Nice and easy to use. I was able to rest my hand on the large area behind the ball and that allowed my wrist not to be in pain from carpal tunnel.

A very sturdy mouse which is as easy to use when you are creating animations as it is just cruising the web. Has a nice fit for most peoples hands and the track ball is easy to use. You can make many adjustments on this device which make it easier to work faster depending on your application. This mouse also reduces hand and finger fatigue by its ergonomic design.

Set up was instant and the wireless connection distance is great. Smooth accurate movement. I am on the computer a lot and a regular mouse causes pain in my wrist, arm and neck; this allows me to relax my hand and arm and rest on the mouse. The form fit and lack of having to hold up my arm to move the mouse virtually eliminates fatigue and pain. Love it!

Excellent trackball, been using Logitech for many years, they are much better than mice. Battery life is pretty long, easy to clean.

I found this mouse a lot easier to use than the top ball mouse. I like it.

I have purchased this before years ago and finally had to replace. I loved my first one sooo much that I just had to purchase 2 more. I bought a replacement for my office and then a new one for home. My son likes it too so I plan on getting him one with his new laptop. The smooth action of the ball is great and doesn't stick like other trackballs. The scroll wheel works great as well. Everything was very easy to setup. Just plug and play.

the mouse is very ergonomic and quite easy to use. For the price it is much better then expected. This is my 3rd one and am happy with it

Basically it's very comfortable to use but after years using ordinary mice it takes some getting used to, and not just because your hand stays still rather than moving as normal.. Firstly, the trackball movement is VERY light, it takes some practice to get used to the tiny thumb movements that move the pointer, but once you are used to it you can get both fast large movements and delicate ones.

I have been doing medical transcription full time from home for over thirteen years and my hands, particularly my right hand, was really starting to give me some trouble with pain due to carpal tunnel. I did some research and read that using this type of trackball mouse might help so I decided to give it a try. I must say that it has really helped a lot. Not having to move my hand, wrist, and arm has made a huge difference in my pain and discomfort. I'm not even experiencing the radiating pain that I was having in my neck and shoulder as much anymore. However, I do wish the mouse was a little bit smaller as it seems a bit large for my hand. And as I have to use it so much, my thumb does seem to be fatigued by the end of the day. But I guess that is just a hazard of my job and at least the Logitech trackball mouse has eased my carpal tunnel pain for now!

I was looking for a new wireless mouse to use in video editing. This is excellent because it reduces the push pull of a mouse.

I get hand and wrist fatigue easily so I switch between a Magic Mouse and the M570 to work different muscles and joints. I noticed however the cursor seems to move smoother on a Windows machine than my MacBook Pro, still the movement is fully satisfactory. I don't know why they just didn't go with Bluetooth since the dongle takes up a USB port. It's well worth the price though.

I picked up this wireless trackball at a great price, but even without this incentive I would have bought it. Logitech peripherals are one of the best designed and best made peripherals, and this trackball is not an exception.

I've bought 4 of these over the past few years and every one has worked perfectly, never failed. I can get very good control over the cursor and no problems with carpal tunnel so I'm going to keep using these things for as long as Logitech makes them.

This is a good product for the price. Can never go wrong with Logitech.

Accurate, smooth wireless pointing using just your thumb. Minimize wrist stress and do any job you can do with a mouse. Great performance, long battery life.

I needed a mouse where I didn’t have to move my hand constantly. I decided to buy this one and it’s been absolutely amazing in the work I do, and the hours I spend behind the computer. I would recommend this one to everyone!
