I waited a long time to get this because of its price, but I finally got it when it was on sale and having a tradin promotion. I am glad I got it, easy to set up, and looks modern, compared to my older remote.

I know this remote costs a little more, but it is well worth it! Also, to have the phone app is a life saver, in case you forget to charge the remote (it may have happened to me more than once).

replaced a higher end older system. only one found to work with bluetooth. Works great with ps3. but cant do play/pause for ps4 (sony's fault). works with multizone but geared towards single room setups. needed ir splitter and 2.5to3.5mm adapters to take full advantage of system.

Before I purchased this Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote, I was using the Harmony One for at least the last 7 years. Logitech has made improvements in the remote's functionality. This Logitech remote performs excellently with all of my Home Theater components. Thank you Logitech.

I have a drawer full of remotes for televisions, receivers, etc. Now, I keep those stored and use this one harmony remote to control my system, Big improvement. I've never had a "universal remote" before, so I can't compare vs others. But I like this one.

I have had the Harmony One twice and now upgraded to the elite love the additional devices connect. Alexa works well so nice to tell Alexa to turn on the TV and have it preset to go to a movie channel or music channel or golf. Totally your choice in the setup.

Nice universal remote. Controls every component in my home theater system, but it would be nice if the main keys such as volume, fast forward, rewind, and pause were bigger.

This remote is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. It works brilliantly with a Sony TV, Xbox One X, PS4 Pro, Directv DVR and Sonos. Programming took about 30 minutes, but it was a breeze. No problems whatsoever and easy to follow prompts via the Harmony app.

Positives: works through cabinet doors so we could 'hide' our equipment for a cleaner look; control of Sonos playbar Negatives: I'm not super savvy with tech and this one took a bit of patience to set up

This remote might be overkill if you only have a few components. I'm not sure it really is worth the complexity it adds to the set up but now that I have it - very convenient

Finally a remote that works for everything. I should of purchased one of these years ago. I have it hooked to the TV, CD player, Stereo, Smart Channels, speaker system etc. All with one remote that works the first time.

This device controls all my entertainment devices including surround sound, cable, roku, chromecast, dvd, and record player. You simply set it all up from your phone app. Takes the place of much more expensive remotes at a fraction of the price.

Overall really nice for controlling multiple devices and functions. Some of the programming possibly can be simplified, but with all the available configurations it is worth the effort.

Easy to set up and program activities since the phone app leads you through the steps and confirms function before final sync to your remote. The only tricky part was pairing with the Echo from Amazon.

Great universal remote control. I have two of these and I love them. Very easy to setup. Also works with voice assistants like Alexa, Google when programmed. It's a shame Logitech is going to making them.

We have several A/V components and each has it's own remote which can become a real task to use let alone find it under cushions, etc. Now with one remote which is user friendly is an ideal solution for both my wife and for me.

Very nice remote, but I am old fashioned and prefer buttons. I have not adjusted to the touch mode and sometimes do not get the desired function. I have to put it in more than once which can be annoying.

Best Harmony remote out there for the price. Easy to setup and use. Every component I own including Hue light bulbs was compatible and required no extra setup. Remote isn't too big and lights up with ease. Anyone who isn't great with tech will have an easy time using this remote.

I had an older generation(2010 year model) and during my Geek Squad install they recommended the change for not only the newer technology, but the fact this unit did not require a remote eye stuck to the TV and other components. Nice touch screen is easy to use and intuitive.

Bought this to control my sony tv, xbox1, direct tv, bose surround sound, apple tv and android box. It was easy to setup and very intuitive. Work perfectly and i highly recommend for people who are NOT tech savvy or just want to get away from multiple remotes like me!!
