This was an nice upgrade from my older Logitech remote. Seems to respond much faster than my old one and almost as fast as the original manufacturers remotes. The touch screen is a little odd to get used to based on daily life with touch screen phones but it is serviceable. I got for a great price on bestbuy,com as a daily deal so that is why it gets 5 stars otherwise it would get 4 stars because I think there is still room for improvement.

Overall happy with the remote, bought it to consolidate the Comcast STB renote, Yamaha receiver, Samsung TV, Apple TV and LG blue ray. Have some flows, but most of the time works fine. Easy to program, and has a feature to fix it self...but unfortunatley doesn’t learn from it

I been wanting to purchase this for awhile now, and to see the price drop, I jumped on this right away. So far it is easy to setup to all my devices, the user interface is pretty straight forward.

There are certainly newer and better Logitech universal remotes, but for the sale price I got - and with the few devices I'm using it for, it was worth the price. It doesn't come with a hub, doesn't have bluetooth, uses only IR, so it will NOT work with your Amazon Fire devices. Instructions for use are non-existent. Google is your friend.

One of my pet peeves are too many remotes, and losing them in the couch or altogether. I purchased this Logitech Harmony remote to take care of that. For the most part it has. It has a long battery life and is big enough not to get lost and fits nicely in the hand. Charge it once a week in the included cradle. Only occasionally are there connectivity issues, mostly because there is something in front of the receiver. Would highly recommend this product.

I always like logitech but wend watching tv on comcast cant change channels page by page only channel at a time

This remote is easy to use. It is smaller than my old one with way more capabilities. Love the display screen.

I purchased this remote because I had 4 different devices that I needed to turn on every time I wanted to watch TV, This remote does it all. Push one button and it turns on everything needed to watch tv, (TV cable box sound bar etc) push a second button it turns on everything needed to watch a dvd or blue ray. It will also turn volume up and down, fast forward, pause anything you need. Best remote that I have found. Also very easy to activate.

This remote was easy to set up with our devices online. It works pretty good but there are still some things that we need to figure out with it like changing the input on the TV to the firestick for instance. We only really use a bunch of devices in the living room, so we didn't need the HUB. Got it on a best buy deal of the day for $80, so make sure to check online everyday if you are interested. Probably goes on sale once every month or two.

Selection of the numbers screen yields difficulty. Numbers will not select when pressed most of the time.

This is a great remote with lots of features. Easy to install and easy to use. Setting it up was quick and easy.

Works well for me but my small children have trouble sometimes getting it to work for them.

This is the second of these remotes that I have bought. It's nice to be able to define your devices and then set them on or off with different inputs. Takes the place of up to 15 remotes.

It would rate higher if it replaced the COX remote, but everything else it handles well.

If you have a lot of remote controls, then you need this. I wore the numbers clean off the buttons on my old "Harmony One" remote so the wife bought me the "Harmony Ultimate One" remote for Christmas. It has a charging cradle, back-lit keys and a touch screen. Very nice when watching TV in the dark. Also it was the easiest set up ever, I just had the new remote copy the settings from the old remote and pair it with my Harmony Hub. Ba-boom! Done! Love it!

It is an amazing product. I always go for Logitech product because I trust the quality.

It was so easy to set up and the unit works great. It works with all my units and controls them perfectly.

It’s working well now but there was an issue with it turning on my Bose sound system. Called Logitech and they tried but couldn’t resolve the issue. Eventually I figured it out. Now it’s working as intended. Very convenient to have all devices on one remote.

I bought this to replace an old harmony remote that finally died after many years. I was reluctant to buy it because I didn't know how such a small remote could do everything my old one did. IT DOES! And it has more features and it is easier to use and program. One really nice feature is that after entering your zip code and cable provider, the software automatically puts keys for all of your channels. Nice because I often forget channel numbers and now I don't have to search the guide.

I upgraded my old remote for this one and it took all of 10 min to transfer everything over in my account. 7 devices in my living room and they were all connected quickly and easily
