Very bad

It was written in the instruction that if you have Windows 8 you should not download any software. I tried but camera did not work. I went to the store and exchange it. Tried another, it did not work too. I did research and find and download software. It work first time, but quality was not much better than I have on my laptop. Next time it was not work. I did not find any way how to force it work. Just bring it back to the store.

Expensive and poor video clarity

The video clarity is not clear, many times blurry. It also will not run on a usb hub but needs to be all by itself on a USB port. Unlike all my other cameras. Not happy with quality/performance for its price.
