I like the keyboard feel and layout and the fact that it has great battery life. Needs a better tablet holding capability ... it pops out if you aren't careful while opening and closing the case. Also the slot to hold the tablet upright doesn't hold it well enough when tapping the screen with emphasis. But it did protect the tablet from a minor fall, whew, good thing.

I like the keyboard case for my 12" samsung tablet. Wanted to 4 star but tablet does not snap in securely, poor fit. Keyboard works great, battery life very good, charge time minimal. I like that it charges from any usb, and my tablet. Slot that holds tablet upright is satisfactory but not ideal. Tablet comes out easily, and appears to put pressure on tablet edge which is a concern. Otherwise I really like the case and would recommend and purchase again. Negatives aren't significant as long as I am careful. Not ideal for kids and rough use . I RARELY 5 star . This is a quality product with a few minor design glitches. FYI.

I purchased the Logitech as a second case as well it has a key within it. I like the sleek design, however when I closed it, it seemed like it closed properly but it didn't. I charged my case and tablet the first night I bought this. When closing the case, it is suppose to put my tablet to sleep but my case didn't keep my tableting sleeping. By morning my tablet was hot, finding that the case was completely closed. I checked the tablet to ensure it was properly in the case, it wasn't. There is a quiet snap but not as secure as it should be. I love the case, so I just hope it doesn't come out of the case anymore and it stays in sleep mode when need be. For the pric I'll purchase again, but at the original price I wouldn't.

The case is great as far as the feel and style of the keyboard. The way the tablet fits into the case isn't so great. I feel as though the tabs holding it are not big enough. My tablet has already come out four times. The other thing is the way the tablet fits into the keyboard, it is only a slim groove. There isn't a way to lock it in place and if you are not careful when touching the screen you will knock it out of place. Would I buy again, not sure.

Nice and sturdy only complaint is the tablet pops out to easy so have to constantly put back in.

Purchased a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and needed a good case and one with a keyboard. It is a very nice case but my only complaint is that the tablet isn't very secure in it. It will fall out if you are not careful, but other than that it is a good case but i think a bit over priced.

I enjoy this keyboard makes using my tablet easier. It does on occasion slip out rather easily however, it is not enough of an inconvenience that I would not recommend this product.

I love the keyboard keys but it would not stay stationary in the case. It would drop out some and then it would be prone to scratches. It works for some people but I did not like it.

The keyboard works very well but when I just want to use the touch screen it's very bulky and I usually end up taking the tablet out of the case.

Great keyboard. Feels comfortable and looks good.luck plan to use it with my tablet and phone. It is easy to carry and setup.

The people at best buy gave me this keyboard when I first purchased my tablet. Said it was compatible but when I started having trouble told me it wasn't samsung & that's why. It would not turn my screen off when closed...which led to my battery dying when not in use. Also the tablet kept coming out of case portion.

I bought this based on the logitech name. It fit the tablet well and looked great. I liked how the keys felt. The first fault was the quick keys, they are hard coded to specific apps, cannot be changed. After that, the keys double pressed. So frustrating I had to return it. Sorry logitech.

The selection of keyboard cases for this tablet were limited since it is not the newest product. The Zagg case dad used for the last couple of years (since the tablet was new) recently broke. He couldn't prop his tablet in the groove. We bought this one, and the plastic is more flimsy than the old Zagg. He doesn't really use it as a keyboard since the tablet isn't stable in the groove. It is basically just a case. We could have stuck with the old broken Zagg just as well.

Like the case, however it does not protect the tablet well, the snap in feature does not hold and protect the tablet well. Still a good buy. I purchased a cloth case to hold both to ensure that the tablet is protected.

Great buy and was surprised to find it. These tablets are outdated, including their accessories. Thanks Best Buy for you clearance section .

Good product but does not have spell check, major issue. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

It's a good and serviceable key board but it's pretty bulky!

I really like the case. The quality is nice. The only issue is how the tablet connects to the case. The plastic tabs are terrible. They do not hold the tablet in place at all. The tablet easily slides itself out of the plastic tabs. They need to place tabs at the bottom so that the tablet stays secured when closed.
