I was a bit skeptical of this product as I’ve tried others and they haven’t worked well or have been complicated to use. This was very easy to set up and worked even with my slower TV with and a HDMI splitter. Went from 4 remotes to one easy to use unit.

This remote works all of my electronic devices with the swipe of a finger and a touch of few buttons. Convenient to have one remote instead of four.

Bought this to replace a broken Harmony One remote. The new My Harmony application works better than the Harmony website. You can store multiple remotes in the application. Remote has fewer hard buttons, but double functions for those, momentary, and hold. Battery life is more like 4 days over the prior 7 days. Has gesture controls on separate screen for thing like changing channels and volume. You define activities such as Watch TV or play Xbox, then program the tethered remote with the new instructions. Some corrections can be made on the remote itself.

I purchased my first a few months ago. I previously had the 665 but I wanted to upgrade to the larger screen and updated features. Best decision I made. I use it with pretty much everything - TV, cable box, blu Ray player, and even connects with my Xbox one X which makes it way easier to use when I just want to stream. I just bought a second one because my parents love the favorite channel feature which makes it simpler to change channels. Definite recommendation, especially when it’s a Deal of the Day item.

This is a good remote. The software is easy to use and easily recognizes my receiver, TV, and Xbox. You can customize what buttons you want on the screen. You can also program the physical buttons to your heart's desire. It does take some time to learn how to use the remote as the menus and submenus can be confusing, but it downloads everything you need for your home theater receiver. Setting up macros is easy as well. I was able to make a netflix button command, so I can access netflix anytime I press that button.
My only complaints: battery life sucks. I get maybe a day and a half with minimal use. If I use it often, it would barely last a day. It has run out of battery so many times.
The other issue is the delay in input commands. There is a slight delay when pressing a button and that button command taking effect. When you press pause, there is a delay before it will pause.
It is a good not great remote. Battery life is definitely an issue and the input delay can be really annoying.

My Harmony One was much better overall then this remote. This remote loads from my computer much faster but the touchscreen is far to touchy, and the remote has to be pointed directly at the source for it to work properly. Something I didn't have to worry about too much with my Harmony One Remote. I can't recommend this remote. There must be something better out there. Keep looking !

Great remote. Easy to use. The only draw back would be that the battery doesn't last that long but does come with a charger.

I was looking for a new remote and had previously purchased a logitech remote, I was pleased with that one so why not go for another.. The guided setup on my laptop was a breeze that even most computer illiterate could manage it.. I love the touch screen that not only shows a list of my favorite channels but also has an onscreen volume, mute, rewind, ff, pause and so much more.. The only thing I don't like is unless you bookmark the link to the setup screen, it's nearly impossible to find again..

The remote control is quite smart and straightforward. I like the lcd as the access point to your gadgets to control. The remote control activate itself as soon as you touch it and i liked the shot gestures like turning volume up or down just to mention one of the few. The only thing I didn't like is the permanent battery. It can not be replaced by the user but as long as you keep it in the charger/stand you will be just fine. I have five remote controls before but only one now ;-)

Love the recharging doc; remote is OK

We have the previous model without the charging doc but it eats batteries, so we purchased this remote. I love the fact that we can recharge this remote while we are not using it; that is when we remember to put on charging doc. The remote is great but it has a few quirks. It would be nice if it made a little sound when the battery was low; it just dies on you and then you are stuck (we have had to keep the cable and tv remotes handy just in case this happens). The back button and the channel up/down button are so close that we are constantly hitting the wrong one. The remote is also a little off balance in your hand. The screen takes up a lot of room and we rarely use it. That being said, this is a much better option over the remote with regular batteries in it. The price was a steal as it was the older model. We paid under $70, but the newer model was nearly $300. I would still recommend this remote over the other one, but I would not purchase this remote for $300.

The remote works well. The online setup was a breeze even if it didn't download the profile from my old harmony remote. The setup was faster than my original remote. I wish it had the number keys like my old harmony one, but I'm getting used to the favorites icons on the touch screen. Overall, a solid remote.

I love how you can modify the remote to do an activity and you can add your own picture to an activity. I set up my Xbox One activity and put a picture of a xbox one logo. I thought it was awesome. I give this five stars because it has simplified my life as well as my wifes. I have a TV, receiver, and directv tuner and not all the time do they all cooperate together. This remote was able to with one click turn on all appliances to the correct inputs and get my activity rolling. I like also for TV watching you can setup favorite channels to appear on the display. So you can press and click a favorite channel and it will change to that channel. I haven't had any issues with this remote.

Having an all in one remote reduces remote clutters on the coffee table which is a big plus. Being able to program channel favorites directly onto the touchscreen is a bonus. The only gripe I have is sometime it would not turn on something properly or it would not set it to the proper function. But this only happens around 1 per 250 times of using the remotes so i can live with manually walking to the source and turn on or changing to the correct function.

This is my third Logitech harmony remote, previously the 650, and the original harmony one touch. I actually prefer both of those to these as they have actual button keys and overall a better feel. However, I still give it 4 stars as compared to any other universal remote it really is head and shoulders above. I would like to see Bluetooth capabilities in these remotes without having to buy the top of the line model.

I have used Logitech remotes for a number of years and this one is one of the best. It's smaller size makes for a perfect fit in my hand and activities are performed withou flaws. I did not give it a 5 Star rating as I feel Logitech could do a better job of placement of the buttons.

I actually purchased this remote for a family member as a gift. I have one of my own and absolutely love it. For my house I am able to replace five remotes and not loose any functionality. I set the remote up for my family member and was able to replace seven remotes with one and retain all functionality. This remote is fantastic, it has its own charger so you never need batteries. The display and swipe features make it very easy to use. And if something doesn't power on initially, no worries, there is a help button that can fix anything that doesn't power on. You can program your favorite channels and instead of typing in the number and hitting enter you just tap the favorite icon on the screen. This remote, for the price, is unbeatable.

I bought this to replace the remote (Companion?) that came with my Harmony Hub, since I wanted a touch screen, especially with the activities. It is a decent remote, except for the location of the transport buttons. for some reason, they put those on top, with the screen further down. This makes them harder to reach, and you are constantly touching the touch screen (which is why they have to lock the screen, making you swipe to unlock all the time. If the screen was on top and the transport buttons further down, it would be a nicer remote. I eventually replaced it with an Elite, which has that configuration. I did keep the Ultimate, and use it in the bedroom with my secondary hub. It is nice and works well. It could just be better.

I had an earlier model of a Harmony remote and loved it....until I dropped it enough times to break off the tabs that secure the battery cover. So I bought this one to replace it. The programming transferred easily via the website, though I did need to contact customer service to discover that I needed a different version of the software than I used with my previous remote. They were very helpful in getting the programming transferred. I discovered that a few controls weren't working as expected, even though they were set properly, but syncing it a 2nd time fixed the problem. I have mixed feelings about the placement of a few of the buttons, but overall I love it. It's slimmer and lighter than my old one, and works very well.
