I have really enjoyed this keyboard. It lights up perfectly on my otherwise dark desk pull out. Just one touch and the whole keyboard is illuminated. Thought I might have to spend time keeping the battery charged up but have only charged it up once since my purchase and it's still going strong on that one charge. It also works great even at long distance from the computer when I switch my TV to computer mode and watch from across the room. The incorporated mouse on the keyboard eliminates the need for an additional mouse as with other keyboards. Nice, convenient and practical.

I bought this keyboard because I read that it would work well with my PS4. I use it to play Final Fantasy 14. It works really well. Very easy to set up. The PS4 recognized the device easily. It has backlit keys that you are able to adjust.

Works flawlessly and rechargable so that you don't have to buy AAA batteries every time it run out of juice. Very solid build quality.

I like Logitech keyboards and mice. Usually they are good quality products. I found this keyboard on sale at Best Buy and looked up some reviews on it and decided to give it a try. I like that the keys on the keyboard light up. This keyboard works good for a living room PC connected to a large TV or such. The trackpad is pretty good. Scrolling up and down with 2 fingers is a little strange sometimes where the scrolling shoots up and down fast, but I may just need to install a driver or such. It works for what I use it for, though. I would buy it again. The price is a little high, though, for a keyboard. Battery life seems good...I've only had to charge it once since I bought it. I've had it over a month now. It has an internal battery, which charges via connecting it to the included USB cable to a PC.

I use to have the k400. it worked perfectly. but i wanted to step up my HTPC game. so i bought the K830 as soon as it went on sale. it added the benefits of rechargeable built in battery (micro usb) and back lighting. i thought the battery would be worse, but i was surprised to find out it still lasts months at a time between charges. and only takes maybe a few hours to fully charge. my first one i have had for maybe 2 years with no issue. so when i setup a HTPC in my living room i new which keyboard i needed. i bought it again. no negatives. my only tip, buy it on sale. for some reason i cant stand paying full price for things. ONE NEGATIVE: i do use this from my bed, usually sitting up right with this on my lap. sometimes when im using one handed the straight edge of this digs into my palm. so if 1 thing can be improved, it would be to make all the edges rounded.

What can I really say about this keyboard.. it just works, and works amazingly. I have 2 of these for 2 different HTPC machines I use, and I haven't had any problems what so ever so far. They're comfortable to use, the back light comes in handy if like me you like to have the lights turned off while viewing your T.V. and you can select 2 different brightness modes too. The software you download from Logitech is easy to use, and does it's job. The battery life is just great, I've had these for a few weeks now and haven't had to charge them at all so far, and I haven't charged them since opening the box yet.. impressive. The track pad is responsive, and has the pinch controls if you want to use them, if not, you can turn them off. All in all, I'm very happy with this keyboard and it's well worth the money.

My first computer was a laptop, so I got used to making minute detail movements with a mouse pad. This mouse pad is so simple and feels great to the touch. It's smooth and it doesn't get sticky when if I work hard with my music programs when/if my hands start to sweat. The glow in the dark reminds me of my macbook pro, makes life simple! They keyboard is good as well.

This keyboard is everything I was looking for it connects to by smart TV so I can web brows and type in log in codes with ease. It is rather user friendly. How ever I wish it came with instruction so I would know what all the extra fictions were. But alas im stuck with trial and error. However other than that it works fantasicly.

Needed a lighted keyboard so I could use with lights out. Mainly use on my desktop, but also for my smart tv. Great touch, mouse, and fantastic battery life. Light for keys is adjustable and won't light up the room. Able to take it from computer room to living room and use it on smart tv in less than two minutes or less. If you use this for desktop a few functions are missing, (print screen key, and numbers key pad). In defense of the keyboard, it wasn't actually designed for that purpose. Great buy!

Bought this to use sitting while in VR and at night using the 'puter. Sometimes with the VR headset on at night, you have to use the keyboard and going by feel alone is a hassle. Its easier just to peek out of the headset, but if its dark, (and who doesn't want to save electricity), without back lit keys, its just poke and hope. This keyboard takes the guesswork out of the mix. I also like the track pad which takes the place of the number pad section. Its just like a laptop track pad only bigger and works great. If I'm using the key board for long periods, I have the option to dim the back lighting or turn it off completely to save the battery life. Not that its necessary, because the keyboard automatically dims itself when you're not using it and if you leave the charger on it overnight, its always good to go. If this keyboard is what you need, don't hesitate to buy it, No disappointments.

I've been using this keyboard for while now. Even though this keyboard is meant for smart TVs i replace it with my everyday keyboard with this item it works awesome i even got rid of my mouse because of this keyboard lol turns out we still need the mouse in our life i was starting to have pain in my fingers lol because i have use 1 finger to move the pointer and the rest of the fingers had to be lifted in an awkward position it would've been a better product if we where able to move the pointer with 2 fingers instead one and the scrolling with 2 fingers should be 3 fingers overall i purchase a mouse again wireless one went with anywhere mx2 mouse from logitech some what it matches the keyboard color :) i love the black light makes it easy for the night if you don't type for a bit they turn off pretty awesome to save you some battery life its rechargeable also no more batteries pretty happy about that the shortcuts are awesome you can customize each shortcut to your liking thru the Logitech program when you plug the usb receiver works fine for gaming also have no problems with it i purchase this keyboard in Jan ive only charged it twice :D now we in april :D

I use this with my Surface tablet and I love it. It could use some feet on the backside to easily angle it. I use it for typing in the truck and at home. Best Features: Mouse optional w/touch pad, LONG ReChargable Battery Life, BT Connection [Wireless] & BACKLIT! Also very slim build, trucks right into the center console side pocket in my Tahoe. PS - Touchpad is really important if using with a TABLET that is touch screen/and TV's, some functions are very difficult without a touchpad/mouse. Working at home I use the keyboard and Microsoft Arch Mouse [as incredible BTW, long battery life, folds flat, works on almost any surface] I've been using this keyboard for 3-4 years now [recently replaced as wife ran over it] I LOVE MINE and normally I can find a flaw/room for improvement, but no complaints here!

This is a great external keyboard. Battery life is amazing. Bluetooth works great. Types amazingly. All around a great product

I got this keyboard to make searching on my Smart TV and/or Amazon FireTV easier. It works well with both, but it will not connect to both my TV and FireTV at the same time. I must chose which I want to use. It will also not connect to my first generation Amazon FireTV Stick. However, I like the backlit keys and the mouse pad is a great addition to functionality without needing to have another item on the coffee table while watching TV.

Previously just owned a $30 Logitech keyboard/mouse setup for the PC in my living room. Consolidating both into the K830 was the right move, as I only need mouse control briefly to select videos on Netflix/Plex or do a little internet browsing.Smooth touchpad control with tap-to-click, physical click buttons, and a LMB on the top left of the keyboard. The backlighting is also a godsend. Definitely recommend this (got it for $30 on sale!)

Works great, backlight and solid battery life, trackpad B+ not as good as a mac laptop but not bad.

This keyboard is just big enough to be handy. I like the backlit keys and the touchpad works well.

Love the size - easy to handle. Battery life is very impressive. I go days, even weeks without recharging and I use it a lot. No idea how low I drain it. I use it in conjunction with my Logitech mouse, both with the same dongle. Two drawbacks. (1.) While editing my photography, I use PrntScrn a lot. It's quicker than the software's copy options. Logitech has decided we don't need the age-old one-tap access to PrntScrn. They've hidden it under the Back button, via the Fn key, the other end of the keyboard. Now, it takes two hands. I don't need any internet snarks potty-mouthing my practice. The loss of the ease of PrntScrn puts a dent in my work flow. (2.) It would be nice if we could extend the time the keyboard stays lit. Too often, a few seconds away requires finding a key that doesn't alter text or whatever to re-light the board so the next key can be spotted. -- For a fair review of the keyboard, I have to say it is really wonderful. I love this keyboard, Its all encompassing for my needs. The keys are so easy to use and seem quiet to me. I love the mouse screen to the right of the keyboard, its always there and I don't have to cup my hand around it. I just reach over and its done. My previous keyboard was a different size - so I had to adjust - but now everything is smooth. This is also a Bluetooth, but I haven't used that feature yet. I am pleased with it. Wireless keyboard has it all. The main things I look for in a wireless keyboard are ease-of-use, backlit, built-in touchpad and good battery life. This keyboard has it all. Bonus points for the unifying receiver from Logitech. It is easy to setup and easy to use.
