I did not install this as I had the Geek Squad install. The end results is so much better than I had before..it was a nightmare three remotes and still could never get it right..so frustrating and now its so simple..love love love it..

Bought this to control my sony tv, xbox1, direct tv, bose surround sound, apple tv and android box. It was easy to setup and very intuitive. Work perfectly and i highly recommend for people who are NOT tech savvy or just want to get away from multiple remotes like me!!

I upgraded my previous Harmony to the elite. I have used a couple versions of the Harmony remotes and have always been pleased. They are easy to use, helpful when needing to troubleshoot. Most importantly they eliminate multiple remotes hanging around. I highly recommend this device.

Absolutely Love my new remote! I went from 4 separate remotes to one in by theater room. It is very user friendly. I am planning to purchase another one for our family room.

Considering majority of my house is smart features/products, this remote made it extremely easy to consolidate everything into one. I no longer have to look for certain remotes or scroll through apps on my phone.

Easy to program using web based app. Lets you m,are changes and conform to your devices. Great one button macros. Cloud backs up programming so can be accessed if lost or damaged.

This is the easiest universal remote. It controls literally everything. I had the geek squad set it up because I’m technically defunct. But after that it has been a breeze! I can’t say enough about this remote. It does everything I need it to!

I cannot rave enough about this remote. It controls my Denon receiver and everything I have connected to it. It changes inputs and all the remote buttons are customizable. Integrates with Alexa!

This is my 4th harmony remote, and the best one yet. You dont have to point it directly at the devices since the hub is connected to wifi. You can even set it up with your cell phone. The only thing I would like changes is it could have more color on the activity and device screens.

I bought this remote so I can control my entertainment system easily. It works well on most activities with my BOSE. Overall, its not a bad product. The design is sleek, and easy to use.

There are a few things universal remotes just can't do because of limitations of the controlled devices. But for things which are possible, this remote is pretty awesome. I had a previous Harmony remote, so setup was easy this time... just transferred everything from my existing account.

I obviously like this pretty much. I needed remotes that could read equipment through walls and doors. I really like the screen and the equipment is easy to use.

Great controller, my 3rd Harmony remote and by far the best. I like the flexibility of re-assigning buttons, and multi-use of each button (click vs hold down). Only complaint is having to purchase the entire bundle together with the remote. I would have preferred buying just the remote.

This remote is fantastic. Unlike the newer Harmonies, it has a screen on the front to help you with any issues you might have, like when your TV doesn't turn on. It also supports a ton of activities, and can customize not only each button on the remote but also the buttons on the screen.

I haven't had the remote for too long yet, but very please so far. Setup was extremely simple and works flawlessly so far. Will update with additional information as time goes on.

The box came ripped and crushed upon delivery. I inspected everything inside and it seemed fine so I did not exchange the item. 16 days after delivery the remote became unresponsive. I was shocked to learn the return/exchange period is only 15 days after receipt of product. I had to take the remote apart and unplug the battery and discharge the unit overnight and reinstall the battery to get it functional again. Hope it doesn’t freeze on me again.

If someone wants a really nice universal remote to use as a conventional remote, this one is very nice. But... If you want to utilize it with the power and convenience of Amazon Echo - Alexa, it might not meet your expectations. It all works but it is a laborious process of setting everything up to use with Alexa. In my opinion, the interface for just this function is not quite ready for prime-time. Depends upon how much free time one has and how patient one is. :~) Other than the above mentioned, this is a nice addition to your whole home controller needs

I have a Samsung TV, Sony soundbar, and an Apple tv (4k) and am able to control all three with the remote. Definitely worth it if you're looking to consolidate multiple remotes into one. I do wish that the remote sent commands over wi-fi, though.
