Customers are saying

Customers value the MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse for its long battery life, comfortable design, and smooth scrolling wheel. Many appreciate its responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to work on various surfaces. While some find the price high and the weight substantial, the positive feedback on features like Bluetooth connectivity and precise tracking outweighs these concerns for most users.

    Lagging issue since day one

As a flagship mouse from Logitech, MX master is not well supported. I have experienced lagging issue since day one of buying the mouse (in April 2015), I thought it might be some firmware issue and will be fixed soon, but I am wrong, it has been half a year and the issue is still there, for both OSX and Windows. Not a good product from Logitech. Oh, btw, did I mention the ONE year warranty for the flagship mouse?

    Good mouse, poor ergonomics

The mouse itself seems really good. Nice solid feel, good button response, etc. However, the physical design, with the ridiculously tall hump just behind the thumb buttons, makes my hand sit at an odd angle and put tension on my wrist. After using the mouse for a day, my wrist was aching. I foresee carpel-tunnel syndrome in my future if I keep using it, so back it goes.

    Very Interesting Mouse

Decent mouse and a nice experience. My little personal cons: - I was a little disappointed when I couldn't set up a custom macro. I'm sure there are 3rd party programs I could use, but I can live without it. - The forward button's shape and positioning seems strange to me. - The side scroll wheel could be useful for other people, but it's not my type of thing.

    Nice....but

I have used Logitech mice for more than 20 years. This is a latest model with all the bells and whistles. For people have large hands, this mouse will fit very well. For small hands that I have, this mouse is not as comfortable as the old mouse that I have.

Didn't Last Long Before Not Working

Only had for about no more than 8 months and 3 of my buttons no longer work. I would recommend saving your money and getting something else. For what I paid, it's not worth the little time I had where everything actually worked.

Good mouse but not to be used with Excel!

I use Excel daily as part of my finance job. This mouse needs a lot of software improvements. Scrolling sideways and up and down works sporadically. The option of changing tabs with some of the buttons is not supported on this model. Neither there is an option to assign an "Undo" option to a button. Overall, for other day-to-day activities works ok, but not for Excel. I went back and bought the older model.

    The worst Mouse ever

High priced and poorly manufactured. The charging port for the USB charger on the mouse has such a poor tolerance that you have to fiddle with it before you can engage the cord, It doesn't hold a charge for very long and is almost impossible to use it plugged in. The response is very slow and when you right click to open a number of files or pictures, more than half the time it only opens the last file and looses the rest. I spoke to an associate at the store and he recommended the inexpensive Microsoft keyboard/ mouse combination, at 1/2 the price of the mouse alone, I should have returned it once it started malfunctioning the first month, but now it is sitting on the junk pile waiting for recycling. .

Worst experience ever. Freezes and hangs up on both mac and pc's. UNUSABLE for any work at all: Word or Excel, let alone serious work... such as CAD.
