However, some users express concerns regarding battery life, the responsiveness of the touch screen, and the overall design. Easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up via the online account. Touch screen is nice but can be touchy. Easy to set up favorites. Overall, a nice design though i wish the play, pause, forward and reverse buttons were located on the lower portion- such as where the mute and return buttons are. Other than that this remote is nicely laid out.

Glitchy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost i LOVE this remote. It controls almost every electronic I have in my home. The idea is genius but it doesn't always live up to expectations. The touch screen is at times unresponsive and take a few taps before the remote responds to a command. Then it randomly drops a device when powering on multiple devices at the same time such as Fire TV, the television and the soundbar. My problem seems to be with my Sony sound bar not getting powered up. That said, it's a gorgeous device fully rechargeable in its cradle without the need for batteries. The fact that Best Buy had it for over 180.00 off made it a no brainer. It has a learning curve that I'm still working on. When I contact Logitech I always get resolution.

Great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by no means a perfect remote, but it is the best remote I've ever owned! It controls all my devices including apple TV 4K and Nvida shield. It is very easy to program and use. It can also be paired with a harmony hub to make it a great control everything remote!

Remote saves time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Harmony Ultimate One Universal remote controls multiple units attached to the Samsung 4K TV. Easy on/off buttons control TV, Receiver, and Blu-ray player all at once. Only concern is that the touch screen channel numbers must be precisely hit to change channels. Almost alwayshave to use two hands.

Good universal remote, but could use some redesign
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this remote to specifically interact with my Harmony Hub (which allows this remote to control all IR and some Bluetooth electronics in our house — and Alexa/Echo seamless integrates with the Harmony Hub, btw). I now tell Alexa to “Turn on the TV” and she turns on the receiver, Tivo, TV, and sets all the appropriate inputs. This is due to the great interaction between the Harmony Hub and Amazon Alexa. This remote does not come with a hub and must be purchased separately (we already had a hub from our Harmony Touch, now discontinued, from years ago). Ergonomic design is not great, as the primary playback controls are on the very top of the remote. I have no idea why the designers would have done this. Otherwise, the touch screen is nice and, since it’s a Harmony, it pretty much can control everything you throw at it (if it handles IR commands).

Great Remote that controls everything
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this remote it replaced 3 remotes with 1 and was a breeze to setup. If you have a harmony remote already be careful the existing remote may be on a different software than this new remote. Go to Harmony.com download the new software and setup this remote then add your existing remote to the account as well. Unfortunately you'll have to create a new Harmony account but at least you can put up to I think 8 remotes on the account which is awesome.

Great Universal Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very great universal remote. But however, it is a little on the expensive side for a remote @ $249.99 I have to say I would've never have just purchased this. Then only reason why I got it was because it was free with the purchase of my $1800 dollar projector I bought. But I am very stunned at how good this remote is. I would 100% recommend this remote if you're willing to pay the price. I have to say it is worth the two hundred and fifty dollars.

Nice large screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very easy to program remote control. This remote will control a lot of different devices and you can program it to control different inputs. Very easy to program using the app or the website definitely recommend this device

Works well, changes take some time to get used to
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a prior version of this remote which was showing its age, so I decided to buy this new version. It is smaller and charges in an upright stand. It takes up less space, which is a benefit. The remote is a little awkward to handle at first, but I've gotten used to it for most features. The one item I wish were different was easier access to a numeric keypad to go to a channel on my satellite receiver box. The numeric keypad is there, just takes a couple clicks to get it showing.

All rounder with little room for improvement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wonderful device with very easy configuration and setup instructions. Best of all is the support for a wide range of devices. Touchscreen might take a little bit of time to get used too, but once the learning curve is through, you will absolutely enjoy the device. I wish i can give 5 stars for this product but the slowness some times in the touch screen interface definitely demands improvement and i believe Logitech will address it with firmware updates.

Good but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good remote but the button layout is not that great. I have directv and the Guide button is hard to get to and this is a button that is used a lot. Otherwise it is a pretty good remote.

Fantastic remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When paired with the Harmony Hub this remote is amazing. Very easy setup. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because, a like all other Harmony remote products, this device is seriously expensive.

Great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote is easy to operate. The only complaint I have is I would like the touch screen to be at the very top instead of the middle of the device due to the screen being very touch sensitive.

Once setup, functional but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reliable for the most part. Touch screen not intuitive, you should definitely experiment. Good battery life but absolutely no indicator of remaining power. As it gets low on battery, will go flaky and just start random actions. But corrects itself when charged. Fairly easy setup once you get right software. I don't recommend you upgrade from prior ultimate setup, very unreliable with provided software. But with fresh install, does well.

Work like I hoped it would
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device replaced a Harmony 1000 which never could control everything. Easy to program, I have not had to pick up any of my other remotes since I got this one. Definitely recommended.

Good remote (but not great)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Harmony Ultimate One has many great and helpful features. The setup is relatively simple and making various equipment combinations is straight-forward. The problem is when it has to interface with your equipment. My television, for example, takes a few moments to start after the power button is pressed. In that time the remote has already sent the next signal to change Inputs or channels. That means that I must go back manually to switch the input setting or channel, removing the helpful benefit of combining features. This seems trivial but I expect more from a $150 remote.

Great controller with learning curve
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech has the most complete device list of any universal remote control company. It is pretty intuitive when setting it up with your computer. Where this remote is a little tough is getting used to the lack of physical buttons. I am used to navigating it by now but my husband is still not a fan. This is a little more suited for the tech savvy out there.

Only remote you need.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little hesitant about spending this amount of money on a remote when their are so many others out for a lot less money, but I want on a friend of mines recommendation of this remote and I couldn't be more happy with it. It controls every piece of equipment in my family room except my Sonos speakers and it may control them also and I'm too slow to figure it out. Eliminated four other remotes I was using.

Nice product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace my Harmony 650. Still has the same issues as the 650 with changing the inputs on my Samsung 3D Blu-Ray home theater system but I like this remote more. The charging dock feature was a huge plus, no more batteries to buy. The remote looks nice and matches any black home theater setup. I read the reviews before I purchased and the issue of inadvertently activating the touch screen is resolved via the firmware upgrade. The screen is locked until you swipe to unlock. In closing I do highly recommend the Ultimate One despite still having to use the HELP button for many of the activities.

Good Remote, though not intuitive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my third Harmony Ultimate. I like it because it handles the equipment well and is easy to program on the Logitech site. However, the touch screens are not intuitive and I've had several guests unable to figure it out on their own. Also, it needs to be kept in the charging base or returned there often, since the battery runs down pretty quickly.
