Customers value the MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse for its long battery life, comfortable design, and smooth scrolling wheel. Many appreciate its responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to work on various surfaces. While some find the price high and the weight substantial, the positive feedback on features like Bluetooth connectivity and precise tracking outweighs these concerns for most users.

Excellent Mouse upgrade

This mouse is the ideal mouse I have been waiting for, for some time. I used to have the Performance MX and that was okay but it lacked features I wanted so I ended up using the G700 gaming mouse (even though I do not game) It had the buttons I needed (many of them) and they could all be reprogrammed for nice shortcuts to save me time doing daily tasks on my computer. This mouse was the perfect upgrade from that. It not only fits my hands better (as I have larger hands) but also it conforms to my hand that no other mouse has done to date. All the buttons are reprogrammable which is quite amazing, even the horizontal scroll wheel can be reprogrammed. The look of the mouse to is very modern. A must have for anyone that uses their computer for more then a couple hours a day!

This mouse is very solid and my hand fits in the grooves perfectly. Love that I don't need batteries & it can be charged by plugging the cord into the usb port on the computer for a few hours to recharge then Im good to go.

Has always been a fan of all Logitech products. Bought the MX Master to upgrade from the old Performance MX mouse. It is sculpted nicely to fit in the palm. It has two scroll wheels, one for vertical scrolling and another for horizontal scrolling. The vertical scroll wheel has a feature where it can spin freely to scroll quickly. These are great features for someone working with large spreadsheets. Battery life is great. Two negatives: the forward and back buttons are located on top of each other which may cause a person to accidentally hit the wrong button. Also it did not come with a block charger to plug directly into an outlet, one would have to use a USB port to charge the mouse.

Saw this mouse with a colleague and seemed awesome. Bought it and with the multiple scrolling options, its wonderful to use. Using your thumb to scroll is easier than using the fore finger. Love it!

I have arthritis and find most mouse devices painful to use.
This fits my hand well and the control angles really make this perfect for me.
I also like that it is rechargeable with long battery life between charges.

Very comfortable full-size wireless mouse. It runs for a long time between charges of its internal battery. It can be switched among three different devices. I've liked Logitech's Unifying Receiver since its introduction for the convenience of connecting several devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.) through a single dongle. The mouse can be set for high speed or multi-line scrolling. My only (very minor) gripe is that the direction of horizontal panning seems counter-intuitive.

got the mouse for my wife, she has carpal tunnel issues. the rotation was the right amount to assist her so that her arm doesn't hurt so much. fast, responsive and quite intuitive as to the button layout. not a bad price as well. best buy was in the ballpark with most other retail/online stores.

I sit at my computer for long periods of time doing data entry and my hand was starting to cramp. I found this mouse and have no more hand pain. It is very comfortable to use and offers a lot of features.

Bluetooth works great which was my intended method of operation. Easy to pair multiple devices which are selectable from a pushbutton located on the bottom of the mouse. One flaw that I have noticed so far is that it does have trouble tracking on matte paper which my PerformanceMX never did.

Don't get me wrong. I'm loving this new MX Master mouse. But the only thing I didn't like is that the battery is internal. No way can I change it using my other rechargeable batteries like I did with the MX Performance.
Size-wize it feels a bit more weighty compared to the MX Performance. There's an extra width to it, so the mouse is a bit wider than the Performance.
Buttons got some good tactile feedback and clicks when using them.
The biggest plus is that it's both connect-able by either bluetooth or by Logitech's Unifying receiver. I've so far used it by bluetooth and have no problem with the connection or anything.

Very comfortable to rest my hand on for those long work days. Logitech brand has been a favorite for a long time, so upgrading from a wireless MX510 to this beast was a no brainer. Very happy with my decision and I have only had to charge this about once a month. It's nice not having to worry about having spare batteries on hand, for when the unit is low on charge all you need to do is plug a USB dongle into it and keep using it while it charges.

The best mouse since the R.A.T. 7

I thought the Cyborg R.A.T. 7 would be the last mouse I would ever buy...which is why I copped two of them. I was wrong! When I watched a couple of reviews on this mouse I was 99% sold. I went to Best Buy and put it in my hand...remaining 1% fulfilled! Bought this bad boy and almost got a speeding ticket on the way back to the crib 'cuz I was so anxious to use it. Bottom line: If you can think of a feature this mouse should've included, build said mouse and I will be the first to buy that one! Get this mouse - enjoy life - period.

I really enjoy the new mouse. I have had it four a few months and only charged it once. I enjoy the fact that I can use it in multiple computers, but hate that I have to take out the USB receiver also. I like the features, but it did not help my copper tunnel issue.

I bought this MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse to replace a MX Performance Mouse, also by Logitech. It had served for many years. I liked the feel of the Master at the store so I bought one. It is a great mouse. It fits my hand and is smooth in operation. The battery is long lasting, I just charged it up for the first time since I bought it. That is just over one month. This is a quality product that will not disappoint.
