Customers are saying

Customers value the MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse for its long battery life, comfortable design, and smooth scrolling wheel. Many appreciate its responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to work on various surfaces. While some find the price high and the weight substantial, the positive feedback on features like Bluetooth connectivity and precise tracking outweighs these concerns for most users.

I bought this mouse for business use with lightweight gaming. It works great. The automatically switching scroll wheel is amazing and fun to use. I find myself fiddling with it. The Horizontal scroll can be configured by application, so I can use it to scroll horizontally in Excel, but use i t to zoom in a web browser. The mouse is large and comfortable. Most importantly, the ability to switch between three different computers on the same mouse has made life much easier.

I purchased this mouse for an at home office job after many glowing reviews and figured I would contribute with a positive review of my own. For me, this Mouse stands out for 3 reasons; First; ergonomics! I have larger hands and most mice are too small, causing either my fingers to hang over, or the side of my hand, or my palm to drag along the desk. This mouse is nice and large; taller and wider than most, so no part of my hand drags on the desk. It's also arched quite a bit which I find very comfortable for an 8hr work day at the PC. My hand just "relaxes" upon it. Second; the software! After downloading the free Logitech Options software, you can really customize this mouse and make it a highly productive tool. You can change just about every button to do anything you want. I love the gesture based thumb pad button that really adds a lot of functionality. I use cut, copy, and paste quite a bit for my work and customized the thumb buttons to perform these tasks. I much quicker than jumping to the keyboard for even Ctrl C or V because my hand never has to leave the mouse, it's all seamless motion. Third; built in rechargeable battery. I find this a super handy feature as all my previous wireless mice used AA batteries and I had to always keep a spare pack on hand to replace them. Some lasted for months others weeks it seemed. I appreciate the rechargeable battery and the built in battery life indicator on the mouse so you don't have to open software to check battery level. It comes with a USB cable that plugs in the front of the mouse and then recharges the battery. You can still use it while it charges which is great, and it seems to recharge quickly (2 hours or less) and lasts for a while (3-4 weeks of 45+hrs a week of office use). Admittedly, I am concerned that the battery is iPhone style and built in so replacement doesn't seem like an easy option. I've also had this mouse for a short time so we'll see how battery degradation affects it long term. I would have a fourth point about optical/laser performance, but it seems that all optical and especially laser mice are pretty darn good these days, even cheap $20 mice. I suspect the sensors in this MX Master are a little better or simply the same but calibrated better than those, but the precision of this mouse is good. Overall a very worthwhile purchase that improved my work productivity and comfort.

NIce mouse. Love the accelerator for the scroll wheel; at the very least, it's a lot of fun. I'm finding the side scroll a little hard to get used, but once I do, I believe it will be very useful. I don't find this mouse quite as ergonomic as others have, but it's a heck of lot better than the Microsoft "ergonomic" mouse. On the whole I really like Logitech products.

This mouse is outstanding. The older version of this mouse required charging at least every other day. This one goes without charging for at least 5 days. Sensitivity is good and response is excellent.

The mouse has been working perfectly for the last month. Although not cheap, you get what you pay for. I like it better than the Razor mouse I have. My only comment, is that I am left handed, so using the left side recess and button functions are awkward. The mouse is on the large size, so purchase a small case to carry it in your bag. Using it all day long with Revit Architecture and Photoshop is very comfortable and not tiring to your wrist. It is also very accurate and works on most surfaces without a mouse pad. The only other minor gripe is that there is not a storage location for wireless USB/Bluetooth receiver like on other Logitech mice, so do not misplace it or you will not have use of the mouse. The mouse is used with my daily MS Surface Pro 3 under Windows 10. On this computer, the mouse will not connect using strictly Bluetooth, hence my comment on the USB receiver,

Bought this mouse and have been so impressed about how well built and comfortable it is to use on a daily basis! Price is reasonable being that it isn't too outrageously expensive. Would recommend anyone who uses a mouse for a long period of time per day.

I have large hands and was looking for something thats comfortable and smooth. The MX Master works awesome. - It fits perfectly for most medium to large hands. - Battery life that lasts months - Logi Flow s/w allows you to move the cursor and copy files between two computers. - Can connect to 3 devices using bloetooth or use the usb adapter that it ships with. - Extra buttons for fwd and back. - You can control the wheel dpi. - Works on most surfaces...even glass Cons: Still waiting..nothing as if now.

I am coming from the Performance MX, which I felt was a bit heavy and difficult to use with precision. This mouse is much lighter and I never feel the need to change the DPI. If you work at a desk 8 hours a day, I feel this is a worthwhile investment.

If you like the ability to assign actions, to multiple buttons, as well as something that integrates easily into the other Logitech gear you have, then this is a great mouse if you don't mind spending a little more than normal for your devices.

I had a Logitech MX1100 for 5 years and really enjoyed the feel of this type of mouse. MX master is a great successor to MX1100, as well as performance MX, and delivers a wonderful touch to people with big hands like me.

There only seems to be 2 types of mice out there, low end junk and high quality costly mice. At least this one is worth the money. Extremely comfortable and precise. The quality of the materials is first rate. This mouse feels like quality.

I've had it for a month, so I can't speak to longevity concerns like battery performance and so on, but nothing's broken despite heavy usage and everything feels as smooth as it did out of the box, so that's a good sign. The forward back buttons are noted in other reviews as being funky, and that's true, but it's a very minor concern; they're still responsive and easy to operate. The horizontal scroll wheel is coming in handy more than I expected. Recommended if you want a rechargeable with good accuracy and performance.

Logitech's latest update to their excellent MX line of wireless mice delivers on style and functionality. You can expect the excellent performance and battery life that you've gotten used to if you've owned any of the previous iterations, with some small but effective tweaks that represent material improvements in functionality. Two key improvements: 1) In addition to the button for changing the scroll wheel's scroll mode, you are now able to engage the "free scroll" mode by scrolling vigorously. The wheel will slow and return to single-line scroll mode on its own. 2) The horizontal scroll wheel for your thumb is a welcome addition, and especially useful for users who spend a lot of time in wide documents, e.g. Excel spreadsheets.

Havent used a logitech device in sometime, but this is a great mouse to have. It gives a comfort handle, along with allowing your thumb to rest, and it was on sale at the time I got it. Glad to have gotten this.

I bought this because my Logitech MX Performance started to act weird. It would track somewhere else from time to time. I bought this to replace it and also for the feature that allowed me to connect the mouse to multiple devices using the USB Dongle and Bluetooth. I have been using this mouse for about a month and it is still working like it should and the battery life is about as claimed.

The overall price was pretty high for this mouse (but BB had close to the lowest offer price) and the time between battery charges seems shorter than the old mouse which kept my rating to 4 stars. It does track flawlessly on any surface that I have used it on and is probably the best mouse that I have ever used.
