However, some users express concerns regarding battery life, the responsiveness of the touch screen, and the overall design. This remote does everything it says. It can even control some smart devices with right equipment. No more 8 remotes.

It is doing everything I expected. Easy to set up, easy to use. I have (3) 400 disc blu-ray players, (3) 400 disc DVD players, an Onkyo receiver and a 3D player and they all work individually. Since the 400 disc players are of the same manufacture, they are IR programmable. You set each one up on your Harmony one which means having to point the IR to the Harmony learning remote in some cases. You can link your TV, receiver and player to power up and switch to proper HDMI source with the touch of the on screen display that you've programmed in. Love this remote.

Needed an upgrade from my Logitech 650 that the buttons stopped working after 10 years so I decided to upgrade to the ultimate one because of the touch screen, love it the favorite screen makes channel surfing a breeze. Nice charging cradle too

Its a great universal remote but don't buy unless you get the harmony hub. Certain features are lost without it.

This is my second Logitech all-in-one remote (I had the last one for about 10 years). It was easy to set up. The Logitech website lets you transfer the set up info on your current remote with your new remote so it only takes a few minutes to set up. It takes more time if you have to set it up on your own. It truly takes the place of all of your remotes! The only issue I have is that people who are not familiar with these remotes have a lot of problems trying to use them and can really mess things up.

Just upgraded from a Harmony One to the Ultimate One. Really like the gesture features for DVR commands like skip forward, skip backward, pause and play. Took a little getting used to from switching from the One, but I definitely like it better.

This remote is the master of all universal remotes. This remote will turn on all items within one button. Also the battery lasts so long. This product is great. If this remote lets you down in any way then it's because your broke it. ;)

The hard button layout on the original Harmony One remote was so much better, more intuitive and after one use, you remembered where all the buttons were. With the Harmony Ultimate One, not as many hard buttons makes it more difficult to use, not to mention the button layout is horrible! I’ve been a Logitech remote fan for a longtime! I still have two Harmony One remotes, they’re just getting old. So I decided to buy this remote. I usually don’t write negative reviews but Logitech missed the mark with this remote so badly I had to say something. I wouldn’t have paid its retail price. I paid $79 for this remote and that’s about all it’s worth in my opinion. Logitech, GO BACK TO THE OLD HARMONY ONE REMOTE! YOU’ll SELL THEM LIKE CRAZY!! People are buying them used all day for more than what I paid for this remote!

I bought this remote for universal use. I think that it works very well. Setting up can be a little bit of a pain because you need to input the model number of your device. Other than that, it was a pretty easy setup. I really like that you can recharge the device instead of replacing batteries.

Have owned Logitech Remotes for a number of years. My old one crashed so I purchased this product. I love how it responds, how easy the touch screen is--all channels right in front of me, easy to program. Glad my old one crashed.

The set up process is a little more difficult than just a remote that comes with your regular television set however once you have it set up the controller works really really well. By taking a picture of your device model numbers before you start, set up becomes a lot easier.

I wish I could get my harmony one or other older models back. this remote does everything you need it to do but it isn't intuitive at all. you have to study a bit to use it properly. The harmony one that died after many years and one to many drops was a much better interface in my opinion. I guess over time I'll get used to it. it does control things very quickly. would recommend with a warning.

It's Great and It's Terrible. Mostly Terrible.

I'll start with the things I like about this remote:
1. Easy to set up and highly customizable. I've got my tv, home theater receiver, DirecTV receiver, blu-ray player, Xbox One, and AppleTV all on 1 remote.
2. The touch screen is fairly responsive and scrolling side to side or up and down is a piece of cake.
3. The battery lasts anywhere from 2-3 days on a full charge depending on use and if it's dead, it doesn't take long at all to charge back up.
Now for the terrible:
1. It is incredibly slow when you turn on an activity. For example, hit the Watch TV activity and it turns on my tv, directv receiver and home theater receiver. They all come on very quickly, but the remote has this incredible lag to it that lingers for about 15 seconds before you can actually control any of your devices.
2. It has a poor design. It feels very awkward in the hand and the physical buttons aren't laid out very well.
3. The physical buttons also lack durability. The "channel down" button is dead. And this isn't the first Harmony remote that I've had issues with the buttons failing.
4. There's no way to disable the screen lock. While I can appreciate the fact that it exists, there should be a way to disable it. My AppleTV and blu-ray player do not respond to commands such as play/pause/fast forward/etc as long as the screen is locked. This is annoying.
5. There should either be a way to adjust the brightness of the touch screen or it needs to have a sensor added that will automatically adjust it for you. When watching a movie with all the lights off, that little touch screen is absolutely blinding when you pick up the remote.
6. The physical buttons for play/pause/fast forward/rewind are not very responsive at all....and they never have been.
The only reason I've stuck with this remote is because Logitech seems to be the only company that makes high-tech remotes like this and even with it's flaws, I still prefer 1 remote over 6. But if there were competitors making similar products, I would absolutely ditch Logitech in an instant. I've owned several Logitech harmony remotes and keyboards and while I find them to be highly innovative, they often go for form over function and style over substance.
I'm pretty sure their company motto is "Great Idea, Terrible Execution."

Replaced my Harmony One with this model. Easy to set up had all of my components. Only drawback was lack of number buttons you have to go to another screen to enter channel numbers. An advantage is being able to enter up to 50 favorite channels. Worth the Black Friday price of $59

I previously had a Harmony 650. I loved it. I decided to purchase a new Harmony remote after some of the buttons on the 650 stopped working. I decided to upgrade. However this remote has nothing going for it. The button layout is all wrong. The batteries don't last w/o needing a charge. Sometimes I push a button and get an unexpected result. The touch screen is annoying and hard to avoid hitting it by mistake. I wish I had put this all together before it was too late to return this remote. Buy a 650 instead and save some money!

Easy to program and works as advertised! I had a little bit of a problem getting my original Harmony One remote to transfer settings from old remote to the new one but when it did transfer everything was working 100% - A+++

Great Remote - Room for improvement

Before I start, let me tell you my set up. I use this in room where there is a Sony 65 inch 4K TV, a Sony Blu-Ray Player, a Sony Sounbar and Subwoofer, and a Verizon FIOS extension box (not the main box). I needed a remote solution after I left Xfinity (they have a great remote that worked for all my devices). FIOS unfortunately does not.
I like the screen on this. There is a Watch TV function where it cycle powers on all of your devices. During this time, if oyu have a lot of devices, you just need to hold and point for a few seconds longer. This could make it seem a bit awkward. The set up process is on the PC only. So it is somewhat of a chore to do. But it will guide you through the process and you can add/delete favorite channels, and select which devices power on when you tap the Watch TV icon.
PROS:
LCD Screen
Ergonomic feel
favorite channel icons
CONS
PC set up
no wifi
resolution could be sharper

Good quality with lit keys. Only complaint is that is missing some frequently used command buttons.
