Set up the hub/blaster in a closet 25 feet from living room with the rest of the devices and it works perfectly. Love the interface on the system, don't love the lack of physical buttons for the settings anymore. In any case, ergonomically designed, glad they moved the play/rewind buttons down from the top of the remote. I have not had a chance to set up any touch controls, but I imagine they work well.

This is my second Harmony Hub and it works great. Very easy to set up with all my equipment. The remote is laid out different from other Harmony remotes and takes getting used to. Also the numbers on the remote are on the LED screen which makes changing channels by feel impossible.

This is my second Harmony IR system. The first lasted for 6 years, through many mishaps, grandkids, etc. They are robust. The first one could still be in use here except that I could no longer update the software on it because my Mac computer operating system was no longer compatible and would not run as a 32 bit OS. I figured it was tome for an upgrade anyway and Harmony did not disappoint.

This remote is great. It controls my air conditioner, my Xbox Series X, my television and other devices in my room. The one thing I have an issue with is that you need WiFi to set it up. I was hoping to be able to use codes as well to set up devices but haven’t found that information yet.

This product is VERY difficult to setup initially. Since I have a network router setup for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and this device can only communicate on 2.4GHz, you have to ensure your phone is on 2.4GHz as well. This never worked for me even when I separated the 5GHz to a different SSID. I was on with Logitech support for hours before we finally got it working, but they definitely stuck with me and help to get it going. Once setup, it's great! It does everything I need. I wish the battery lasted longer, but it's easy enough to drop in the charging cradle every night and that seems to keep it powered for the day.

I have been living with 5 remotes for way too long. The elite does a great job simplifying my life. Also, works great with google home. Overall, was a pretty good purchase. It’s a bit on the expensive side.

I have 2 of these and use them in my very complicated home theater and TV rooms. I love being able to customize almost all of my devices, buttons, and activities. The only negatives are relatively short battery life before having to recharge and relying on the online servers.

This thing readily replaced all the remotes in our living room. Computer setup was simple once model information for our electronics were gathered. Love the simple activity function turning everything on at once on the right inputs. Once you learn your way around the remote features all the individual remotes can be stored.

Love it. Use it to control all my devices in every room. It does help having all Samsung equipment. Access via phone, pad and computer, plus the remote control. Don't think I have used the remote control but once. Had other Harmony's in the past and they were great, but this one is AWESOME.

Setting up took a little patience but well worth it. My wife is not tech savvy so a universal remote is a must. We got a whole new entertainment system and handed our older one down to our kids. This remote is great with an app for your phone to boot! PS: I travel for a living and the app is a great way to disrupt the kids when they are on “my tv.” ;-)

did not need the fire cube. Have problem when I tell alexa to turn off my living room lights (which she has done for a year),she also turns off my new tv.

This is a great product. It is very easy to set up and use. Even very old devices are listed and operational with the remote. RF works great penetrating one wall and at distance of 40' +/- (haven't tried longer distance). Nice that even within a device, you can set to go to certain apps (e.g. upon starting Roku, can automatically start app of choice upon turning all devices on).

This is the third harmony remote we’ve owned. Moved the other to the other room and bought this one. Just like our last, the buttons sometimes do something they’re not supposed to but overall a good remote. So glad we returned the hub because it did not work.

This remote is fantastic in its versatility and the battery remains solid for a couple of days. A recent firmware update broke some home automation routines people created with this remote, but Logitech has communicated that they will reverse the changes and allow the routines to be restored. This is great to see a company listen to feedback and change course.

I really enjoy this remote. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it sometimes loses connection with the hub and there is a bit of a lag between the controller and the TV. Not a big deal but overall a good remote - helped eliminate 4 others.

I’ve owned Harmony remotes for the past decade now, and there is simply not a better choice in the consumer market when it come to remote controls. The setup has gotten easier and easier over time, and I love that it is now phone based and works with Samsung SmartThings! They are expensive but well worth it.

Expensive, but we got it on sale. We senior citizens are still trying to figure out how to do everything. No User's Manual in the box or on-line. We will see how long it will take to get used to it. It is nice that it controls multiple devices and most of all works with Alexa.

This remote took the place of four different remotes. Not kidding. TV remote, Sound Bar remote, DVD remote and the cable remote. Installation had to be done by a Geek Squad member. However, it was so worth it. I am still learning the finer controls on it. However, the biggest plus, other than not having multiple remotes is that it lights up at night making it very easy to use in the Dark.

Love my Harmony’s, this replaced my Harmony touch that I had for 10 years, it would not go into sleep mode. It was located in the family room where it got used daily for 8 years so cannot complain. The Elite model has the touch screen at the top, much better ergonomically. They are worth they cost!

Love my Harmony remotes! I'm very sad that they are no longer making these remotes going forward. It's a space that does not have many companies that put much effort into creating user friendly products.
