Added the Remote to my Harmony Elite Configuration and works great!

I bought this remote thinking it could be used on its own but I was wrong. Didn't matter since I had the hub anyway from another purchase. It's well made fits in your hand well and it's very thin and attractive.

I made the mistake of purchasing this item without understanding that this was merely an add on product. I am confident in Harmony's quality, however.

This is a great remote that is a companion piece to the Harmony Hub. With this remote you can put away all your other remotes it. Easy setup and use.

Got this but programming isn't as easy as the 650 series, so I exchanged it. I'm sure it is a good remote, just not for me.

This makes all my AV equipment work on one remote.

Once you get past the somewhat technical set-up process it is an excellent remote.

Bought this item to replace my 4+ year old smart control that wasn't working anymore. I had the box opened and the replacement controller up and running in less than 5 minutes. It was very easy to pair with my existing hub. I highly recommend this replacement rather than buying a whole new hub system.

Perfect universal remote but does not have bluetooth! I purchased the Nvidia Shield and a Samsung 4K TV and both have bluetooth. This universal remote does not have bluetooth and I ended up returning it. Otherwise if you do not need bluetooth, this works perfectly and feels solid and reliable.

I wanted a universal remote to go with my fire stick and this was about the only option. It goes off line almost daily. It doesn’t have a manual and the only choices there are is the online chats. I can’t even use it if I want a specific channel the numbers do nothing. I got an email from someone from harmony saying they would help me. At this point I’m too disappointed.

I just am taken with the swivel mount. I can watch it in 2 rooms! Also,the picture on the HDTV is awesome.

Software for setting up the Harmony remote is easy to use. A great feature is the one click setup when upgrading from an older Harmony remote. Just click and all your old settings are copied over.

It does what it says it will do. Nothing special, decent price.

I bought this remote to replace another one just like it. After 2 years of continuous service, the original one broke. The new one does his job well.

Harmony make some of the best remotes, I am using this with a hub and a companion remote, also linked with Alexa so I can control via voice.
