I brought this camera to video chat with my girlfriend as well as record videos. It works fine for the former, and just OK for the latter. The quality, even in 720p, isn't as clear as you would think when trying to record a cam video off it. But if you're not trying to be a fancy pants and just need a camera that can get the job then, then it's a pretty good deal.

After I upgraded to Windows 10 my old webcam did not work consistently so I purchased this one. It was easy to install and works great. I have not had any problems since installing it. Very happy with purchase.

I found the unit rather easy to set up and use ..video quality is better then expected. My only issue is that was hoping to link it to a photo app to capture self photos but apparently that cannot be done. (?) Please advise if I am incorrect about that but otherwise it is a nice cam for the price.

great camera but I would like to be able to download the driver to record. the Logitech website says it doesn't have it for this model camera any longer

I have used this webcam on Skype conversations, and as a snapshot camera for immediate photos of my wood turning tools. The latter to send a photo attachment with emails describing my home made tools.The resolution is excellent for both, and I don't have to break out a camera and then load the photos into my computer.

This is a great camera. Very easy to us and have a great picture.

This was simple to install and gives quite good performance for video chat - the only application for which I use this.

Easy to set up to my computer. Quality picture produced.

I use this with a Raspberry Pi ($35 computer) running the Motion software aneven d it works great. The picture is clear and with the software is sensitive enough to detect changes in the shadows when the sun goes behind a cloud! Night vision is non existence but that is not what it was designed for so I cannot hold that against it.

I was actually looking for the 1080P version, but this was much cheaper and more than good enough for Skype calls.

I have trusted Logitech and have never been dissatisfied. This model was selected by make and pricing, not lowest or the highest.

This device is easy to install, downloads quickly, and gives quality pictures. Even my refurbished laptop was able to accept it's program. At the price for it, this camera is a great deal.

This camera has great video at a great price! We got it for my girls to skype with the Grandparents and could not be happier.
