Ive tried many all in one style keyboard but this one is the nicest one I’ve ever used. Its hefty and solid, and wont move around during heavy typing or use. The trackpad buttons feel nice and reassuring, which makes the pain of using a trackpad a little less unpleasant. The lighted keys are definitely useful if not a must, especially what this keyboard was designed for, to use in dark media setting.

This wireless keyboard is the perfect size for extended hours on the computer and has a good feel to the keys. The integration of the mousepad is of course the reason I got it as well as the back lighting which is now a necessity. There is a feature which is also good about this keyboard which is the generic blue tooth mode which lets you use it with another blue tooth enabled computer if you don't want to drag the dongle from one system to the next. All in all, this keyboard has everything you need in order to make typing remotely comfortable and without issues. Liked it so much I got two of them. The price occasionally goes on sale (when I got mine) but even at it's regular price it's a quality product that's worth it.

I was at first hesitant to purchase this product but I'm very happy that I chose this over all the competitors including the same brand as the TV this product has exceeded my expectations has made the use of all the applications available to me on my smart TV and could not be happier with it the installation was relatively easy and the US is pretty self explanatory I would recommend this to any and everyone.

Backlights don't stay on long enough in their effort to extend battery life. Keyboard has built in rechargeable battery so no AA or AAA batteries to swap out. This is either a good or bad thing depending on how you feel about that. I personally like it. Size and weight are good. Keys feel a little strange at first if you're not used to these kind of keys. I miss having a real num pad, but that's to be expected on the size of this keyboard and with the included multi-touch capable touchpad. Price seems a bit too high considering they have another Logitech model with similar features, but without the backlit keys, for a much lower price. I recommend this keyboard for its features and function, especially for a home theater PC, but only if you buy it on sale. The features/improvements over the much cheaper model aren't going to be worth the price difference at regular price.

I bought a cheaper wireless keyboard for use in my living room, and I just had a gut feeling I'd want this one instead. Even though it's more expensive, it's worth it: - The backlighting is subtle, and adjustable. Makes it easy to use in dimly lit living rooms. - The touchpad is responsive and accurate - No batteries to replace, battery life seems like forever (if you turn it off between uses) and recharges quickly. - It reconnects immediately with no fuss, so you can turn it off when not in use with the flick of an easily accessed switch. - I looks cool. It's sleek and black/gray, which doesn't stick out in my living room; It doesn't look like a fisher price plastic toy is what I mean, it looks... sophisticated?

It is a very nice compact keyboard, that feels very good while typing. The light up keyboard is great, however they need to illuminate the pad area I find it difficult at times to locate the two buttons. Overall it works fine.

Very well built and sturdy, a little on the pricey side but worth the money

I purchased the keyboard to work with a new Samsung 4K tv. Did not work with the setup, however it does come with its own wireless receiver which after thinking on it, I plugged into a USB slot and we were ready to go. Makes searching for movies and setup much easier. I especially like the touch pad and back light.

Purchased to use with laptop set up with extra monitor and wanted a wireless keyboard with touchpad. Item charges using standard mini usb cord that is supplied. One charge lasted over a week with me using 8 hours a day. After a week one day I noticed the keys were not lighting up and connected it to the supply cord and was able to continue with no issues. Touch pad works great with Windows allowing for ease of use with scrolling and zooming as well as select/tap functionality . Compared to the cheaper version that doesn't have lighted keys , I wasn't going to spend the extra just for that feature but after handling and holding both I felt this to be a more solid item and the keys felt more high end and having the keys light up when the room is dark is a huge benefit. Glad I wasn't cheap as I believe you pay for what you get and I am happy with this purchase.

I am writing this review with this keyboard paired with my GS7 phone with Bluetooth. It is well built, rechargable, backlit and works with Bluetooth and the Logitech Unify adapter. The feel of the keys is surprisingly good for a small keyboard. This will be perfect for use on the HTPC / TV in the family room. I should have picked up a few of these for gifts!

This keyboard works great with my LG 4K tv 65", easy plug & play setup. Connection is great, the backlit keyboard allows me to use it in low lighting. And its perfect size to use in your lap and using the track pad is easy & responds well.

I have used a set of the Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse for many years -- they are still going strong, so I know Logitech makes very good keyboards. K830 is another example of great quality. It gives a solid feeling, its size is right for living room, key illumination is very useful, and its touch pad sensitivity is right on. Very satisfied!

It fulfills its objective. It is a nice keyboard. Fits well in your lap, typing is actually really great. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the track pad. The track pad buttons are very stiff. You can configure it for touch click, I personally don't like the touch click. Other than that, I can recommend it highly.

This is a good "living room" keyboard to control a PC or Android device. It has a heavy feel for a smaller keyboard, and the touchpad operation is smooth. I like the backlight feature that adjusts the amount of backlight automatically based on the amount of light in the room.. The keyboard has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charging requires connecting it to a PC or other USB charging port. Logitech claims that the keyboard lasts 10 days between charges. I have another Logitech backlit keyboard that I use on my PC, and the same 10-day claim is made, and I never turn it off, yet I charge it about every 3 months. So, if you turn this keyboard off when you're not using it, and only use it here and there when watching TV, you may experience much better battery life than what's claimed.

I had a K400 keyboard before this one and I bought this mainly for the illuminated keys. This keyboard felt like it was made of much nicer materials and the built in touchpad also felt nicer to the touch and more responsive. There aren't any huge features that make this keyboard stand out but it's definitely worth it if it's on sale.

The Logitech K830 is a fantastic wireless (via usb dongle) keyboard and mouse combo. I purchased it on sale for half off, as I returned Logitech K400 for this better version. The K830 is well constructed, has a quality feel, and its buttons and track pad our simply awesome. Makes that K400 look and feel like flimsy toy.

The keyboard isn't overly fancy with bells-and-whistles, but it works very well. I am especially impressed with how long the battery lasts on a single charge (about a month for me). The included wireless receiver also works very well instead of Bluetooth, especially when you have other Logitech devices connected (like a mouse or headset).

Bought this keyboard for a Surface 3 instead of the Microsoft one. Gives me more options too use this keyboard with other devices. Love the feed back of the keys while typing. The battery lasts long then stated. There is seems to be a light sensor and timer combination that makes for great battery life. The battery is user replaceable..Recharge port is a standard mirco usb 5v. Uses the logitech unity receiver so one usb receiver links with multiple logitech devices on one computer or Play Station 3 or 4, and even works on my Samsung TV. Touchpad included is a plus. I do not use the touchpad much as I use a logitech wireless trackball with this keyboard. Seems to be very good for the times i have used the trackpad.
