I recommend this mouse for everyone need a professional mouse! The best choice!

I find this mouse very easy to use. I use it for surfing the web and also producing long documents in MS Word and other Office applications.

Software will not load in windows 7. So some functions for the mouse don't work. Would not recommend this product until Logitech updates their soft ware.

The mouse has so much potential but lives up to none of them. 1st problem - it loses connection randomly. Mostly while under Bluetooth but I have had it happen with the USB dongle. 2nd problem - the Bluetooth feature is virtually worthless as it loses connectivity often! The size is fine though big for my hands. I love the "gesture" button. The backward and forward buttons are a little too far to the back of the mouse making them difficult to reach, the side scrolling wheel is what I really thought I would use but have not found it that awfully useful YET! The main scrolling wheel is very handy with the smooth scrolling feature! I find the slight curve on the back of the mouse took some getting used to - the bottom back has a "lip" that curves upward. However, a week of use and I don't notice it anymore. Frankly, Logitech fell down on the customer support. I explained the problem which I noted was also a complaint by other people; Logitech answered with HOW TO PAIR BLUETOOTH. Hmmm ... I think I was able to pair it since the problem is not pairing but disconnecting!!! Hello! So I contacted Logitech again with a new form to see if they did better - slightly better with the same BS but with less of it. Logitech - what has happened?

The product is good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable using the mouse is front and back buttons on the side of the mouse. They are squeezed into a tiny space, so it's very hard to press them accurately. I don't know why BestBuy is giving open box items when I choose to buy a new one. This has been going on for a while, and I don't like it.
