This is my fault for purchasing the k800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard. Needed to replace my old keyboard and thought this would be an upgrade to the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard which didn't survive the luggage handlers on a recent flight. As for the k800. After establishing sync with the unifying receiver, make sure you have the keyboard turned on before powering up your computer. I've had a problem with the Off/On switch as it could take several tries to actually switch it to On. You'll know it's On as the keys will illuminate. The keystroke seams a little long, If you're typing skills are on the slower side, this shouldn't be a problem. However, if you are a speed typist you'll find this not only difficult but will make your hands feel like they've been through a workout. Will try to find another corded Illuminated Keyboard, but this is still better than a laptop keyboard.

This is my second wireless keyboard and I would never go back to a wired board again. I dig the back lights on this one and well, it's a Logitech.

Bright backlight. Charge lasts a very long time. I have one for each. Well worth the price

We have had this same keyboard for years and only had to replace the old one after it met an unlucky meeting with a glass full of lemonade. The original keyboard had replaceable batteries, but this new version is rechargeable. We will see how that goes as time goes by, but for now we love it. The keyboard itself is very comfortable to use and not loud and annoying for others in the room. The low profile keys make it even better.

For a silent typing experience and back-lit, this is a great keyboard. Do not expect to achieve the very long battery life if you type constantly. For short bursts here and there I am sure it is fine, but I mostly leave it plugged in all the time.

My wife works from home and the keyboard her company supplied was a basic cheapo Dell. This keyboard has improved her typing fatigue and the added functionality has made her a happy camper. It works as advertised and designed and was a sound purchase.

After using a keyboard which came standard with our computer, this keyboard offered a much better feel. I love the backlighting. Doesn't appear to drain the battery as one might expect.

The keyboard is light in weight and lights up which are good features

This doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does what I need and it does it well. It's wireless, and the battery is built-in so there's no fumbling with battery compartments, or borrowing batteries from the remote control when I discover I don't have any fresh ones. It paired immediately with my already-in-use Unified Receiver, so I didn't have to use another precious USB port on my laptop. I'm very happy with my new keyboard!

I owned the K750 for about 4 years until its battery - yes it has a battery - died and would no longer charge. There were a few quirks with the K750 that I learned to live with. The K800, however, is a night and day difference with respect to key press consistency and responsiveness. The backlit keyboard is ALSO a HUGE plus given that I am a programmer that likes a low light environment. The only downfall compared to the K750 is its bulkier shape. But, this assessment is not fair since the K750 is sleeker than the average keyboard.

Love this keyboard, The keys are very light to the touch and I just love the way it lights up. Some times I just don't want to have a very bright light on so with the illumination of the key board it works just fine.

Illuminated keyboard is a great idea works well ergonomically good fit. This is one of the best keyboards I've ever owned would highly recommend it to anyone plus got a great deal at Best Buy

I really like this keyboard, fast response time, great battery life. And the backlit keyboard really helpful when you type in the dark.

I like it and the key strokes are light touch. Lighting up at night is also a cool feature.

I was looking fior a wireless keyboard with backlit keys. I like the fact that the backlighting is adjustable and that it is rechargeable via USB. Setup was very easy as it worked with the unifying receiver. There is no light that turns on and off when you press the numlock key, but you get an on-screen indication for this and also for the shift keys. The shift lock key does have a light. It also have function keys that have various function, many that I haven't used yet.

Easy to read for seniors. Bright enough that you don't need a spotlight to type, wireless.

I've been using this keyboard for a while. I love being able to have it anywhere with a cord. It stays charged for the whole week. The illuminated keyboard is great for when I don't want bright lights on, but need to see the keys. I have not tried to program any of the functions. It is fairly quiet, not as quiet as my laptop keyboard, but not irritating. Smooth key function, don't have to hit the keys hard.
