This remote can do everything and, once programmed, very simple to use. However, we needed a professional to set it up and a few times it got unprogrammed or we did something wrong and it wasn't easy to correct. We are a little older so maybe a younger person would be able to do it better.

The Harmony Elite with Smart Hub works all my AV equipment with one remote. Otherwise, I would have to navigate a maze of five separate remotes. You don't have to be tech savvy to make it work. Hats off!

I had new speakers put in ceiling, a firestick installed and everything brought together with and Harmony Hub Remote. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. Everything works great!

Works well but syncing can be a bit of an issue. Note that the MyHarmony app does not work on Mac running Catalina or Big Sur (it is a 32-bit app and Logitech seems to be in no hurry to upgrade it to 64-bit), so you have to use the mobile app which is clunky and less featured. I was able to sync it using an older Mac (Mojave 10.14) - I highly recommend doing that or using a Windows machine.

This remote has our receiver that is surround sound, the TV, the blue ray, the outside speakers system. In addition to that it has all the TV favorites with picture. This remote can do everything. I will no need for another remote again. It is fantastic!!!

Far easier to set up than I thought it would be. Only minor issue was getting the hub linked to my WIFI network. After that it was smooth sailing and the remote works great. Easy to program and simple to use!

This is an upgrade to a previous Logitech remote that lasted a long time. Hoping we get the same from this one. We programmed it to automate different functions when watching TV or playing video games

Great design and features. Had problems find the sweatspot for where to place the transmitter, but eventually got it to work. The backlight feature is worth the hefty price tag!

This is a fantastic remote control that starts up and shuts down everything. It can affect changes for all components. It is a bit touchy if you pick it up and can possibly change settings.

Well I had to give this product 4 stars reason why the battery dies a little fast to I guess sins it had a touchscreen but overall this is the best out there can’t go wrong with this purchase make sure you price match :D

This remote makes controling my AV products a breeze. It can also be used to control other areas in the home but I haven't gotten that far with it yet. I am very impressed and it was easy to set up and use.

Seems to work well, but have to make sure that all devices are on or off before beginning. Otherwise, some devices come on while others are still off and I have to manually check them.

Definitely a learning curve for this beast. Once you learn the basics it is everything you’ll need. Geek squad suggested this and I thank them for their valuable insight.

I had a Logitec IR controller that worked great that I used in my theater room but if somebody was in the way of the beam, I would have to ask them to move. At this price I thought it was a great time to switch to RF. Easy to program and exceeds my expectations.

Works great but hard to set up would recommend using the geek squad to set it up. It is hard to find some electronic equipment to program

The Logitech Harmony Elite remote control is good. It takes a while to get used to it and can be sensitive if not careful.

I am able to setup all of my devices with the app that is downloaded to my phone quickly. Just look up the name of the device and add. The remote doesn’t have to be connected to a usb cord. Just find your device, add, then sync to hub.

Pretty good universal remote. Consolidates multiple remotes into one. Harmony has discontinued this remote control

I had an older Harmony 1100 remote n it worked but the batter wouldn't stay charged so I decided to upgrade and bought the Harmony Elite and love it it's awesome easy to set up n program to the way I have my devices set up and works great highly recommend it

Installed by Geek Squad. Worked well that day. But, the next day Harmony Elite stopped working. Called Geek Squad and they talked me through getting it to work by using the "Help" button (Gear Box). It took several days before Harmony learned my system. I give it a "D" grade for working with Echo Plus. Example: "Alexa, turn on the TV." She only turns the TV about 10% of the time. Actually, I've given up asking Alexa to perform that task with Harmony.
