It’s touted as working with Alexa but it only works minimally. It’s also so sensitive that it’s easy to hit the wrong button and and throw it off. Otherwise we like it.

I like that I can set up activities, push one button and everything I need to turn on turns on.

I had a Logitech remote before I got this one. This one is even better. Very stable connection to all my devices and so easy to set up.

I replaced an older Harmony remote with this new one. This remote does not work reliably. We're watching TV, switch to the Roku and the volume control on the Harmony remote no longer controls the volume on the receiver - sometimes. Want to switch back to TV and it doesn't switch to the correct HDMI input (even though the instructions to the remote appear correct) - sometimes. Adding up all of the problems means that the remote does not work correctly at least 33% of the time.

This remote is very easy to set-up and use. I wanted to have my cable box, blu ray, and Apple TV all inside my cabinet. This controls them easily with the smart hub and keeps them out of site. Definitely would recommend.

Great remote. Is bit price but I opted for the both the physical remote and phone app that goes with. Nice to reduce the number of remotes down to one or two from 4 or five. Very versitile in its function and can control most all products.

It took a few calls to the support team but they did a great job helping me set it up to function properly. I have 8 activities programed and I now control all my entertainment with one remote.

We bought a new entertainment system, and included this remote. We have a Harmony One that we transferred to another system. While anything new takes a little time to adjust to, this has been relatively painless, and works very well.

This is a great remote that allows you to interact with a number of components with one remote. A little tricky to setup but works well once you understand the controls.

This remote truly belongs in your smart home. Whether used with Alexa or by itself, it controls all my media devices as well as room lighting. The device walks you through the setup. Major improvement on previous Harmony remotes.

This is the remote of all remotes. This bad boy controls my home theater. I programmed it to watch tv or watch a movie with my projector and electronic movie screen. Very easy to use.

Bought this to replace a Harmony Ultimate One... mostly for the Alexa compatibility. Overall, the remote controls everything well. I just wish it had a physical numeric keypad.

Overall this is a great remote. Excellent functionality, easy setup. Integrates with my Insteon home automation. Only issue is remote does not function well when internet is down.

Replaced my Harmony ultimate home. The button placement is much better on this remote and I don't accidentally press the touch screen when trying to press play, pause or other related buttons up there unlike my harmony ultimate home. Like it so far!

This is a replacement for a previous Harmony remote. I already had the profile set up on the website so set up was a breeze. Works as advertised and its a bit over kill for my current set up.

Product is adequate for its purpose, consolidating numerous remote controls. It is is adequate at providing rf useability so it can control devices where ir signals can’t reach, like in cabinents. The problems is it’s just adequate. Needs a numeric keypad, not a virtual one I have to scroll to find. And it needs more ir extenders so more than 3 units can be controlled in cabinets. It’s not a bad product. It s just adequate. I feel like some of the older harmony remotes I had were better.

This is my first Harmony remote and I would recommend this product if you want to control multiple devices from another room. I love the activities as they are customizable according to your needs. Planning to configure Philips Hue for home automation soon.

They are easy to program and works great. I have 2 of these remotes and looks good. The battery does not last long after an year. Other than this, this is a very good remote.

This remote can do it all and do it quite simply. It is relatively easy to set up and very easy to use. Best of all the wifi hub allows you to hide the equipment and still control everything. You don't even have to point the remote in the direction of the hub

Once you finally figure out the logic around the setup, it is a decent remote. Which leads me to pricing... It's definitely overpriced; especially for a decent remote. My major gripes are the lack of granular controls and no HDMI-CEC support. I can use my TV remote to control everything but smart home devices, which is why I got this remote; to control everything. But for real, I like the remote... I'm just mildly impressed.
