First off, the case and cover fit together very nicely. The feel and texture comes across as very high end. Nice strong magnet to hold the keyboard onto the connector and when closed to hole the cover to the screen. Keyboard feels great to type on, there's extra function keys for the home button, backlit brightness, and lock button which come in handy. The kickstand works great as well. My only beef, and the only reason it's not 5 stars, is that you can't fold the keyboard behind the iPad like a normal cover. You have to remove the keyboard any time you want to just use the iPad as a tablet. My Microsoft Surface tablet keyboard doesn't have to be removed to use it as a tablet. I'm sure there's a way to have the same functionality here as well. All that said, still a very good product!

I bought this on Black Friday shopping for a 50% off. Before buying this, I bought the Apple Smart Keyboard but it didn’t work at all. I went back to BestBuy to exchange for another Smart Keyboard and it didn’t work either so I gave this keyboard a try and I am glad the Apple keyboard didn’t work. I love this keyboard for the ease of use and the function buttons are so helpful. Give it a try and you will never be disappointed.

this folio serves ,many functions- it has a keyboard that is powered by the IPad rather than Bluetooth which has to be recharged, it has a kickstand that supports the IPad and the top of the folio holds the IPad steady and preventing it from falling over. The folio closes and protects the IPad when it is not in use and makes it easy to transport.

This case has you covered. Very convenient to use as well. Keyboard attached and detaches quickly and stand is very functional.

The case is solid and the keyboard very complete. Easy to disengage keyboard from the other part of the case.

Bought this in “berry” colour, it wouldn’t have been my colour of choice but it was reduced to such a great price that I decided as long as it did the same job as a black one - and, of course, it does - I’d learn to live with the colour. It makes typing so much easier on the iPad and it really is a great keyboard - has a very nice feel about it. Really so pleased I bought this keyboard to go with my new iPad, I can’t fault it.

CONS: Adds a bit more weight to your magic tablet than the official apple one that my husband insists is better PROS: Is actually better than the one my husband uses. one additional note: It does drain the life of your iPad like a keyboard necromancer. But, on the other hand, you don't have to charge it up and if you charge your iPad overnight you'll be fine and never have an issue. The keyboard actually feels like a real keyboard. (I can't get used to the apple one). The kickstand also works nicely on a table so I can use it as a mini laptop or to read spells while I'm working. The keyboard section protects the front and can be taken off complete if you don't need it for a while so it won't be draining battery and you can use it as a drawing tablet. Even though it adds weight, I feel like my magic pad is better protected and that's really what I look for in a case, let's be honest.

I selected the Logitech Slim Combo Keyboard Folio case for my 12.9" iPad pro for several reasons. 1) the case definitely gave the front and back of the iPad Pro better protection than the Apple Smart Keyboard. 2) it had backlit keys which Apple did not have and a deal breaker for me. 3) the Logitech kickstand was adjustable and gave me many more viewing angles than the Apple Smart Keyboard which only has one. 4) it uses the same type of smart connecter as the Apple Smart Keyboard so I do not have to worry about charging it. 5) it has a larger keyboard than the Apple Smart keyboard which is a major plus! 6) when detached from the keyboard the kickstand gives you great viewing angles for watching movies on a plane!

Love the keyboard case combination. Super usefull, Makes the iPad a much more effective device.

I did extensive research before I decided to go with this Logitech Slim Combo. I compared with Apple's cases with other brands and at the end Logitech had everything that I needed in one. I prefer Apple's refined design, but functionality over form was the deciding factor. The case protects the iPad well. I like the built-in kickstand and the smart connector keyboard so you can detach it when not in use. Also, backlit keyboard is nice for typing in the dark. The downside is the Apple Pencil holder extends out from the side of the case so there's a chance your Pencil can slide out of the holder, however, the tightness of the holder is "grippy" enough that it doesn't easily slide out when you're putting your iPad in a case. It's a minor design detail, but overall it works nicely.

I do love the keyboard and the fact that it folds,...but I also am wishing it didn't fold. For secure reasons. Kinda wish it was a hard shell case that locked in place. I know you're thinking just buy a laptop but this keyboard really makes my iPad my laptop. So I just bought a case to carry it around in. Love that it lights up when I am typing at night.

I was on the fence about this case as it is on the heavy side - more so then it's Apple counterpart. However, I ended up staying with this case for my iPad Pro for several reasons that eclipsed the weight issue. First, the keyboard is excellent and it is backlit which I find to be very helpful. Next, it has a holder for the Apple Pencil and this has been handy, not to mention it makes it easier to keep track of a $99 writing implement. Lastly, there is a back case to this cover that protects the iPad very well and it has a sturdy fold out stand that enables the iPad to stand either horizontally, or verically (if used without the keyboard). All that together with the fact that it is about $30 cheaper made it a good choice.

Helps me work more efficiently all the while protecting my iPad. Keyboard works well and charges while charging the iPad. Securely protects the entire iPad. Not heavy or cumbersome

This is a great case and if I had not had the old style there wouldn’t be a but. But, the keyboard removes and can be cumbersome at times. Like I said, I had the first version of this case and it wouldn’t bother me if I hadn’t. Overall I love the case, the kickstand offers better versatility, and the keyboard is great. It’s just hard for me to get used to the magnetic attachment and the fact that I cannot fold the keyboard flat to the back for reading. It always comes off and then I’ve got to figure out where to lay the keyboard so I don’t lose it. I work a lot where I don’t have the ability to just lay the keyboard to the side when I want to read on my iPad.

I really like this keyboard. For one thing it's also a stand with the flip out in back. It protects the screen if you snap the iPad in as directed. Easy to use and makes the experience of using the iPad a lot more convenient

I bought this case when I upgraded from a 9.7 inch iPad to a 12.9 inch model. Having the keyboard available is nice, but I'm just too used to holding the iPad in one hand that I'm preferring to leave the keyboard off. Of course, when I want to use the iPad like a laptop then the keyboard is perfect.

Adds to the iPad Pro immediately with a quick attach keyboard and sturdy case. The case allows for viewing with the stand that folds out again very substantial. Love the pencil holder an added bonus.

Hands down the best keyboard/case combo for the 2nd gen iPad Pro. Apple smart connector (no charging needed), backlit keyboard, good protection. However—durability is an issue. After 14 months of use, iPad has been dropped a handful of times (nothing drastic). One corner of the case is cracked and one corner broke completely away from the case. It’s a shame because there’s really not a better keyboard/case out there for this model iPad. Of course, less than 2 years after purchasing, they are almost impossible to find.
