Finally got rid of too many remotes. I recommend having the Geek Squad set it up.

The remote control works well, and programming the devices is easy. The touch screen is very sensitive, and due to its location, it is often accidentally touched (this changing screens or modes) inadvertently by several different users.

First let me say that I'm a long time harmony remote fan. I've used them and recommended them to many of my friends. This remote is almost everything I want it to be. The customization is incredible. There is seriously nothing that I've found that my harmony can't control. There only issue I've had has been the response I get from the touch screen. When it works it works great. Other times I have to slide several times before it recognizes my finger. Other than that one gripe I have nothing but great things to say. I have mine paired with the harmony hub, which gives you control of any type of device whether it's IR, RF, or WiFi controlled Having the touch screen on the remote allows me to access every function of any device I have. Highly recommend.

We purchased this remote to enable us to manage several items: TV, DVR, Blue-ray player, XM radio, and multi-CD player. This eliminated many remotes!! It works like a charm.

I got tired of fighting 5 different remotes to watch programs we liked. I bought this Harmony remote and life is so much easier! It replaced every remote in my entertainment center. Setup was fast and easy too! Every command from the original remotes is available and works on the Harmony remote. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to simplify their entertainment/multimedia center.

Bought it for $30 after sale and discounts applied. So take what I say here for a grain of salt because for $30, this remote is a steal. REmote is easy to setup, (online setup) works with multiple devices (PS3, PS4, Sony BD, Oppo, Marantz, Sony OLED, Samsung 32 inch) and easy to navigate the remote. Only issue is that the cable box does not respond to it.

Very easy to use and setup. Love being able to see the buttons at night. Just wish it had batteries rather than charging it. Hate keeping things plugged in and sometimes forget to plug it in and it dies.

Great as a stand alone remote to control larger AV systems. Removes the need for multiple remotes, which can get confusing with guests, but with this remote, guests can easily tune in to whatever they want to watch. It also integrates with the hub, to allow this to work with the scenes programmed into the smart home settings.

Makes co trolling multiple devices a snap. Very easy to set up and ends the frustration of looking for multiple remote. Great buy at a great price.

Purchased to replace an outdated Harmony. It controls all of my A/V equipment and set up was easy. I love the touch screen feature and the ability to recharge the unit.

Purchased this remove over Thanksgiving holiday, was looking for some time to consolidate multiple remotes into a single universal remote. i could not resist the price offered as best buy card member so grabbed it. Setup of device is easy and took around 5-10 minutes. Please make sure to gather all manufacturer's name and model number of the devices you possess before setting up. One of the primary reasons for me to buy this remote is to make easy for family to operate the electronic equipment at home through single interface. I think Logitech remote is the best investment i made. I would strongly recommend this remote for somebody is always frustrated trying to operate their equipment using multiple remotes.

if you are one who likes to HOLD onto the remote while watching TV this remote IS NOT the one you want. It's NOT ergonomically designed to be held for more than 2 seconds, the squareness and sharp edges are TERRIBLE, I repeat, DO NOT BUY if you like holding your remote...

This is my third Harmony over the years, and the best one yet! Easy to set up online and so easy to use. Very easy for my Mum to use - she was so confused with multiple remotes. A one-stop shop of multi-equipment TV/Audio coordination and use.
