Bought an new item online and received today, and it’s a used one! You can see scratches on the box and mouse, also the seal is not original. I used to be very pleased with Bestbuy, now I feel very angry! Gonna return it!

Programmable, durable, and rechargeable. Got this one as a back-up for my black one that I've had for over a year. Great mouse. Easy to program.

I'm an IT Manager, and this is my second MX Master mouse - now using one in my home office, and another at the work location. I have never had any issues - solid connectivity, excellent responsiveness, works well on all surfaces, and very comfortable for me to grasp (large hand size). The mouse is very attractive, and I highly recommend for any demanding users, with high usage and professional requirements.

I really like this mouse. It is large enough to fit my hand comfortably. The buttons take a very light touch to click and the scroll wheel can be set to ratchet or smooth spin. Using this one bluetooth works great with no lag at all. It does come with a USB receiver if your computer does not have bluetooth.

Everything you want in a wireless mouse: easy to convect, great performance, good battery life. And the battery is easily recharged via the USB port. The buttons are fully customizable, and there are lots of them to customize. You can't go wrong with this mouse.

Having carpal tunnel puts stress on my hands and the type of mice I can comfortably use. I am glad I purchased this model MX Master, it really relieves the stress from my hands, having all the buttons in an accessible manner makes it work effortlessly. I connect it to my MacBook Pro and it works effectively, thanks Logitech and Best Buy for carrying it! I have recommended it to others

So I was wanted to start using a Bluetooth mouse with my Mac and decided on this one. It works with my MacBook Pro 15" 2016 just fine. Maybe something inherently part of Bluetooth mice but when I wake the Mac up there is a slight pause to the mouse movement but no more that .5 - 1 second and we're off to the races with it. Haven't used it in gaming yet but all other factors work without flaw. Had to charge it once so far which reminds me, it does have a rechargeable battery as well. I'm sure I'll be using this for years to come. Driver software is pretty robust too, great job Logitech!

I connect using USB and never tested the Bluetooth. Connection is flawless. I bought this mouse for the horizontal scroll wheel which works most of the time but occasionally functions like the vertical wheel for some reason. That is only flaw I can find. The touch and feel is a little bit clunky. It is sized for someone with larger hands but works ok for my smaller hands. During one month of ownership have had to charge it up only once. The lithium battery is excellent. Overall the best mouse I have ever owned.

Overall an excellent mouse other than a few issues with the middle scroll mechanism if used with Macbook Pro - Mojave. With my Windows PC, it works seamlessly. The charge also lasts long. Usually charge once a week.

So far I am very happy with this mouse. I upgraded from an older Logitech MX that was ok but starting to show its age. This mouse so far has been great. I only have charged it once and have had it for about a month. I like the scroll wheel how it engages and disengages on its own when trying to scroll fast. I would highly recommend this mouse.

Really nice wireless mouse. I can play competitive StarCraft II without feeling the typical wireless lag. Battery life is also descent and it can still be used while charging. The guesture works well with Windows 10 and MacOS. The switching button is great on paper but you probability still needs a KM switch if you want to switch keyboard.

I am primarily a Mac user but I cannot stand their keyboards or mice. When I started looking up different options this mouse kept coming up. I decided to give it a try and it has not disappointed. It is easily programmable and feels very nice in the hand. My workflow has increased exponentially. I have found my replacement!

Great product rechargeable ergonomic would recommend

I really like this mouse not only for the bluetooth connectivity, but because it packed full of features. I am still finding new ways to use it, after heaving for nearly 2 months now. I highly recommend the purchase of this device. It can be used with mobile devices with bluetooth connection.

This mouse does everything I need it to do. I wasn't sure whether or not I would like it or if the connectivity to my PC would be good but it has been great. I have it connected via Bluetooth. The only thing I wish, is that it would have a matching keyboard, other than that, it is the perfect mouse.

I really do like the MX-Master. It has all the right buttons and amount of buttons for surfing the internet and working on your computer. I'm using it now on an iMac and love the thumb wheel for side scrolling pages and other functions. The "except" is this; I have the white MX and IT WILL GET DIRTY and you will not be able toTOTALLY CLEAN IT ! I have tried every house cleaning supply we have and I still can't get it clean. Some dirt from oily or sweaty hands will come off but far from all dirt. The give away is the black MX is much more expensive ($20.00 more) but probably won't have the same problem to the extent the white MX has. I've also used it with a Windows 10 PC and performance on either Windows or Mac is really good as I expect from Logitech.

Since I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome I thought I could really make good use out of this mouse, but I couldn't really hold it properly. Whenever my right hand got tired, if I tried to use it with my left hand it was even useless. I wish I didn't spend so much on something I stopped using after a month.

i am a huge fan of logitech products and i love this Mx Master i am using this on my Macbook for a replacement of apple magic mouse and i am glad that i did. i highly recommend it if you want to use this on your Macbook

The mouse works well and I really enjoy using it. Some buttons do not work since I'm using it on a Linux distro (meaning the side buttons and up down scroll wheel) but it works and is very comfortable in the hand.
