Customers value the MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse for its long battery life, comfortable design, and smooth scrolling wheel. Stopped working...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned more wireless mice over the years than I can count.... Had a terrible time getting this one to work... Had to call customer service and even with their help it took way too long to get it working. It's been working for a month or so and the other day stopped working... Really not happy with this purchase, ..

Excellent Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse, although expensive, is very worth it. The ergonomics are very good and the darkfield laser actually does track on any surface. The horizontal scrolling wheel is a very nice feature for any video editing work. The only downside to this device is that it is suspectible to interference from wifi networks when connected over bluetooth. Using the usb dongle works flawlessly, but connected via bluetooth over 2.4 ghz you may experience some lag while the network is busy. Utilizing a 5 ghz wifi or the included usb dongle eliminates the problem. The price is a little steep in my opinion but is well worth it for that little bit of extra comfort and features.

Roller Broke
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yep, the roller broke so I had to turn my mouse up side down and hit it a couple of times with my palm to get the roller back in. The mouse used to roll smooth now it clicks... Going thru my emails to see if I bought the Geek Squad Protection. Only lasted 2 months... :(

Best mouse for daily use. Smells good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first I bought a Logitech gaming style mouse but found it too small for my hand. I wanted the Logitech free spin scroll wheel and am a fan of the brand. I always loved the looks of the MX Master, but didn't think I wanted wireless (I hate having to charge things). I got the MX Master and I love it. Fits my hand much better. No noticeable lag from being wireless (using USB dongle). I was very worried about the small back/forward buttons that are stacked behind the side scroll wheel. Turned out to not be a problem. They're not any further back than a normal back button would be, and it's perfectly easy to tell them apart. Not to mention, if you really don't like it, you can program many other things to act as your back button, like the side scroll wheel, the button under your thumb in the gesture pad, etc. The scroll wheel feels better than the one on the gaming mouse, and it feels more solid thanks to the wheel not having the left and right tilt function, since we have the side scroll wheel on the MX master. It's nice that the mouse can pair to multiple devices. Within the first evening I had it paired to my Android phone as well as my PC. All of the buttons and clicks are satisfying. I haven't even charged the battery since opening it. It came about 2/3 charged and it's been 5 days so far. From what I hear, it charges really fast. Now I'm glad to have a wireless mouse. Can't really think of any negatives. Maybe a slighter higher DPI capability would have been nice. BONUS: The mouse has a really good, interesting smell lol.

Excellent Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switched to MX Master from a gaming Logitech G602 looking for something simular in shape to maintain the wrist comfort level but with updates such as a scanning/scroll wheel. The MX Master suits the bill and is about 10-20% better overall in the way it works. Styling is simular to Alienware laptops. Its nice to have a gesture button that is 4-way programmable which is an improvement over the 6 small side buttons on the older G602. Horizontal scrolling is an added plus if you work in Excel.

Finally a full size bluetooth mouse that works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know what's going on. I dropped my basic little $30 Logitech bluetooth mouse that had been a workhorse for years but had not been able to find a replacement that worked. I set the seemingly achievable goal of having forward/backward buttons and on a full-size mouse that works on a Mac...nothing. Tired the Logitech, triathalon, Microsoft Sculpt, a handful of mice off amazon, a Razer mouse, a Mad Catz mouse, an HP mouse, and even Apple's expensive magic mouse 2. every last one of them has had some sort of issue from scroll wheels that didn't work to batteries that wouldn't hold a charge to simply not connecting to connecting but then refusing to connect after installing drivers. This one seems to do everything it's supposed to. It holds a charge, the buttons work without any headaches. I had given up on hoping for a bluetooth mouse and bought a USB hub about a month ago, but this one works seamlessly on bluetooth. I'm a little peeved that I had to spend $64 to get a mouse that fulfills pretty basic criteria but at least it's cheaper than the magic mouse.

Pretty nice update
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the last generation of MX mouse -- MX performance for a few years and it is nice to see the newest of the family came out, keeping the same nice design that fits the hand and wrist. The new MX master, using rechargable lithium battery, is much lighter and could work longer with the battey, which is its best update. I have been tired of charging my battery every two to three days on MX performance, so I immediately change to the MX Master and so far it works great!

Great Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is truly the master of all mouses. I have a PC , a Mac ,a Mac laptop, and a PC laptop and I am able to use this mouse with all of them. If I want to switch to either computer (blue-tooth or to the wireless connector) I just have to click the button under the mouse and I am instantly connected to the next computer. I use this mouse for all my computers. The only thing I would change is give it a softer clicking sound. Besides that this is the mouse to own.

The best mouse available on the market.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a mouse with multi connectivity with bluetooth, I do not like wasting one USB port with wifi receiver because they are limited on the ultrabooks, and now when PCs and Mac are moving to USB C, it is better to have bluetooth mouse. I would say that I really got this mouse on very nice price, it was on sale on BestBuy and I got it for $59.00. that is really nice price for this mouse. The connectivity is good, and I like the customization of this mouse. I can configure every button of this mouse as per my need and there is also application specific customization which is very helpful. I use a lot of writing and and work with different academic software programs, the mouse works very well. And yes, the scrolling of the mouse is really on any surface, I did not experience any connection drop jumping curser. The mouse is a bit big as compared to other mouse available in the market, but I think the design is very good, it fits very nicely under my palm curvature and I like the good grip this mouse has to offer. working long hours with small mouse is always painful, thanks to Logitech for designing such a nice piece. The side scroll wheal is very smooth and perfectly paced. The only thing is that the forward button near the side scroll wheel is very small and awkwardly placed and I fell it a bit difficult to operate, but that might be issue only with me. The smart scroll feature is really great while working with long excel sheets and webpages. I have read quite a few review of this mouse and people say that this mouse is only for the power users who use heavy customization. But I think that is only partially true. i would say that this mouse is for those who are looking for multi-connectivity and a really nice mouse. The power user can take the advantage of customization but the normal user can use it on any surface. the size is good and it feels sturdy.

Great Shape & Features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is contoured so perfectly for ergonomics. It's like a natural extension of my hand. I used my mouse for everything from browsing to touching up photographs, CAD drawings, and many other program manipulations. The movement is smooth, no erratic movements! This is absolutely the very best mouse I have ever purchased. Logitech's designs & technological features made them the standard for computer accessories in my book. I would recommend this product to anyone!

This is the Mercedes Benz of Mice!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a quality product with great features, this is the product for you. Some of the nice features of this mouse are hyper scroll, no batteries, will work on any surface, side scroll, etc.). It's a bit bulky for on the go use, but if you have big hands or want to use it for home use I would go with this product. If you have small hands or need a mobile mouse I would go with the Logitech Mx Anywhere 2 which is a great option as well.
