harmony 900 touchscreen remote died after about five years of usage, so I went shopping for a replacement. First I came home with a Harmony elite touch screen remote, but I had so many issues like just getting the remote to even wake up and update itself, that I returned it with the intention of getting an identical replacement thinking I just had a lemon. Thankfully though at the very last minute I became aware of this remote. At first I was concerned that I would be losing a lot without the touchscreen, but I would be gaining the tactile feel of the number pad again, unlike with Harmony elite where the number pad was touchscreen only, which was annoying because I always had to be staring at the remote to make sure I clicked the right thing. As it turned out, I have been so much happier with this remote, which I chose for half the price mind you, because another annoying thing with the touchscreen remotes is too often you can inadvertently change the channel or something else by simply having your knuckle brush the touchscreen or when you go to pick it up sometimes your finger may accidentally touch the touch screen, I can't tell you how many times that happened on a daily basis over the past five years for me and my wife. This remote does everything that I wanted it to do exactly as the touchscreen remote did except without the touchscreen. And the best part is it doesn't need to be constantly charged, as a matter fact it never needs charged, it doesn't even have a charger, unlike the touchscreen remote switch could only last two or three days without being charged, which by the way became more like every day needing a charge after a year or two of usage. And the more you charge it consistently the worse it makes the battery life so it's a catch 22. I like this remote doesn't have that issue.

This is a great remote for my particular situation - I needed an RF remote since many of my components are in a cabinet. It works great. My only comments are that the cell phone app is very complicated especially for my receiver - many pages of controls. Also, it would have been nice if the blaster would have used the same plugs as the previous versions that Logitec had been using - if they had I would not have had to pull the blaster wire through my cabinet. All in all, very good.

This Home Harmony system is awesome. We bought a new TV and our cable remote required us to point it at the Cable Box/TV *WAY* too long. So I ended up running my television all night any time the kids 'turned off' the TV. With this system, all of that is irrelevant because this uses Radio Frequency, not IR. In fact, I can turn on my system from another room across the house now! Oh... and I also have the ability to use my Harmony system online from somewhere outside the house. I will say the setup takes some time - but hey, I'm customizing all these different devices. I did mine on an Android tablet - not sure about how the PC setup works. Great system - I'm not sure how I did without it before (OK, I know how, I used a thousand different remotes!)

It was a little tough to give a star rating. The product mostly works as planned. I have my cable box - from Verizon Fios - in a different room from where my TV is. So I wanted to be able to control the Fios box, thus the purchase. The good - it now does control most functions of the Fios box. I can pull up the guide, change channels and get "info" for shows. There are a few buttons that didn't work, such as the Fios button and the DVR button. Thankfully I can access those by pressing menu, and then selecting those functions. Now the bad - I thought the set-up process was pretty bad. I worked for a consumer electronics company for 15 years and did my fair share of remote programming. I found the directions for this one very confusing. It took many tries, and finally discussions with the manufacturer, to get it to work. If you buy this product, I'd advise that you connect with the manufacturer right away, to avoid the frustrations of set up. To the question below, would I recommend to a friend - I didn't find many other alternatives, so I would reluctantly would, but I give them a similar warning.

This product is a great solution to hide equipent from plain site for wall mounted areas and control all electronics

This works remarkably well. No more trying to figure out where to point the remote, nobody walking in front and trying it again, and battery life YAY! Once it is set up it's a dream. Keep in mind that there is a learning curve on the software--which you must use. But then it's great. There is no screen on this controller just normal buttons, so If you need to do something special you will need to use the app on your phone/tablet etc.

We have six devises, some of which are 7 years old, yet the Harmony recognized each component and runs everything perfectly. Using Bluetooth to communicate with the 'Hub' is ingenious. Setup was very easy.

This is the greatest remote I've ever owned in my life. The simplicity of the remote, and flexibility offered with the smartphone integration is pure genius. Makes me feel much richer than I actually am.

I used to own an old Logitech remote and it worked great, but this new remote is incredibly easy to program and one of the coolest things is that you can trigger it using the Amazon Echo through, IFTTT.

I never could bring myself to buy one before now but I had a situation where my stereo equipment is behind closed doors and had no choice. And wow wish I had bought one of these years ago. Amazing!!!

It took me a few minutes to get it setup and working. After that I'm now using it to control all my devices from XBOX360, PS4, XBOXONE, and Tivo DVR.

This is a great product especially once all your devices are sync'd up. You always have a remote if you have you phone, tablet or laptop. Syncing the included Harmony remote is also fast and easy.

Harmony companion was so easy to set up. I have some audio gear that I was missing the remote and this solved plus commands all my other gear. And lighting in my home theater.

The Harmony TV home Companion is a great device for controlling TV and smart home devices.

I bought this to control multiple devices, obviously. It's much more convenient than juggling between remotes. I control a Panasonic projector (IR), Denon receiver (IR), Xbox One, and an Amazon Fire Stick (BT). I have the base station located near all the components in a cabinet, aside from the projector. The receiver required line of sight for control with the original remote; but with the base station nearby, it's not a problem. It's responsive for most devices. The Xbox has a very slight delay, but unless you're using the xbox controller or official remote, it's expected. It's also very sleek and somewhat simple to setup. The Logitech website is a great resource for help in setup.
