Customers regard the Orion Spectrum G910 keyboard highly, praising its build quality, RGB backlighting, and satisfying key feel. Many appreciate the ease of use and extensive customization options, along with the positive comments on the software and lighting effects. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the wrist rest, finding it uncomfortable or poorly designed. The lack of a USB passthrough is another frequently cited drawback.

A worthy successor to the 'Spark'

The Logitech G910 'Spark' was a very ambitious keyboard, but had a few complaints by the consumer ...which Logitech listened to and re-released as the 'Spectrum'. It's a great keyboard, with unique-to-Logitech switches that I love the feel of. However, I still have a few nit-picks worth mentioning, robbing it of a 5th star:
- The RGB logo's may not match the RGB keys, after setup.
- The media keys aren't RGB and can't be changed from the default blue.
- Despite an updated wrist-rest, it's so small and the front of the keyboard is so tall, that having one hardly matters - what happened to the two different sizes that came with the Spark?.
*These 'problems' were once again 'fixed' in regards to next gen G810.

The keys on this are more similar to browns or Razer oranges than other mechanical types. Excellent keyboard and nice build quality.

I never understood mechanical keyboards and why they are seemingly so popular in the gaming crowd. Previously, I was using a laptop but when building a desktop, I needed a keyboard to go with it.
After a little searching, I finally decided to try out this one. Logitech is one of my favorite peripheral brands and this item seemed to have all the neat stuff I was interested.
My very first few sentences typed on this keyboard made me fall in love. It's hard to describe, but I'm sure any keyboard enthusiasts reading this can understand... it just felt right. The responsive click noise and the firm, yet yielding key was just perfect. I can understand now why people love mechanical keyboards.
As for this one specifically, the full color range RGB back lighting is easily customizable and well illuminated, yet not bright enough to be blinding in the dark.
The G keys can be programmed and configured for a variety of uses, including macros.
This model specifically is the newer Spectrum, which only Best Buy sells. It's a little different than the previous version Spark. Two main differences is that the Spectrum has a much smaller, less bulky hand rest at the bottom and the keyboard keys don't have ridges. Both changes are for the better.

The keyboard is a step up from the original Spark 910 keyboard. It appears quieter and has a better wrist rest, while maintaining all of the customization that this keyboard offers, in macros, software support, incredibly responsive keys and color setting options.
You truly can't go wrong with this keyboard!

This keyboard is sturdy feeling and fairly heavy. The keys are very responsive and clicky without being noisy. The preset themes for the colors are amusing and you can create your own custom profiles. Has programmable keys with some presets for different games and has an interface to connect to your phone/tablet.

Big improvement over G710+

Purchase this keyboard about a month ago to replace an aging Logitech G710+.. It was worth the expense! I already had LGS installed and the new keyboard was recognized autimatically. Was able to figure out basic configuration of lighting and G key assignments without looking up procedures in the online manual. RGB Lighting functions are much improved over the G710+ monochrome, and keys can be addressed individually, in addition to the preprogrammed patterns. Key spacing and feel is slightly different and it helped to improve my typing. Also, the keytop labeling is standard, no light leakage under the keytops. The ARX smartphone dock makes a great pen holder.
Had one small problem - after a Windows update, the keyboard would go into Macro Recording mode whenever I pressed a G key Finally resolved this issue by 'Rebooting' the keyboard - disconnected/ reconnected the USB connection. This problem has not occurred since. Also miss the USB passthru that the G710+ had, but this keyboard only uses 1 USB port on my PC. So I guess it's a wash.
No other issues so far. Will update this review if anything crops up in the future.

The style options on this keyboard is pretty neat. You can install an app & change colors for each individual key which is kinda cool.
Functionality is great & is a sturdy keyboard. The build quality is excellent. The keys are very defined & feels great to type.
The only negative thing is if you are a person who enjoys soft keys for very little effort while typing & want very little noise when typing then this is not the keyboard for you. This keyboard sounds more like a typewriter & does require a little more effort to push down on the keys so it will be noisier if you compare it to an Apple keyboard or other slim keyboards out there.
Overall, whether you’re gaming, typing, or working it’s a pretty great standard keyboard with extra keys for gaming purposes which don’t interfere. The various lighting options is also fun to mess around with from time to time.

Most gamers usually want to go with the mechanical keyboard, which is fine, I guess. This is not mechanical, but comparing price to quality, this can't be beat. The features allow for increased usage and gaming and the keys are very comfortable. The removable wrist rest is a great asset, I always use it.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, whether you are a casual gamer or a hardcore gamer, and anyone in between. I have noticed virtually no lag between keystroke and register.

Bought a new computer and had to put away my old Microsoft Natural keyboard with it's PS2 plug. So went to Best Buy to find something to replace it. Found a great sale on the G910 and loved the key feel, the clickiness without being clackity if that makes any sense. I also looked at the other keyboards available, but decided I wanted this one. Came back in a week to pick it up and it was heavily discounted for a sale, so I happily bought the keyboard and took it home. Plugged it in and had a little light show going on my keyboard, while looking neat, was really a little distracting. Download Logitech G-Hub and found I could program each and every key to different colors for a custom layout, and highlight hot keys for certain games, etc. Then I found the many online lighting schemes available for download! This keyboard also compliments my old Logitech G9 gaming mouse (and my G633 headphones) very well. The keyboard and headphones both work under G-Hub so the colors match! Great keyboard, even better on sale!

I am loving this keyboard, it is a big step up from my old Alienware keyboard which was (unfortunately) of average quality. This keyboard has a massive array of customization options, with zones, patterns, and even free-form customization of the key colors. Yes, that means that every key can be set to a different color independently if you wish. The key push quality is high, with the keys being firmly set on their switches and not wiggling to the sides much at all. The Romer-G key push feel is solid and also not too resistant, with a nice definitive keyboard clacking sound without the noisy mess that cherry keys can be. If you do slow typing it will be completely quiet too. Size of the keys is great and the included software for the keyboard supports the mobile device app for reporting CPU, GPU and RAM stats like temperature and use. The dock fits most devices, though I kinda wish they had included an actual charging port in the dock instead of making it just a holding stand.
Only thing I don't like about it is the harsh dropoff in the wrist rest. I have to find something to prop my hands up more so I don't get carpal tunnel.

I have had a few mechanical keyboards in the past, but never something like this! I had previously been a die hard Razer fan and had decided to give Logitech a shot, and boy was I happy! I can not only type faster, but the physical responsiveness and lighting blow me away every time I sit down to use it. I work a desk job and I had brought my older Razer keyboard in to use instead of the generic ones they provide. Now I am looking to get another one for work as well!

The Logitech G910 is a wonderful keyboard to game with, especially for CSGO, with 4 extra G keys on the top of the function keys. But, considering this keyboard costs 180$ MSRP (I got it for ~120$ new), I have some expectations, such as a USB port, or even a soft wrist rest. I am particularly affected by the USB port, since my laptop only has 2 USB Type-A ports, and 2 USB Type-C (Thunderbolt) ports. I use both my Type-A ports for the G910 and a G403 mouse, 1 Thunderbolt for eGPU (no extra I/O ports unfortunately) and the last Type-C port for my external SSD for games. As you can probably tell, I am USB port limited, and adding a Thunderbolt dock would solve the issue. At more cost. Aside from the no USB passthrough, the RGB features on this keyboard are really cool! I can even sync some of the features with my mouse. The G910 in the wrist rest looks like its an illuminated glass pane, it is really beautiful. I do wish that the wrist rest was soft, as this is a 180$ keyboard, and at that point, if I am not getting a USB port, I do expect a soft wrist rest, or even a grippy one. Just not hard plastic. As for the switches and keycaps, no complaints there, as I am not a keyboard guru, but other than that, I personally think this was a great keyboard, and while it could be better, it certainly is an amazing gaming/streaming keyboard!

Utterly excellent keyboard. It is one of the most comfortable keyboards I have ever used and has withstood plenty of gaming, writing, online arguments, multiple moves, and general college student life without a single hiccup.
I won't lie, the ARX dock has been used a grand total of zero times, so if you are wondering how much it will affect your experience... It won't. It's also out of the way so it never affects you when you don't use it. Perhaps giving it interchangeable ends for different phone/device charging ports could have given it more value, or working it like the older keyboards that had screens with information relevant to the activity would have made it seem more useful. As it sits... It really isn't useful to me.

Purchased this since it was a Black Friday deal and I needed a new keyboard. Had been debating on getting a gaming keyboard with mechanical switches so at this price point was a definite purchase. The backlight for the keys is quite a bit better than the previous keyboard I had so that is a definite plus. And the level of customization for setting up different color maps for the keys based on game is quite nice. Definitely pleased with it.

Okay this is not a cheap keyboard. For starters is it worth it. Yes no question. The led backlight is impressive. Not too bright not too dim. And you can alter it up or down as you choose this does requre a software download for Logitech remeber that part. Its clearly marked for gaming and its vivid. The G keys alone make gaming much easier. There are many light flow patterns to choose from. As well as a mega number of color combos this will give an endless number of hours of enjoyment just watching the leds the software is a must for individual games as well. And the optional phone app is nice I recommend it. As you will be able to not only utilze music but also PC Stats important for any gamer or pro power user. Eaier to look at a phone screen than to constantly check heat stats via the pc. Let the phone do it for ya. Though the app lacks a little bit. But if I know Logitech they will update that with new features eventually. Game on
