    The case is great. It has a lot of touches and upgrades for the version that accomodates the previous gen iPad pro. The keyboard stand-up feature is much, much more solid than the model before, and there is a magnetic, constantly charging pencil holder with a clasp cover when the case is closed. I am not giving it 5 stars because it doesn’t have a backlit keyboard,

    I brought the iPad Pro for my wife and then I bought this keyboard and it’s been pretty good it adds a little more weight to the iPad which is already a little heavy. My wife thinks it’s a bit small but it gets the job done. One thing it does block the camera a lil bit.

    I compared this keyboard to the Apple Smart Keyboard and I returned the Apple Keyboard. I like the feel of the keyboard and the backlighting. I use my iPad Pro a lot in dim lighting. I consider the use of any external charging cable to the keyboard as a minor inconvenience.

    I have a 3rd generation IPad and this keyboard is a must-have! I looked at the Apple version, which was almost a $100 more, but that one lacks the back support and the case wasn’t nearly as durable. If you are looking for a keyboard for your 3rd gen IPad, this is the one!

    I bought a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9", and the significant difference with this cover and the correct cover is the camera opening. The keyboard pairs and detects perfectly with the 2020 model. A sharp knife to enlarge the camera cutout and it fits perfectly.
