Great 4k webcam. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. It seems to have a wide angle lens. I can definitely see a difference in the video quality between this webcam and other webcams I've used that are 1080 or 2k.

Great quality camera, easy to use and beginner friendly!

I've used a Logitech C920, Brio 4k, and now the MX Brio. The MX Brio is easily my favorite, and the best image quality. Does well in low light. The microphone works pretty well if you want to use it. I love that the status light turns yellow if the mic is in use, and green if the camera is in use. And the twist to open/close hardware shutter is much nicer than the flip down plastic covers the previous cameras used. It's got a large image sensor (probably 1/1.8"). You're going to be hard pressed to find something better without going to something like a mirrorless camera doing something closer to full frame. (The Razer Kiyo has a slightly larger sensor, at 1/1.2".) Would recommend, even at the high price point. Significantly better than previous generations.

Absolutely incredible camera. Quality is unbeatable and i really like the integrated privacy sheild. The webcam is one of the easiest I've ever set up. I also own the Elgado one and i think this one completely outshines.

In looking at the few reviews on the BB website that this camera has so far, it seems as though a few purchasers didn't fully understand this camera before purchasing it. If you do a little research on this camera before purchasing, you'll find that it's phenomenal at everything it's advertised to do. Depending on your use case, this may or may not be the right camera for you. Compared to the Brio 4K, the MX Brio wins - hands down - in terms of picture quality. The MX is particularly great in lower light situations. As someone who prefers his workspace on the darker side, the MX brio does a great job of giving exceptional picture quality on the other end of my video (typically Zoom or Teams calls). The previous gen Brio 4K was good - the MX is great. Sound (using the integrated mics) is average. Again, depending on use case, this may or may not be fine. For someone who typically only uses their camera for calls (i.e. Zoom, Teams, etc.), the integrated mics are more than adequate. The mics are probably not what you'd want if you are planning to stream. The ability to turn the camera downward and have it adjust the picture is a bit of a gimmick. It works, don't get me wrong - it's just not something I really plan on using. If you're planning to stream and want to show something on the desk in front of you, then it could be just what you're looking for. The only thing I wish this camera had is a sensor for Windows Hello. The previous gen Brio 4K had this, so I'm not sure why this one doesn't Regardless, I still prefer this cam for the superior picture quality. For my use case, this camera is ideal and I stand out in a crowd (on video) for my superior video quality. Once you figure out what's important to you, and do a little research, you'll know whether or not this cam is the right one for you. Also, you can change settings on this cam with Logi Options+ App or G HUB. The integrated privacy shutter is also nice.

It had been since the start of Covid that I'd thought of getting a new webcam, and wanted to get something that would last a long time. The versatility and customization that you get with this webcam (and in the Logi+ app) is unmatched for the price. This is super user friendly, doesn't take a lot to get it up and running, and the picture and details have never been clearer. Getting on work calls and being "camera read" is still no fun, but at least I know whoever I'm talking to can catches every grimace and eyeroll in 4k, ha!

Excellent quality and so easy to use. The privacy shutter offers peace of mind as well. So easy to install and it works excellent with FaceTime, Teams, and many other video calling software.

I ordered the Logitech MX Brio 4K webcam online from Best Buy and it’s honestly the best webcam I’ve used. The picture is super clear, even in low light, and it makes a big difference in Zoom calls and recordings. Setup was quick and easy, and it just works right away. Needed a quick high quality webcam for business calls, youtube, and streaming. I have always wanted a mirrorless camera as a webcam but didnt want to drop the racks for it and i needed a camera quick so i wanted to cop the best webcam i can. This is one of the best webcam as of right now, but has a couple of issues,. main issue is when you change the webcam settings like brightness and colors and when you add the camera to OBS it would revert back to the stock settings which would be annoying and you would have to make sure the camera settings were right to get the best picture, Im not sure if this was a Logitech issue or an OBS issue but the webcam is very good if you dont have the money for a mirrorless camera but are very picky on having the best quality, another issue is the way you mount the camera since i like to have the webcam on my monitor and an angle but it kinda struggles to hold were it should be and it also depends on your monitors thickness

Very good camera quality, the USB C cable is a huge bonus. The built in privacy camera is also very nice! Feels quality made and has a good weight to it as well!

Use it for work and school, haven’t had any problems. Image and connection are always great.

Thee webcam and microphone work quite well. I have been impressed with my ability to set the camera to do what I wanted done. The refresh rate is great and there is pretty much no jumpiness as I move about the picture. The setup instructions were a little contorted but after looking at them a couple times, setup was not difficult. A good buy.

Bought this for my computer at home, and it has worked well so far! Is able to find my face and expose for it in a variety of lighting conditions, even low light! I like that it has a removable USB-C cable, as my previous one had a permanently attached one. It is a little bigger than I had expected, but the stand holds it firmly on top of my monitor. The Logi Options+ software, while not required, is useful for making any adjustments if needed. Overall, a good product!

The Logitech MX Brio is logitech's latest attempt at a premium webcam line. However the mount choice (lack of a tripod thread) as well as the actual video quality - the product comes across as a more mid-tier option compared to the Brio series. The most standout feature is the easy-to-use desk view mode with all other "options" being better implemented in other logitech devices (face tracking was done better before). The HDR video does look nice, but not substantially better than my old 1080p non-HDR webcam. All in all - it's an upgrade, but not as much as I was hoping for. And at this price, you could pick up a used Sony point and shoot with a line-out function and get 10x the quality.

4.5 It's almost a 5, but.... I'm keeping it, but only when I really want to go one step above a regular C920 webcam quality. It's pretty good, but unless you are starting out as a streamer you don't need this. Go with a C920 and save money. Again, if you are starting out streaming then yeah it might be for you with to push a little higher resolution without paying more money for a Sony or something to get higher than 1080p60. I have both this and my C920, I don't even have this hooked up anymore as I just use it for trainings I provide remotely on Zoom and doesn't really require much higher resolution. But if the focus is on your face daily, then yes...this might be for you. One last thing. I noticed in Microsoft Teams it causes a weird glitch from time to time that cuts and then reconnects. Maybe it's a Teams thing, but not completely sure.

I’ve been using this webcam for video calls and streaming, and I’m impressed with the clarity and smooth performance. The setup was plug-and-play with no issues, and the wide-angle lens captures a clean, professional look. The built-in mic is decent for casual use, though I still prefer an external mic for better sound quality. Low-light performance could be stronger, but with a ring light it looks great. Overall, this is a solid and dependable webcam that’s worth the price.

Fantastic webcam for hosting meetings between classrooms! Children and teachers can see the larger constructions of work in each other’s spaces and do so in real time with video (especially over a secured network!). Great camera and I love the continuity and center stage feature.

This Camera is by far the best webcam I have used to date. I love new technology, and I am always watching for the latest and greatest. This camera has a sharp picture that is crisp every time. The micorophone is exceptional. You need to rotate the lens to open and close the camera itself, and that privacy feature is welcomed. This is a great purchase - you won't regret it!

This is the first webcam I have used and I must say. I am happy I purchased it. It is extremely clear. Audio is top notch. The process was plug and play no hassle. Been using it for several months and have received several compliments. While purchasing it I was stuck on what to buy and luckily the employee was rather knowledgeable about the product and they said they personally owned one and highly recommended it. Even though it was higher in price compared to others I got what I paid for.
