Only issue is that tracking ball needs cleaning frequently as it disrupts movement when dusty or dirty. Other than that very happy with it.

I purchased this to use with my laptop because I do not like using the trackpad. This works great!

I love this mouse. I've been using this exact mouse for years. I have two and I just got this one for my mother. I like these because (1) they are better for your wrist, (2) you do not need a mousepad (3) you can use them on any surface (4) they are a must if you have a multiple monitor setup (so you can whip the mouse across the monitors)... I leave one on my desk, and the second one I leave upstairs when I bring my laptop upstairs. Unlike the traditional mouse, You can put this on the couch, on a glass table, on your leg... etc. and it always works exactly the same. Every few months just use your pinky finger to pop the ball out and then use your finger to wipe out any lint that is inside the housing. The lint causes the mouse to move slower on the screen. Hope this was helpful. I would never go back to a regular mouse... :) but that's just me. :)

Only bad thing is they don't communicate off one USB. They require two ports for the two separate devices. Other than that, they're awesome!

Trying to use a traditional mouse with tremors of the hand is very difficult. The ball on this mouse allows me to move the cursor to the place that I need it, and then click on the mouse button without accidentally moving the cursor on the screen.

I’ve had this for 1 year now. It makes a big difference vs a traditional mouse. Currently use for my home office. Ordering an additional one to take with me to work since we are are now hybrid.

I needed to have a mouse with a scroll wheel and a ball. I was using a center-ball mouse and found that no scroll wheel made it very difficult to navigate web pages as well as documents, both of which I do and use frequently. This mouse was very easy to set up. All that is needed is to plug in the dongle and (if I remember correctly) that's it. Functions on the buttons are "customizable". The transition from using my index finger on my former mouse to using my thumb on this one was not as frustrating as I had anticipated. I still catch myself going to use the scrolling wheel as the ball, though. "Old habits die hard" I guess. Overall, this should serve you very well. I have not had a single issue with this mouse in the month I have been using it. I use it every day, seven days a week. I do not turn it off. The sleep mode seems to work very well. It saves me from having to remember to turn it off when I'm done for the day. Time will tell how long the batteries last.

I like it ...easy to use ....as with all trackballs , you must remove the ball and clean out the lint on the ball mounts .....takes about 3 seconds ......once a month and it will perform like a champ......try it you will be happy ...fast , easy and performs !!!

My new Logitech Track Ball replaces my ten year old Track Ball. It was still working but starting to show its age, like me. Love that you don't have to move the mouse around. Don't need a mouse pad. Does't take up much space on the desk. Much faster to scroll with and very ergonomic.

This mouse is excellent. I had the wired one first. Loved it so much I got the Bluetooth one. Then I left that one at my office and bought one for home. Works great. Doesn't hurt my wrist as much because I can control the ball with my thumb. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because sometimes the ball doesn't move as smoothly as it should. I clean it but it seems like it just gets caught up in the holder itself

I love this kind of mouse and have used at work for several years. Since I have a rotator cuff problem in my right shoulder this mouse allows me a lot of keying time with little discomfort in my shoulder. Also easy on my wrist and hand.

Had been using Logitech pointing devices for years, so decided to try going back to a trackball. While fully functional, unless the trackball is the only (or almost exclusively) device used, you can't get full benefit. I switch between 3 or 4 computers in a day and each has different pointing device, so getting "comfortable" with the trackball has been slow. But, that is not the products fault. Have always had high opinion of Logitech products and that hadn't changed.

I don't like using a mouse, but I love using a track ball. This is my favorite one. I always buy this one when I need to replace it. I know it sounds like it isn't good, because it wears out, but everything will wear out. I use it a lot, and it has lasted longer than any mouse I've ever used.

I've used a Logitech trackball mouse for many years, starting with plug in versions, and updating to each new generation, and this is without question the best version yet! It is just so much better than a conventional wired or wireless mouse, as you don't need a flat surface to operate!

I only buy logitech mouses, they last a long time, very durable. It's just the right size for ladies hands too.

These are perfect for people who don’t like to keep picking up their mouse and repositioning it on the pass to get it where you need it on your monitor. Just move your thumb like on a gaming joystick and the most can go anywhere on the screen.

The old one (6+ years and MANY miles) wasn't working anymore. Replaced it. Life is good and I'm on track...

This is the 3rd M570 wireless trackball mouse I have bought in the past few years. For the price it is a great mouse and can sit in one spot on the arm of my recliner and doesn't need to be moved around. I really like it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it doesn't take much to break it if dropped a few times. Not the strongest plastic but the key point is DON'T DROP IT

I bought this mouse to use in my office because I was having wrist pain, I was sure I wouldn't like it and wasn't going to be able to use the rollerball easily. It really helped with my wrist pain and it was so easy to use and worked so well that I bought another one for my computer at home.
