This remote is really good. This is the first Harmony remote I have owned. My friend had one that I used while I stayed at his house. I setup the remote from my iPhone in about 30 minutes. Tested it and everything was working. The only problem I can see is the remote wouldn't find the Roku via IP control.

I have tried a few other remotes and find this one seems to be the easiest out of all of them to set up and install. Some learning features are a little bit difficult when remotes has hard switch buttons. Overall a very good unit

easy to set up and very user friendly remote to set up all your audio video devices. got rid of my samsung tv , denon av receiver,samsung bluray player, sony cd carosel, time warner cable box remote controls! i'm not even a pro av person. not complicated as the universal remotes that uses macros. highly recommended!

Easy setup, works well with all my devices and is user friendly. I bought this remote for my home theater room; replaced 7 other remotes. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it does not work with RF devices, only IR.

Was able to set it up easily, but still required some troubleshooting to get it right. I'm still tweaking some of the settings as I find things, but definitely simplifies the 5 remotes i would use otherwise.

Works great with my receiver, cable box , tv and hue light system. The only complaint I have is once in a while when I select the watch TV activity, it does not switch to the correct hdmi input. Other than that great product.

Having used the Logitech Harmony one for MANY years, it was time for me to do an upgrade after upgrading some other equipment. I did search through several sites to find a suitable replacement. The Elite seemed to hit a good chord with many people. Being somewhat savvy with software and geeky gadgets, I had no issues setting this unit up. I can honestly say I don't even use most of the functions this could possibly do, but it works great and I was able to simplify the turning on of 'my' electronic world for my better half. I do have a couple of quirks due to how my various components work, that I was able to work through all but one of them. It's not the remote's fault, but just the way the other manufacturers designed their equipment. I have one thing that I will email Logitech about to see if they will add to an update of software/firmware in the future. I am sure many will have to add delays and extra commands to make some things go as they should, but that's to be expected when trying to make multiple components work together. Be patient. I did not have to use any of the RF extenders, as the Hub placement is perfect in my situation. I love that I don't have to sit there and point the remote at any of my equipment to get anything to work. The Harmony One drove me nuts by making sure I aimed it at the TV until it was completely done with it's programming. In fact, I don't have to point the remote at all...hit an activity on the screen, and it all turns on perfectly. I might also suggest, for existing Logitech remote users, to NOT copy the activities/devices when asked from an existing account. I did this only to delete and start over for a cleaner setup. I did it without thinking it through, and wanted to start from scratch (which was extremely easy) so that I had the new remote programmed without any clutter of the older remotes functions. One last thing. I found the iOS app easy to use to program, but I also used the desktop app on my PC to easily add favorite TV stations to the remote.

My only real complaint about this remote is what Logitech thinks makes sense as far as setup & menus. It just never feels intuitive to me. That said, the remote has worked flawlessly after initial setup. You can set up the device using your computer or your phone. The activities that you set up respond quickly and get everything turned on and to the correct input, etc. This particular model feels solid and won't try and roll itself off flat surfaces the way its predecessor could. For reference, I have an AV receiver, Samsung LCD, PS4, XBox One, a computer, and a Switch as part of my entertainment stuff. The remote can control both the PS4 & Xbox One (though it cannot turn on the PS4 as it could with the PS3). If it's a gift for non-tech people, you'll likely have to set it up for them. If it's for someone with a basic level of tech savvy, I doubt you'd have any trouble getting everything going yourself within ~30 minutes. Mind that the remote can't tell what state (on, off, input, etc.) your devices are in. As far as smart home setups, Alexa saw the Harmony activities, etc. as soon as I told it to scan for them, and that was all that was needed to be able to control activities with an Echo. The remote app for your phone works fine, too (I want tactile buttons on an A/V remote, though, so I don't generally use it). If you have multiple A/V components and only want to keep one remote around, this is a good buy (granted, still a bit expensive in my view). But I just want my tech to just work and am willing to pay more for that and, so far, this remote has delivered.

This is my third Logitech Harmony remote. I love the hub that you can hook ir blasters too. I also have this integrated with my Google Home for effortless voice control. A bit pricey but really worth it!

Great, new remote. Love the hub that comes with it as it means that you longer have to stand and keep the remote pointed at the devices that are starting up. Hub and remote "talk" and then the hub sends out commands. Nice to have the app on my phone too for those lazy days when you just don't want to get up

While still a bit wonkey, after a fair amount of trial & error it does work. If you NEED a universal remote, this one covers most of the bases. Nice that it also works with wireless and optical devices.

Upgraded to the Harmony Elite from a Harmony One and very pleased with it. Setup was a breeze and was even able to copy over my devices and activities from the Harmony One. Apart from my AV equipment, I can now also control my thermostats and other connected devices with this remote.

Purchased for the in-laws. Works great with almost all of the new components that I tried and setup was easy. It even worked with an old VHS. The only problem that I ran into was getting a legacy Pioneer Elite Plasma TV to work with the remote. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

Love this remote! Very easy to setup my equipment using the Android app on my phone. I have a Sharp TV, Yamaha receiver, Sony Blu-Ray player and an Apple TV. I did have to adjust to not having a physical keypad, but I found using the favorite channel icons on the touch screen to be a suitable replacement.

I have the Harmony Ultimate and decided to purchase the Elite. Glad I did. The functionality are identical, but the button layout and the battery performance is so much better with this one. I control a home theater along with a thermostat and other home automations. Works very well with all my components.

I upgraded from an Ultimate (which has been pressed into service in another room) taking advantage of the $100 recycle offer. Copying the devices and activities couldn't have been easier with the automated process. The feel and button layout are much improved over the Ultimate and the wife just loves it.

I can use the remote or I can use my cellphone with the included hub. A great system just in case the remote is out of my reach. My phone is pretty much always on me. Controls just about everything I can throw at it. Love Harmony remotes, but the hub this remote comes with is new to me and super useful.

Transferred our settings from our old 350 remote with ease and added our Xbox one. Good features made navigation less of a hassle and streamlined the process of getting everything booted to settle down to watch TV or play games. I would say it is my husband's new faveorite thing.

This remote does what it says it will do. But it takes a little doing to get it properly configured. Fortunately, Logitach's customer support was able to make changes from their end (saving a tech-challenged purchaser from a terrible fate); and, on the third try, everything works.

I have been working on our home AV setup for quite some time and my wife hates having multiple remotes for the cable box, receiver, and tv. I've tried to simplify by getting this and it works well to condense all remotes down into one. Also allows for expansion to more devices.
