Customer Ratings & Reviews

Replaced work webcam with this. Needed something that IT would be ok with as far as me downloading the software to really get the most out of this webcam. Out the box the colors were pretty good but after some fine adjustments through its app they look great! Easy to use and the mic also picks up my voice very well! For teams meetings and whatnot it’s great if not overkill to be honest. Worth it if you need an be all kind of cam.

Image quality is excellent for both video and photo. It has a built in mic, which comes in handy if for whatever reason I cannot use my default mic. I like the privacy feature, with a twist the camera lense is covered. The mount is nice, fits easily on my monitor, though it is little higher that I want, but it does the trick.

I’ve been using the Logitech MX Brio 4K for a couple of weeks, and it’s easily the best webcam I’ve owned. The video quality is incredibly sharp, with accurate colors and smooth performance even in low light. It handles focus and exposure changes quickly, so I always look clear and professional on calls. The built-in microphones are solid for everyday use, and I like that the camera has a built-in privacy shutter for peace of mind. Setup was straightforward—plugged it in and it worked instantly with Zoom and Teams. It’s a little bigger than basic webcams, but that’s expected given the premium features. Overall, if you need a high-quality webcam for work meetings, streaming, or content creation, the MX Brio 4K is an excellent choice.

The Logitech MX Brio is an outstanding webcam for both video conferencing and gaming. The Ultra HD 4K resolution is a game-changer—video quality is crystal clear with sharp details and vivid colors. Whether I’m on a professional video call or streaming gameplay, the image is always top-notch. The camera adjusts well to different lighting conditions, so I never look overexposed or too dark, even in challenging environments. One of the standout features is the multiple field-of-view options, allowing me to switch between a more focused shot or a wider angle, depending on what’s needed. The autofocus is snappy and smooth, and the HDR feature ensures that even when lighting is inconsistent, the video looks balanced and sharp. Setup was incredibly easy, and it integrates perfectly with all major video conferencing platforms as well as streaming software. The build quality feels premium, and the microphone captures clear audio, though I still prefer using an external mic for streaming. For anyone looking for a high-quality webcam that excels in both professional and gaming environments, the Logitech MX Brio is a fantastic investment. It’s the perfect balance of performance, flexibility, and ease of use! Highly recommend!

As someone who has been using the Logitech Brio for the past 3 years, and seeing that Logitech has just come out with an upgraded version, I had to get it. The MX Brio is a nice upgrade from its pervious model with a sleeker design. The new design comes with a bigger lens that allows for a wider view and a much crisper picture. The lens now has a built in privacy cover with just a twist of the out side of the lens cover and the camera is hidden. This is a much appreciated addition from the old model, which was just a plastic flap that went up and down. The software is always top notch when it comes to Logitech, where if you can choose between installing Logi Options+ or G-Hub, to customize its settings to best suit you. In the software you can chose the FOV up to 90 degrees or as low as 65 degrees. Also in the settings you can adjust for Temp Compensation, brightness, contrast, and more to get the best looking picture. The Microphone has also been significantly improved allowing for much clearer voice calls or if your streaming. That was the first thing everyone on my first video call notice was just how much clearer my voice was on the call, prompting my Boss to order new ones for all our remote worker staff. Overall if you are someone taking multiple voice calls a day and want the top of the line video and audio, you can not go wrong with MX Brio webcam.

This is great, it's got a great picture, very clear. And it was very easy to set up, I was streaming in no time.

Awesome sturdy high quality camera for meetings and video calling. High Quality mic to project your authentic voice for presence. Shutter for privacy when not in use.

I set this up in our conference room. Has a very good view of the entire room. It was easy to setup and connected immediately. Picture is more than good enough for our purposes. I used a powered USB to Ethernet connection to connect the camera to the computer through the Ethernet plugs because the computer is in the center of the table.

I honestly wasn't thinking too hard when I bought this camera because I already have a nice webcam, I just needed a second backup webcam. I'm VERY pleasantly surprised because this camera I think looks better than my original camera, and I think it's going to replace it's spot as the main camera! Besides the image quality being beautiful and looking great with my lighting, the app used for it is super easy and convenient. I use this camera for streaming, for anyone needing a stream camera. I've had it for about a month or two now.

Great quality and the tracking on it is awesome! This is my first camera and I’m really happy with my purchase!

Amazing quality, i like this product and was my firts try using this kind of cameras

Nice camera, still trying to figure out if it's possible to switch between 4k and 1080p. Just a heads up, this camera needs a C type cord. It comes with a C to C cable. So if your computer only has a standard USB, you'll need to buy a cable if you don't have one lying around.

Bought this webcam for my husband to strea On twitch and he loves it. He loves that it follows him when he moves and can turn it on/off as he pleases.

Best web cam ever! Perfect picture and the app allows you to make real time changes and adjustments while the camera is on! Finally Logitech has broken the barriers on tech and is nothing short of the leading pioneer in the tech industry.

The camera has nice build quality; the aluminum is sleek and the manual shutter is a great experience. The operation, however, is another matter—it doesn’t work with the Logitech software most of the time, meaning most of the advertised features are non-functional, and the performance is often about as impressive as a MacBook Pro webcam without them.

Great camera. G-Hub software is great in my uses as well. Really ups the game for work meetings.

The camera is a great camera especially with all the adjustments that can be made in the app. With the accompanying light in the same brand I can easily manage both in one app making streaming smooth. My main issue with it is the focus point. It doesn't always focus on me, and makes me a bit fuzzy while my background is clear. This is the one issue I have been having with it, but I have been working around the issue. Overall, very good camera, especially for streaming.

I work for Red Hat, so I only run LINUX distributions in my home office. This webcam works great with Fedora and RHEL! Highly recommend for Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet and RingCentral! You can even use the program "guvcview" to adjust settings and save them to optimize your expierence.

Love the camera, definitely a clearer picture and a huge upgrade from the brio 4k

I have the camera mounted on my desk and use it everyday as a web camera. Works great!
