This is the way this trackball device should have been from the beginning. Easy to use, and ergonomically comfortable.

    Less stressful for hands

I'm a software developer using my mouse and keyboard every day. I tried a lot of mouse size and I always had part of my hand slipping on the desk or mouse pad and this became hurting after a long day of work. With the trackball my hand no longer moves and thus I feel no more pain at all. Regarding the mouse itself it works smoothly and after a few day I'm now as precise as I was with a regular one. The only drawback I found is that you have to clean the inside of the ball, the small rolls, so that the ball rotates smoothly as in the old days of ball mouses; but that's not a big deal in regard to the comfort I have now.

I use my PC as a "couch gaming" setup with a large screen TV as a monitor and I sit in a recliner to use it, this mouse is great for sitting still on the armrest and not wearing/dirtying up the fabric. Works great for websurfing and general use though it worked my thumb more then I was expecting, you get used to it quickly. Gaming is more hit and miss, some games might require you to mess with your mouse sensitivity to counter the jerky motions of your thumb (maybe it's just me). Overall a great choice for if you don't want/can't move your elbow and wrist around.

I have been using this trackball for a while. It is great when I am working on the laptop sitting on the couch. I don't like using the touchpad seem to slow. Trackball works great. Don't have worry about having enough room to mouse an external mouse around. I wish it was a tad bit smaller so it would be great for prolonged use as it starts hurting my hand

An ergonomic rollerball is the only way to go!

I absolutely love this thumb ergonomic rollerball mouse! I had to replace my old corded rollerball mouse with this newer model. I can barely use a traditional mouse without starting to feel pain and numbness in my hand, wrist and arm. A rollerball fixes that problem, and takes up a lot less space on your desk surface. A rollerball is the only way to go! Once you master it, you won’t go back to a regular mouse.

Needed a trackball to use with my laptop and didn't want to have any wires hanging off the side. This met all the wickets--trackball, wireless, easy. The manual switch is ok, but the automatic power off is even better, helping to save the battery life of the device.

No more buzzing in my hand

I use the computer enough that I am starting to get a buzzing in my hand that some folks speculate may be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I tried using the mouse left-handed. I was okay at it but my clumsiness made me stay at my computer longer than desired. The trackball takes getting used to but I am as efficient with it now as I was with the mouse. More importantly, my hand doesn't need stretching or breaks to get rid of the buzzing sensation. I only keep the mouse in case others have to use the computer. I won't use the mouse ever again.

Ive had several of these mouses as my hands aren't what they used to be. The ball is very responsive and the battery lasts a long time. Perhaps not for everybody but it sure does beat some of the microsoft mouses Ive seen

Nice mouse, decent size to fit my larger hands. Wireless is very nice and handy for the home computer and a laptop on the go. I just wish they would go back to making a trackball where you use the pointer finger rather than the thumb to control.

This form factor has been my favorite for many years. This is the last model of trackball I can find in this format. I have at least 5 of them on various computers, and I don't like to use anything else.

I've been trackball user since the first Logitech trackball was released. I hate using a mouse, even a cordless one. Haven't had a desktop computer for the last 7 years. Finally have one again and the cord on my ancient Logitech trackball wasn't long enough to reach the tower in the desk I purchased. I was happy to find a cordless Logitech trackball. Connects easily, installation was a snap. Trackballs aren't for everyone, but if you hate chasing the cursor around the screen with a mouse, then consider a trackball and Logitech makes solid, well-thought out products.

I've used a wired Logitech trackball for many, many years (I still have it and it still works great). I decided to go wireless recently, so it was a no brainer decision. Hands down, the best trackball on the market. Precise, very configurable... there is everything to like about this and nothing to dislike. I also us a Logitech wireless keyboard, so adding this to my system was extremely easy.
