After doing my homework and reading reviews and checking price I finally decided to go with it and purchased this wireless combo set. I love the fact that there are no wires to the CPU and very easy to setup. Very responsive and stylish and has plenty of additional functions to get where you want to go quicker.

Bought this combo for my daughter to start practicing typing for her upcoming state test online. They are connected to HP MINI stream with Windows 8.1 and it recognized the MK520 without any Logitech program.

Bought this to use with my Surface Pro 3 when it's docked. I've always had a good experience with Logitech and this is no different. The keyboard is comfortable and quiet. While aesthetics may not be important to some, I love the way it looks with the rest of my hardware. It started working immediately after plugging the adapter in. I have no need for the mouse so I haven't used it, yet. Overall, I think it's a quality keyboard and mouse set.

Doesn't have all the bells & whistles of the more elaborate ones, but has the main essential keys & to me a better selection of keys and displays. For instance the Caps Lock has a red led light on the key to let you know the Caps is activated, plus an on screen flash & sound when activated. The favorites button activates the favorites on the left side of Internet 9 instead of on the right side. The keys are really smooth, quiet and easy to use. In this case simple is a whole better because it has the basis of what you really use and need. Also works great in Windows 7 using the latest download on Logitech Web Site for Windows 7. The software that comes with it is outdated. If I may suggest the Marathon Mouse M705 is a better mouse then the mouse that comes with the set, for me the one that comes with the set is to plain & simple, but that's just my preference. The unifying receiver allows you to setup to 7 different unifying units as simple as falling off a log.

Got this as a gift for hubby's laptop. It feels great and easy to type on. He also like the on/off to save battery.

I purchased two of these units for my office. No hassles to setup, battery life is great 30 days of constant use and haven't replaced the batteries yet. Love the fact that I haven't had to reconnect since the initial setup. I would buy more of this item

When you press the various letters on the keyboard, the same letter magically appears on the screen. How do they do that? Is Doug Henning in the keyboard?

I've been trying to clean up my desk for awhile now. My girlfriend heard me complain that the mouse and keyboard cords are the worst because they have to stretch all the way across my desk, so when she was in Best Buy she bought this wireless combo kit for me. Setup was simple with Windows 8- took away my corded mouse and keyboard, plugged in the USB receiver extender to my USB hub, and placed it on the right back corner of my desk, about a foot away. Everything worked as soon as I turned them on! The mouse is the better of the two products in my opinion. I love the feel and it's very sensitive without being jumpy. Feels just like my corded mouse, perhaps even a little more accurate. They keyboard has volume controls, which I really like, but it's missing an LED for the NUM lock and scroll lock keys. The CAPS lock key has an LED, and there is room at the top of the keyboard for some LEDS, so I wish they had put them in. Tactile feedback of the keys is fine. Nice big ESC key in the top left corner. Overall, what a great way to clean up your desk by eliminating cables.

I love the keyboard. It is more comfortable to type than on any other keyboard I have used. Seems like I correct less for hitting wrong keys. The mouse is a dream and I use less effort to operate it. I did need a little help to get the mouse working with downloading, etc., but all is good now. I ordered this keyboard and mouse online and it came well packaged in a short amount of time.

I bought this wireless keyboard with mouse to use with my Samsung 55" Smart TV. Typing and pointing with the TV remote is tedious and time consuming. Samsung recommended their wireless keyboard for about $100.00 but there were people who said you could use Logitech's K400 wireless keyboard and it worked even better than the Samsung wireless keyboard. The problem with the Samsung keyboard according to reviewers was that it wouldn't work very well with Netflix and other sites and was pricey. I decided to try this Logitech wireless keyboard because it came with a mouse and was the same price as the K400 at Bestbuy - $39.00. The K400 keyboard has a touchpad and I prefer to use a mouse over a touchpad. The MK520 was pretty much plug and play. I was hoping that the keyboard and mouse would work with all the internet sites that I use but I was somewhat disappointed with the results. For example, like the other keyboards, it doesn't work with Netflix. Also, I could not type in my user name and password at the hotmail website. The scroll wheel works for some sites but not others. Ideally, what i wanted to do was surf the internet on my smart tv as easily as I could with my laptop or my desktop computers. This has not been the case. Pages load more slowly on my smart tv and the wireless keyboard and mouse work adequately. This is not the fault of the keyboard. In conclusion, for light internet surfing, this keyboard and mouse is fine with my smart tv. For fast and heavy surfing, I would use my laptop and desktop. Hope Apple TV is better than Samsung Smart TV.

I was looking for a replacement for my wired keyboard and mouse, when I found this awesome valued wireless combo. It was basically Plug N Play install. There is an on/off switch to preserve battery life when not in use. For the price you can not go wrong with this purchase.

The keyboard and mouse work well enough. I never experience any interference or missed key strokes/mouse clicks. The CAPS indicator light is sweet for a wireless board. However, this set's Achilles heal is that the keys are extremely hard to push. I didn't notice it at first, but after two weeks, my fingers are experiencing a surprising amount of pain (I'm 31 ... no arthritis, etc). I have used a keyboard daily for work since 2004, and this is the first one that I can remember that makes my fingers ache after typing for a few hours. The key action is smooth enough, but the keys require a good deal of finger pressure to depress. If you like a scissor-stroke type board and light action, I recommend another keyboard.

Good keyboard. I like the calculator button especially. Mouse battery life isn't great. I find I have to replace the mouse battery once every 6 weeks or so.

Yes and it works like a charm.. Good choice, solid reliable good quality, Logitech hit a home run with this one.

I have several Logitech wireless keyboards and mice and they have all worked very well. This one is no exception. My only complaint is that the LOCK and SUSPEND keys are right next to each other in the middle of the row so I sometimes hit suspend when I just intend to lock the screen. Overall very happy!

i just got this today at best buy i had an old one that i got from comp USA about 12 years ago so i was looking for a good combo one that i know had a good name . i have a dell computer that i got from best buy windows 7 let me tell you it only took about 5 mins ti hook this up love it good for the money

I bought this to replace my original Dell keyboard that was damaged, and I shopped online looking at many brands including Dell. I really like that this has the Logitech Unifying Receiver, so anything I add to the computer that is Logitech doesn't need another receiver; this one works for everything. The keyboard is very comfortable to type on. The mouse is basic, but does what I need. There are a lot of features available on the Function keys which is a nice upgrade from Dell. This couldn't have been easier to set-up, including downloading the extras that I wanted from the Logitech site. I've had a Logitech mouse in the past and loved it. Great upgrade, I'm glad I shopped around.

Plugged into my linux based os and was immediatley being used. No drivers no wires no problem. Literally plugged in the sensor to the desktop and it picked up everything right away great buy!!
